"Extremely disappointed with this location. I booked an appointment a day in advance for a wheel alignment on my Camry for Friday at 2:00 PM. I arrived early at 1:45 PM and was seen by an executive within 10 minutes. However, I was then told the job would take 'a few hours' because they only had two employees working. I was previously informed it would take 45 minutes. What is the point of booking an appointment in advance if the timeline completely changes when you arrive? I purchased a lifetime wheel alignment package with Firestone back in March 2026, and this was my very first visit to use it. I ended up leaving without getting the work done. Terrible scheduling and management--totally ruined my experience." read more

Jason, Will, and the entire team are phenomenal. They are extremely helpful and very professional. I was in a bind and needed new AT tires for my pickup...only firestone was able to accommodate with short notice as they actually had AT tires in stock. They got me in and out, quickly, on a Sunday morning as they knew I had a 12 hour drive ahead of me that day. I cannot say enough about the great experience I had with this group! read more

Joe was amazing!! I work for TIFF's Treats and we take our cars to this Firestone all the time. Other day I was on the highway and got a flat tire as my friend came and changed my flat tire. We switched cars so I could take a my deliveries. And as she was changing my flat tire, I called Firestone and Joe answered. I said I have a huge favor. I am stuck on the side of the road and my friend is putting on the donut on the car and we need it back immediately. Joe said bring it in. He had her in and out and we did not miss a beat on getting our deliveries out. Thank you, Joe for helping us out! read more

Went to replace two tires due to a screw in my tire in a unfixable spot. After the tech pulled it in and checked it out, no leak. The sales rep told me the good news and saved me some money. Most places would have just sold em to me. I will 100% be back to buy a set of 4 and already told a couple people about the honesty at this location. Thanks read more

Jason and his crew were very knowledgeable and friendly. they made sure that my concerns were heard, and were able to provide with good information so I understood what was being recommended. Great location. read more

We bought tires in July for my wife's BMW, she hit a nasty pothole today, we had the car (no spares on BMW) towed to Firestone, they got the car at 3:00 and was finished with replaced tire on road hazard, at 5:30, with front end alignment (we have life time alignments). Ask for Joseph, he is really awesome and truly cares about a good customer experience! We'll be back! read more

Don't come here. Front desk is a smart ass and the mechanics are idiots. One of the mechanics I told that they have to jump over the seat because of my door handle on the drivers side doesn't open. Once he jumped in HE TRIED REVERSING WITH MY PASSENGER DOOR OPEN. Not only is the staff no good but these prices are ridiculous. I swear if I had my jack on hand I would've patched that bitch myself; and that's coming from a woman! Also took them 35mins to tell me that they couldn't patch my tire. Because these guys are just standing around talking and not doing shit. Never again will I come to a Firestone. read more

My teenage daughter got a nail in her tire and went here since it was a Sunday and many other places were closed. She called and they said they were open so she drove 15 minutes to get there. When she arrived She was told they were closing in 20 minutes and wouldn't fix her tire. Horrible customer service. Why even say you're open for business on the phone and have her drive all the way there? Who would have thought that Walmart would have better service. She took it there and they fixed it immediately. And for the business owner who responds to these negative reviews: I've read several of them and if you're so sorry then why don't you fix the problem and demand better customer service from your employees!! I will never take any of my cars to Firestone!! read more

Words cannot begin to describe how unwelcoming, unaccommodating, and unprofessional this business is. I scheduled an appointment and wasted my afternoon to get told that they wouldn't be able to do anything and that I needed to reschedule for four days later. They also were trying to upsell me and get me to agree to services that I did not ask for. read more

I wish I could give Zero star for these ZERO service center. Went for my accord car inspection and they failed it saying the tint was too dark. The same center passed the same car inspection previous two years and nothing changed but the same fellas failed it. When asked they said it depends on the guy who inspects the car. The front desk was responding as if he doesn't give a sh**t. Worst customer service and I had to search for a tint place, fix the tint and then came back, the same guys made me wait for 45mins+ and passed it. They charged me $25 and the entire process took my entire half day. This year, I did some research and found best place right next this place called Meineke car care center. I felt silly after knowing how I missed this place. Meineke guys took care of my car very well and I would highly recommend meineke over FS 1000 time more. read more

This for the racist butthole at Firestone this morning 12/6/24 I don't know his title or name. He wanted my name here it is. I went to this location for air. He tells me I have to do it myself I have never used that machine before so I didn't know what I was doing. So I asked for help the guy was on the phone I understood he couldn't help but there was someone else there I asked can he help me he said I would have to go in and pay for the guy to help me. I just needed air in One tire I left there and went to meineke right next door customer service delightful the guy came out put air in my tire and he Ck the rest for me. Firestone needs better customer service. I'm one person who will never use them again. We use to take all our cars there for service not no more. So to the butthole at Firestone who needed my name here it is, you said you will never service me the words out his mouth don't worry I won't be back your rude actions was enough. read more

The service has really been horrible the past 2.5 years. I've had several instances but they didn't do services I asked him to do like check my alignment, top off fluids and other things. Then I go home and check in the fluids aren't filled even though they told me they topped them off. This is happening more than one time. There is one particular employee I have zero confidence in what they tell me....much less write up my service request. I am done with these jokers. read more

Walked into this location extremely irate based on incorrect information ! Adam and Jarrod quickly educated me on what was wrong with the vehicle and directed me to the correct location for service on my vehicle ! STAY AWAY THREATENING STAFF! Have been a customer at the eldorado Firestone since opening live down the street. Waited 3 days for an alignment 9 am today JASON said no alignments for 3 days of more broken rack? Asked him to help me out by calling other stores to see if align today. quote " NO I WILL NOT CALL YOU CONTACT THEM YOU HAVE PHONE" I reasked for his help? Again more aggressively stated the same words. Then added Get out of my store or call the police! I asked for his name he refused the I said fine call the police and I will get your name from their report! He very aggressively said And helped JASON the walking towards the door to exit he yelled " I KNOW WHO YOU ARE AND WHERE YOU ARE!" In Texas that constitutes a threat! The facial expression and attitude of this individual shows aggressive trends. This is Texas If he confronts me anywhere he will regret his actions! read more

I typically don't do reviews - good or bad. I even wrote this one and deleted it the first time because I anticipated at least a decent follow up from the management - wrong. The incident itself has to be the most egregious profanity laced interaction I ever could have imagined much less actually been a part of. Absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. I would walk before I resorted to doing business with this store again. read more

Absolute worst place ever after confirming with TWO people prior over the phone TWICE when we get there, they say that they can no longer do our car service until winter!!! I told them I have 3 infant children I would have to make arrangements for so leaving the car was not an option but I would just stay! then they say there's a not stating they can not do the service AFTER I received a confirmation email stating they would!!! read more

Got a quote for Honda Odyssey replacing the original rear brake pads, resurfacing the rotors, and making sure the brake lines were bleed as the petal was a little soft. Rep said that it is $500 even though there was no other problems. That's more expensive than the dealership! Went to another good shop and got everything done with their best lifetime warranty pads for $250. Like most things, finding an honest tech/service advisor/shop is the key, and sadly the hard part! These days it would be wise go get a few estimates, and then go with your gut. Good luck! read more

I'm leaving for an 18 hour road trip on Saturday and the team at Firestone was more than willing to squeeze me in on a busy day. Very grateful for the friendly team here! read more

So today I walked into Firestone and asked if they could do an alignment. I was promptly told with attitude that they couldn't do anything for me today. I asked if I would be able to bring it in tomorrow, again told no with attitude. I asked if I would make an appointment for tomorrow and was again rudely told no. The funny thing is, this is the third time I've gone into this store and been shut down by the same man. He is very rude, crass, and talks down to you as if you're not important to their business, and should not be working on the front lines of this store. I don't like that man, I don't like that man, I don't like that man!! I'll go to discount tires where they treat their customers like they mean something to them. I work in Dallas they the week and it's not feasible for me to bring my jeep in on weekdays. read more

RUNNNNN! My fiancé (he took my car for me) was charged almost $80 for a state inspection (which they DIDNT do) and an oil change that NEVER happened. Didn't pick up it until I went to the Collin County Tax Office to pick up my inspection sticker! In the same beat, there was a woman complaining that she paid $400 for her brakes and rotors to be changed and after... leaving a few days later ... her car wasn't stopping properly ... she took it elsewhere, come to find out they hadn't been touched! They had the never to argue about refunds when THEY messed up! Let them steal your money if you want to, but I'll stick to the dealerships from now on!!? read more

I don't 1 star often but have been really disappointed in the service and customer service here. Almost every associate I talk to acts bothered, and when I bring up the issues with their service they get super defensive. I got a lifetime alignment warranty and have had my truck aligned 4 times in 5 months. Took my truck to another mechanic to have them tell be nothing is wrong with the truck but that it's just being improperly aligned. read more

My wife waited for almost an hour for an inspection. After talking to him while she waited her turn, COLLIN charged her $25 just to tell her it wouldn't pass due to the window tint. I wouldn't recommend doing business with anyone that is willing to take advantage of people like this. read more

If I could go lower I would. I pulled up unknowingly that I had a flat tire. The worker then told me he couldn't put air in my tire at all nor look at it due to me driving on the tire while flat. This man was no help at all not sure what he thought I was going to do with my flat tire. I'm now pulled over in the parking lot waiting for my sister so we can go to Discount Tire. Again no help at all don't even know why they are open. read more

Complete bs place.. i only needed 1 tire change and they kept forcing me to change two tires because it was different companies. This is a rip off place and no wonder they only have 2.5 star rating. Do not recommend at all. Employees are arrogant along with management. Please do not take your precious car to this place as they are thugs. read more

I went there to fix my car tires. Make sure to call them up and make your appointment. I was taken care of by Shawn who was very professional and made sure that my car was fully attended to. He called me up to let me know the status and any additional recommendations. Very professional service! I recommend this place to anyone who needs to get their tires fixed. read more

I'd like to preface this review by saying....I'm kinda lazy when it comes to reviews, but I felt compelled to write this. Yesterday when I went in with a flat tire on our expedition, I was thinking... here we go again, another tire shop saying I needed a new tire and that I'd probably have to at least buy 2 new tires to keep everything balanced. To my surprise they didn't try and sell or upswell anything, they just patched it up in a few minutes and sent me on my way. They were all very nice, efficient, and not pushy at all. I was really pleased with their service. I'll definitely be back! Thank you Firestone on Eldorado Parkway. read more

I have had multiple experiences with this Firestone and none of them good. Always incredibly SLOW, even with appointment. Took me over 2 hours for just an oil change. Today, had a 9am appointment and employees stood outside til 9:15 before unlocking doors. Unprofessional and not worth it. Plenty of other better options in area! Go else where! read more

I made an appointment for 11:30am for an oil change. I got there at 11:15am the took all my Information and my car keys and I left to walk around. I came back around 12:45pM and my car was not even look at. Finally at 1pm they take my car for service and I sat near the window to watch everything the mechanic was doing. I ask for a total car inspection (which is complementary) and it was not done. The mechanic did not check the brakes, windshiled water was not filled, left the top part of the break fluid unassembled. When I finally got the car they didn't even went thru the process of the condition of the car they justt charge me and gave me the invoice. Come on after waiting 2.5 hr for my car and charging $65 I would expect a better service. By far the worst experience I ever had for car service, not coming back. read more

This is our second experience with same issue. Made an appointment online and dropped the vehicle off for an inspection and oil change so we didn't have to wait around - in particular with COVID. 4 hours later I called because I'd heard nothing and the vehicle hadn't even been taken back. Would've let it go except that this is clearly a pattern and the staff seems to think dropping it off means they can keep it forever. read more

Worst Customer Service ever! I came in reporting that my tire is reporting low and need to get it replaced. I am quoted a price that is 3x the price that i'm getting online. The tire that I have concern about Gene B states that this tire isn't the concern and to not worry about this. He then states that I will have to get 4 alignments and when I ask him to explain he says don't worry about it leave it to the experts. He never addressed the issue of the one tire and instead wants to replace the 3 tires that might need to be replaced but they aren't flat at this moment! read more

I keep forgetting that I dislike Firestone and accidentally go in there for something minor. Customer service is trash. They don't say hello when you walk in and had me waiting to get air. I just left and went somewhere else. I'll remember this when is need new tires. read more

Came in for tire repair for a rental car that I was using through hertz aroundand they where unable to figure out how to get approval to repair tire, after calling between both companies was able to get a PO and a service number for them on my break time they called back and gave up on me and said "we can't figure out how to bill this your gonna have to come pick it up", came back got the keys from them and left disappointed. read more

Ok. I gave Firestone one more chance and it didn't work out so well. I needed a tire replaced on a Saturday. I called Firestone and asked if they had my tire in stock and was told "sure no problem". Then asked if they could get me in same day and said "sure no problem". When I arrived they did not have the tire in stock and tried to sell me another tire. I was trying not to mix and match tires. One of the employees told me my tire had been discontinued, if that were true why was I told they had it??? Not sure if this Is a standard practice to get people to come in and then hope the customer says "oh well since I'm here might as well for it". To me this is a bad practice to get the customer to come in either as bait and switch or just incompetence. I'm now a NTB customer. read more

My girlfriend took in her car today to get a state inspection. She had stated that it almost seemed like she was getting talked down to. almost like a baby talk by one of the techs. when she got a phone call from them they stated that the inspection had failed due to multiple reasons and that the cost was going to be over a grand. When i showed up with her to firestone the changed there statement to "oh it only just the front tires". Seems like someone trying to get some commission money. Granted the front tires are bad, but the fact the tone switched up once a male presence was there makes me wonder how many people they tried to screw over. They still charge over $50 compared to discount for tires. I do not suggest this place for inspection. they may be good people, but this experience makes me think they are trash. read more

Excellent and kind of service! I drive a lot for my job, so it's great to know my car is ready for the road. I arrived when the store opened and was done in 45 minutes for my oil change. Absolutely, without a doubt the scummiest auto place I have ever been to. These guys have some real f***** nerve. Always lying about labor this and parts that. Always trying to up-sell. When I drop my car off here, I don't want to mention certain things because they'll try to scam you. Never a clean simple transaction with them. I get lucky because my brother-in-law works on cars and can call out the crap. Fuming. Just want an honest car place I can trust. I know businesses need to make money. But that doesn't mean you get greedy with it. Far more efficient to keep me as a long term customer than to piss me off so I don't come back. read more

They charged me for an oil change and didn't do the service. I took my car in to get two things done, one of them was an oil change. I pick my car up, paid and drove home. The next day I noticed my car was really loud and realized they had never actually changed my oil even know they had charged me. I took it back and they said, "oh yeah, sorry we can do that now." I was fuming but stayed composed. They were not apologetic at all and offered me no incentive to ever return to this store again. Very disappointed because usually I have good experiences at Firestone. read more

This Firestone location is one of the best auto repair places in McKinney. Unlike many other similar businesses in the area, the gentleman that work at this Firestone never overcharge you, never try and upsell you, and always try and make sure you are getting the best deal for your money. I have come here numerous times for tire replacement, and they always try to talk me out of buying four tires when I only need one new one. I used to use this location as a "second opinion" to my regular NTB, until the third or fourth time they saved me upwards of $200 for a part I didn't need. The staff is always friendly and always do their best to explain exactly what they are doing and why it is necessary, especially for larger purchases. read more

I read reviews on this location prior to coming and despite the warnings to not come because of bad service Is came anyways because my dad chose this location. When I walked in it was greeted by JASON BARRINGER who helped me with kindness and patience with my lack of knowledge about tires. As we were talking about my tires and warranty, I hear a man named randy, who happens to be the worst manager ever, in the office standing in the doorway chewing a female employee out. This ladies name is kasey (not sure of spelling) She was taking the verbal lashing like a true boss until he started getting a little disrespectful. She spoke up to defend herself and he said "stop talking, that's your problem, you always try to talk over people". Jason walked over and politely asked randy to shut the door because customers could hear him, Brian and randy refused and said "I got this" Jason was completely embarrassed by Brian and Randys behavior and the poor girl was just standing there being the victim of this egotistical power tripping manager. If you go to this location DO NOT DEAL WITH RANDY. Something about a person that belittles others in front of others makes him seem shady. To top it off.......I asked Jason to add an alignment to my order and he said let's wait and see if you need it, I don't want you paying for something you don't need!!!!! read more
