New trailer tires. Called in advance but they said no appointment was necessary. Arrived in town 2 days later and they had a lot of work but took my vehicle and trailer right away. I was thrilled I wouldn't need to disconnect - they have a driveway down the side of the shop (photo) for trailers to pull through and they went straight to work. They also replaced the rubber plugs on my axle caps and provided a helpful suggestion that next time I do the bearings I could have my guy add a zerk fitting on each side. Efficient process, paid attention to my TPMS tire pressure monitors, stuck to the quote they gave me over the phone without me even providing my name, were super nice, and had a lot of tires in stock (great 10-ply, too). Zero stars is more like it. Our vehicle was taken here in an effort to resolve a check-engine warning light. This shop didn't even properly diagnose what the problem was and proceeded to charge us $350 for work that contributed absolutely nothing to the solution. The light came back on shortly after pickup. I came back to the shop and Kevin, the owner said, "I don't know" and offered nothing to make it right or further troubleshoot the problem. We ended up having to take the vehicle to another shop to do what this shop didn't do. Kevin is a crook who had nothing further to offer but attitude and smart ass remarks upon additional follow-up. This is the worst experience I've had with any car repair shop anywhere in my life. My suggestion is, AVOID. read more

Awesome guys! I went in a few weeks ago while visiting family and had what I thought was a need for a new alternator. I wasn't going to be able to return to Los Angeles without it. I was ready to shell out the $300-$400 (or whatever it would be), and notified them that's what I was expecting to be the problem. Within the hour, they called to let me know it was actually the battery, which would only be about $120 (and thankfully I was able to return my old batter to my dealer in LA, since it was under warranty). This place was a life saver to our family when we were on a road trip!! We stopped in this town for a picnic lunch on a long road trip from Denver, CO to LA, CA and when we started back driving from the picnic my car was telling me that there was a problem with a tire and to bring it in ASAP. We swung in here on our way back to the highway, and he found a nail in our tire. The man that helped us quickly got the tire off and fixed, only charged us $20 and had us back on the road, in I swear 20 minutes! Pro Tire and Alignment installed two new front tires for our RV. The price was great, employees are friendly, BUT.... the tires and rims were filthy! How hard would it had been for them to clean their grease off? We paid $1400 and for that much money one should expect to have clean tires and rims when driving away! This place was amazing! The women with the tear tattoo, I wish I knew her name. She was so helpful and knowledgeable, our problem ended up being something that they couldn't fix only due to the fact that they didn't do welding, but she told us how to fix it and then checked our engine and clean our front vent. All for free! My husband and I have been driving from NY an are on our way to LA and this is by far the best service we have had in the trip. read more
