Staff was super friendly and helpful, even when they couldn't tell me the exact cause, they still went the extra mile to help me out at no additional charge! Big thanks to them all! read more

I limped into their facility after realizing I had a slow leak in my tire. The doughnut was not an option being 200 miles away and the manager found me a compatible tire at a local supply house. They were shorthanded, and the manager and the tech both went out of their way to get me back in the road less in than 90 minutes. in addition, I found their pricing very reasonable as I was obviously at their mercy. I am very pleased and of course highly recommend!!! read more

Called about a check engine light to see if they could quickly help me out with a code scan. Person who answered was cool about it and told me to roll by. Came in, got scanned and some great advice about what the code meant, sent me on my merry way. I appreciated this experience so much after my last debacle with the exact same situation and was taken advantage of. They were pretty booked up so we didn't get the repair done here, but I like the shop and the guys working there. Thanks! read more

The good folks at Platinum Towing towed our car to this shop after we had a blowout on the highway. Jeff and Jeff took care of us, finding us new tires, installing them, and getting us back on our roadtrip with a quickness. We are so grateful for the speed and kindness! read more

Firestone Complete Auto Care - Flat tire - Tires Near Me - Grand Junction, Colorado

Called Sunday 7-21-24 and spoke with Justin, needing just a simple flat tire repair was told 2 hours so i ran it down and dropped it off. well long story short 5 hours later i showed up and they still haven't touched the tire at all. Looks like i have a firestone credit card that i will NEVER use, and 3 vehichles that are coming up on needing new tires ( was going to do all three at once with the no interest plan). I will make sure all 3 of the vehicles get tires somewhere else (everyone offers credit card promos for no interest). Justin knew I have been looking at tires as that was one discussion we had at the beginning as he even showed me some tread patters for all terrains when i first stopped in to drop the tire off. when I picked it up 5 hrs later his attitude was like he didn't care one bit. Firestone you lost a customer if you guys cant tackle a simple tire repair I will never trust you for anything more major than that. don't worry though another place got the problem fixed in about 20 mins for me. I recommend trusting another place to get any type of quality service, this place is not it! read more

I walked in today hoping to make an appointment to have my tires filled with air. The amazing young mechanic (with the hiccups) was so accommodating! She had me pull right up to bay 1 and even showed me the area on my car that lists specific tire sizes, rim sizes and psi protocols, and explained it! She walked me through each tire check and topped off each tire with air as well. Another mechanic came over and chatted with us during the process, so friendly! Turns out, I had a screw stuck in my back left tire! She showed me how using soapy water in a spray bottle is awesome when checking for air leaks. So cool! She repaired that flat tire so quickly too! So glad I decided to come to Firestone today! read more

Me and my wife were traveling from New York to Las Vegas when our car started going haywire. We got stuck in Grand Junction Colorado and decided to leave our car with Firestone. Best decision I could've made in our situation. Justin, Austin, Rick, Brandon..thank you all for helping get us back on the road! The ground cable replacement seems to have fixed the issue. Not one glitch the whole way to Vegas. Those of you who are veterans there, thank you for your continued service to your community. I love it. read more

Firestone has serviced my car for the 7 years that I have lived in the Grand Valley. 2 years ago I was told I needed a new battery. I tested it with my personal battery tester & it was fine. I finally replaced it this year, just due to its age despite that it still tested well. I scheduled an appointment last week for a tire rotation & oil change. I did not wait for it there, but asked how much time it would take & was told 2 hours. I had arranged for a friend to give me a ride home & back. 3 hours later, I went to pick it up & it was just at that moment that they were taking it in for the shop for the work to be done! I will not be going back. read more

On Sunday, May 1st, I arrived at Firestone very anxious because my tire pressure indicator came on when I started the car. The reason this made me so anxious was because I was traveling back to Las Vegas in the morning. Justin was awesome. He listened to my story and told me that he would take care of the issue with the car. They checked my tires and within a few minutes he came out and reassured me that all that was needed was more air. The service was great and so was Justin and his team. We made it back home safely because you took great care of my care and provided a great service to me. Thank you again for showing me your great kindness to someone that was going crazy with worry. I cannot thank Firestone enough for helping me out yesterday! I'm far away from home and my car started acting up. I went to a different shop who couldn't help me at all. I needed to get home. These guys were so busy, but still took the time to help me! They did a great job! They were very kind, and professional! So thankful I found them. read more

Brandin was cocky and disrespectful over the phone. I don't know what the issue was, if he's having a bad day or what but what ever it is, it's no excuse to act that way towards someone else. Made one more phone call and found a more humble shop. read more

In May, while driving from Denver to Orange County, California, I got a flat near Grand Junction. I could not have been any happier with the service I received. From the manager Jeff, to technicians Austin and Josh (and Cynthia), they were all extremely nice and professional. I thought my tire would need to be replaced, but instead they were able to repair it and get me on my way. Jeff runs a great shop, and comes across as very honest and friendly. If I lived in the area, this would be my go-to shop for sure. Thanks, guys! read more

Very friendly, honest, fair, and quick service. Could not have better things to say. My experience here honestly made me a Firestone Complete Auto Care customer for life. In the middle of a cross-country road trip, I hit a chunk of asphalt that completely mangled the splash shield underneath my car.. causing me to limp 200 miles from middle of nowhere Utah to Grand Junction. I first tried going to the Grand Junction Honda Service Center, who were unapologetically unhelpful and seemed almost annoyed I asked for help. The guy there wouldn't even come out to look at my car and just shrugged his shoulders. I was desperate. I called Firestone and Megan answered and immediately made me feel at ease and that I would be taken care of. I came in the next morning, and in less than an hour after dropping off my car I was back on the road again. The 2 gentlemen (I didn't get their names) who helped me were incredibly honest, kind, knowledgable, and clearly want the best for their customers. I've never had a better experience at an auto shop. Seriously. I don't have enough good things about them. So thankful for the help I received. Highly recommend! read more

I regularly use Firestone back in Denver, because I like the quality and variety of services along with their pricing and hours. Even though I use Firestone all the time, I've never had a tech come out and talk to me and explain the issue. Then, actually bring me out in the shop an SHOW me the issue. That was huge. This store is well staffed, intelligent, helpful, and friendly. Being out here on the Western slope in Cedaredge for short time period; I was having a hard time finding anyone open on the weekend to take a look at my car. Most places are M-F 9-5...the exact times I work and cannot get in. So I chose to make the drive out to GJ early on Saturday and I'm glad I did! Even after this current car is long gone, I'll be a Firestone customer for life. Thanks guys! read more

The customer service is awesome. Very friendly and they take extra time to make sure you are very happy with the results. I have had tires installed, flats fixed, and oil changes done. I like being able to make my appointment online so it fits my schedule. And they are open weekends! read more

Megan M does not need to work here. So brought my car in for an oil change during the middle of it a lady brings a screw out tries to give it to an old man that came in and said here I just got this out of your car and then he said that's not my car I don't have that make or model and I know that the car she's trying to say that she took it from is mine so then. She tells him oh my mistake and then doesn't proceeded to tell me that they got us grab my car then a few minutes later comes over and tries to say that they didn't touch it but there was still a nail in there and I told her I just saw you tried to hand a man of screw that you got out of my car and her face was just dumbfounded. read more

My husband and I had our car towed to Firestone after the engine died unexpectedly on an off ramp near Grand Junction. We were on our way home to Reno with many, many miles to go. We were greeted by Megan at Firestone. Megan was extremely easy to work with and very knowledge. They were able to fit us in on 4th of July weekend! Sean was the technician and spoke with us directly as well. It ended up being a faulty radiator cap! Thank you for being so professional and courteous! read more

Take the time to go somewhere else!!!!!!! I dropped my car off to get two tires replaced and an oil change and was told it would take them an hour and a half. I come back to the store after two hours only to find out that they had not even started and completely without even so much as a phone call!! The girl could only say I'll make an appointment for you for tomorrow. read more

Jeff was amazing! We are a touring band (KOLARS) and our tire blew out about 10 miles from this spot. It was on Labor Day! This was the only place open and they said if we got there by 5 they could help us out. We got there about 1/4 to and we were out of there in just under an hr with alignment and two new tires!!! He hooked us up with a solid rate and gave us the full rundown. Wish we always came across this kind of customer service. Now we can reach our campsite in time and finish the rest of our national tour without stress and concern about our car drifting and our tires going out. Couldn't be happier. This guy deserves a promotion. 5 stars all day long. read more

Traveling through the area, stopped at Fort Ivie rest area and so did our battery. Got a jump and headed east. No service garage in Green River so we forged onto Grand Junction. Called Firestone -they had the battery needed and could take us in. Megan at the front desk couldn't have been nicer. She was excellent. They took us right in and we were out quickly. The mechanic checked the oil and performed an inspection. Great people, great service and we appreciated their help. Dog friendly waiting room too. Greatly appreciated in the 94 degree weather. read more

The customer service at this place is absolutely remarkable. I was traveling through Utah when my tire blew out. We were on vacation and had a serious alignment problem. We got to the store 30 minutes before closing on a Saturday evening. I was driving cross country from California to Wisconsin, when i noticed that the car would shake when I applied the brakes. I've had this problem before, and I knew it was the rotors. I had taken my car to another place on a Saturday, and after they assured me there was nothing wrong, I resumed my drive, and continued to have issues. Luckily for me, Firestone was open on a Sunday. My sister had called while we were driving on Saturday, told them about our situation, and even though they were fully booked (only place open on a Sunday), we were told to come in as soon as they opened so they could have a look. We got there when they opened, and were told they would work on my car as soon as they could, but it could be somewhat of a wait. Luckily for us, they work quickly, and my car was ready to go in about 2 hours! The people working there are very friendly, and I feel like I was charged fairly. Thank you Firestone Grand Junction!! read more
