Excellent customer service. We came in on a Friday morning with a bad trailer tire. The crew jumped right on it and got us on our way. Very professional and curtious. Highly recommend. read more

Fast service and super friendly people working there. Id definitely go back again. The tires we wanted were there and at a reasonable price.

Love this Big O Tires! Early this week, I went there with a leaky tire on my car. Due to my car having AlI Wheel Drive, I was very concerned that I might need a whole new set. Alec Rose and Joe Vigil were very friendly and helpful in fitting me in that day and keeping me aware of where they were in the process of looking at my tire. They fixed my tire quickly, and it has stayed fixed. Also important, they didn't try to sell me anything! I thoroughly recommend this Big O Tire store! read more

In town for planned service on our trailer and developed a leak in our truck tire. Big O's was recommended to us and we were BEYOND appreciative! They took us in (despite being obviously busy) and found the tiny nail that caused the slow leak. We were in and out in about an hour for $25! The staff were all wonderful and professional (and enjoyable). Great experience. read more

Glenn was excellent, engaged and easy to talk to. This is my preferred local shop for a variety or reasons. Transparent, competitive, and on-time. No worries. No problems. Rare in today's world. Thnx! read more

I am beyond impressed with how fast this place was helping me get my tire changed. The gentleman at the customer service counter has amazing customer service skills. He was honest and upfront. I thought I was gonna have to sit there for a little bit (like an hour tops), but nope I was there all together 30 minutes. Can we say impressive! I am definitely going to recommend this place. Thank you guys and I am so grateful for you! read more

My husband and I are traveling through grand junction on our way to Michigan when we noticed our drive wasn't as smooth. Came in and spoke with Mike. He took our vehicle back right of way and even suggested a great place to eat. By the time we we're finished with breakfast, walked back to Big O and our truck was finished! Thank you Mike! We appreciate you! read more

Big O Tires - Small yet comfy waiting area. - Tires Near Me - Grand Junction, Colorado

We were on a trip from California to Monument, CO. Stayed the night in Grand Junction, CO, and woke up with our car front passenger flat tire. We happen to be very close to the Big O in Grand Junction. They were VERY busy but got the tire fixed and us on the road as quickly as they could being so busy. All very nice, understanding, and caring while doing it all. Great service and hospitality! Oh, and they did it for no charge!!! Tried to pay them as they had to still use someone for the labor to take the tire off, fix it, and put it back on. But they wouldn't hear of it!! Very kind!! Thank you so very much!!! read more

Great experience I recommend this location ! The other local Big O manager on hwy 6 quoted me some BS because he didn't have the tires in stock. These Big Os are privately owned. The other guy on hwy 6 said "oh those blow up so we stopped carrying them". Yeah right! You just don't have them. read more

We made an appointment for 4 PM to have an alignment. When we arrived we were told they didn't have time for us and couldn't do it because they had several walk-ins. What is the purpose of an appointment when walk-ins take priority. We left and had our alignment done elsewhere. The mechanic didn't seem phased that we were going elsewhere nor did he apologize for the inconvenience. read more

These guys are amazing! We stopped here on our way from Vegas because the car just didn't 'feel right' so we came in for an alignment and tire rotation. Not only did they do an amazing job, they were quick and showed us a few observations but didn't try and upsell us. Justin was the main one we talked to at the desk. He was great!! Thanks Big O read more

I went to buy a new tire and get it put on my car. Everything seemed great. Within an hour my brakes began squeaking. Relatively new brakes and had no issues until getting my tire. read more

These guys hooked it up! Best customer service at any tire shop I have ever been too. I had a blow out in I-70 in my motor home, I limped it to the shop and told them I needed some helped, they saw my entire family and did everything thing they could to get me back on the road ASAP. These employees treated me like a local and helped a lot. Thanks guys read more

My friend warned me Big O Tires had tried to rip them off before. I decided to go anyways because I already had an appointment scheduled. I went in for a battery replacement. Both my dad (over the phone) and I (in person) verbally confirmed with Glenn that he was going to install an Interstate MTP 35 battery and the price. After the battery was installed I opened up my car and saw an "MT 35" battery was installed. It was a different model. Glenn claimed he misread it. I might be inclined to believe him if my friend hadn't explained a story of them being misled by Big O Tires. Do not go here. My friend recommends Batteries Plus Bulbs instead. read more

My car was blowing white smoke out of the exhaust. They explained what they thought was the problem, but they didn't do that kind of work there. They topped off my oil and coolant and sent me on my way free of charge. read more

We're traveling around Colorado from Oregon and last night the sensor in our car indicated a slow leak in one of the tires. Went to Big O at 7 am and they had it fixed and us out of there in about 20 minutes...no charge! Thanks, guys. read more

The team at Big O is amazing. I needed a new headlight before traveling and they had me on the road in minutes. This was far and away the best service I've experienced. I will be a life long loyal customer. Danny and Davey are top notch. If I could give 10 stars, I would! read more

Came in early on a Saturday morning with a flat off Interstate 70 . The Shop is 1 block off Main st. Walked the downtown streets, picked up b'fast did mail at the P.O., and 43 minutes total, it was fixed; i was on my way. Really nice group working there that work well together. Thank you for not having Fox on your TV! I'm coming back for some tires soon. Oh did I mention "NO CHARGE" for the service they gave me!!! read more

We had a problem with our brakes on our way to Moab from Denver. We spent about 6 hours here (our vehicle kept presenting new problems). The whole crew worked their butts off to get us back on the road as quick as they could. We really appreciated their hard work and would recommend Glen and his crew to anyone. read more

Billy Hendrix is the guy to see!! Amazing customer service and always goes above and beyond!! Highly recommend him!

A few weeks ago I experienced the sinking-heart feeling of walking out to my 2000 Honda prelude on my lunch break and seeing one of my tires nearly flat. At the advice of one of my coworkers, I drove the 0.2 miles to this establishment and let them know I could see a screw in my back passenger tire. The guy took my keys and my number and told me he'd call me when he was done. The service was so fast, so polite, and so easy. I was amazed. What I thought was going to be an expensive headache was a snap to deal with, thanks to the guys at this location. Definitely bring your car in here if you want it to be treated fairly and efficiently! Thanks again, guys! read more

I am new in town and needed new tires and an oil change. Donnie the manager and his team helped me out right away with payment options to get me going. I was able to bring my car in right away. The entire team at this location were incredibly nice and very helpful. I was in and out of my scheduled appointment and was guided with payment plans that best fit me after my move to a new town. Will definitely be coming back here due to the positive experience. read more

They have a sign on the door saying some employees won't be wearing masks due to medical problems. Wellllll none of the employees are wearing masks. I'm pretty sure they alll shouldn't be exempt. Go down the road to discount tire. They all have masks!!! And hand sanitzer readily available. Much friendlier as well! read more

I am car guy. Have driven sports cars and classics for 45 years and do most of my own work. I am not a fan of Big O tires tho per se. But today's store sell Yokahama and Pirelli, probably other competitive brands as well. My four star review tho, is about the crew and this store. First, the guys there are friendly, engaging and competent. Can't beat that. The store is tidy and comfortable. Will def return. read more

Chose to get new tires here based on decent tires at a very competitive rate per online quote. Requested an appointment on their website based on quote. After requesting appointment standard statement online saying appointment would be confirmed via phone or email. Neither happened, I had to call the store to confirm. After new tires were placed the price was significantly higher than the quote (+$100), and the store would not honor the quoted price. Service was... average at best. Better service and price on tires other places in town. Will not be doing business here again. read more

i went here today to have a nail removed from my tire that i had sent my wife to have removed last week , they told my wife that there was no nail in my tire , they then told me it was a 2 hour wait they had 2 open bays and 4 guys working on 1 car , they also were not wearing masks inside the showroom which is a state law treated rudely and was iaughed at by the employees as i was driving away and told to f off by the employees that were in the bay horrible customer service went up the street to discount tires and had my tire fixed within 15 min and all their bays were full read more

Abosulty fantastic service!! Donnie saved our road trip by fixing our flat tire within 15 minutes, and he did it even charge us for it!!! We got back home safely! When we get our tires replaced next we go to big o tires! Thanks Donnie!! read more

Two hours for an oil change and tire rotate. Two bays are in use no lines. I'm glad it's next to a bunch of hotels, you can use the hotel internet since the Big O Tire guest network is very slow. I would not recommend this store. read more

They probably are a decent shop for tires. Do not get anything mechanical looked at here. I was purchasing a used car for my college age daughter. As I do not know about auto mechanics and I wanted her to be safe, I opted to have a mechanical inspection done prior to making my purchase. Dan's Auto sales recommended Big O's, so that is where I chose to have the inspection done. They missed multiple things wrong with the car including rear brakes that were shot, power steering pump that leaked like a sieve and a valve gasket that leaked oil all over the engine. Put 950 into repairs three weeks after getting a clean "mechanical inspection" from this shop. Buyer Beware! read more

This is a great shop. I stopped by yesterday to get my tired repaired. The staff was very friendly and they got me right in. My tire was repaired within a half hour and when I took out my credit card to pay, the manager told me that there was no charge. What a great surprise. I will definitely go back to this store when I need new tires or any repairs. read more

I love Big O and have gone to several of the local stores for car, truck and trailer tires as well as oil changes. I especially like the 3rd Street store. Charlie is wonderful and they are very quick. Last time they were done before I had walked over to the Post Office and back. Highly recommend these guys! read more

I was scheduled to pass through grand junction on vacation, I was in need of two new tires, I spoke with Brittany and she told me they did not have these tires in stock but could have them by Thursday that week at the latest and would give me a call, This would work because I would not be arriving in GJ until Friday morning. I received no call, but I was traveling and could have missed it. I called the store at 7:00 am on Friday morning, Brittany wasn't in, but the gentleman that answered the phone said he couldn't find any information but would check it out and call me back. He called me back within 15 minutes and told me there was no record of Brittany ordering my tires. ugh !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! P.S. thanks to DISCOUNT TIRES I was on my way with very little delay. Never again Big O. read more
