I had a leak in my tire after getting something lodged in it. My tires were under warranty, so I dropped my car off here with my fiancé, who did all the talking. The specialist let us know that it should be able to be patched up and if not, they can replace the tire since warranty is still valid. My fiancé let him know that if it comes to replacing the tire, we'd like both back tires replaced to keep it even, but to keep us updated. Ultimately, the specialist took my contact down and a couple hours later called me to tell me they couldn't fix it and both tires were replaced and my total would be $265.... There was no quote given, no update regarding their inability to patch the tire, just a hefty bill when all my tires were less than a year old and I had paid to have them covered by warranty. They told me I either had to pay or they had to take one of the tires off and put my old one back on. I told them to just put my original tire back on. Then, at pickup, they said "we actually found a nail in your other tire so they're both replaced and covered under warranty"... I looked at the bill and the cost for EACH tire was only $149 and with extra charges around $160. After I received a estimate of damage from my insurance company and received my money, I started looking around to see what body shops are in the area. I found Critical Collision was only a few miles from where I live. I read all the reviews and every review was extremely positive. so I gave George a call and he was able to pickup right away. George is extremely nice and approachable. He took time to talk to me about the hail damage and the door dings I wanted to get fixed. He told me he can take care of all that and if he finds any other dings, dents or other imperfections that he would take care of those too. He told me that he would let me know when he can get my truck in and he would give me a call to schedule a time to drop it off. A few days goes by and he asks if I can bring it in today or tomorrow. I told him I would bring it in today if that still works for him. I drop off my truck and a little of 1 1/2 hours goes by and he tells me my truck is ready. Wow, that was fast! I was about 10 minutes late to my appointment so I must take blame for that but I still had over an hour and a half wait for just an oil change. They are also very misleading on the phone as I did request to know what their wait time was before making the appointment. They informed me they could get me in at 1 o'clock without indicating how long the car would need to be there.

I don't drive it often, so it's only got 134k on the clock. Yet, I feel a vibration up front whenever I get a rotation. It usually comes in at about 60-65 miles an hour (see video). We have been chasing this issue for a couple of years now. It was sporadic at first, but now as the tire starts to wear more it's very noticeable. So today I went in expecting a fight or at least some major pushback. I was met by "Gilbert", a very nice but intense young man. I explained my issue and showed him a video of the problem. He advised me I was out of the warranty window, but I reminded him that this has been an ongoing issue. He offered to replace the tires, valued at $288 per tire, plus $49 per certificate for a total of $254.00. Not exactly what I had in mind for a set of tires I've had issues with this long. I countered with repurchasing the two certificates for $98.00 and they exchange my tires. He agreed. The tires were ordered and I return tomorrow 9/12/25 to have them installed.
