Unfortunately my car had a weird size that wasn't easily found, but he did have one brand new. However I didn't have much money on me to pay for a brand new tire (which was a reasonable price) but he ended working with me and found a gently used tire that was very near my normal size and way less price. All in all I stopped her by random chance and I plan to be coming her for my needs in the future. He's very honest and doesn't play games or overcharge anyone. The people on the phone were friendly and setting up an appointment was quick. The service itself was also fast and they let me know that my car was in good shape (except for my tires, which will need to be replaced soon). Another shop corrected what WHAR neglected to do. Never again am I setting my foot in this shop and don't recommend it to anyone. I guess this shop knows how to take advantage of an elderly woman. UPDATE: four months ago (May 2025), this very shop did some work on my car and requested a positive review. I said OK but am unable to post it since I reviewed before and Google won't let me do it again. The shop then sent a link to my phone and I was able to post a positive review from a different gmail address. I am buffled how WHAR even knew my another gmail that I never told them about, and what else they know about me, and how they are going to use this knowledge. One time I didn't have enough to cover a major repair, but I regularly go there when I have a problem, so they broke it into two payments for me, it was very convenient. They will fix anything your car needs fixed, from my experience. The office also has air conditioning, you can sit in the lobby and chill while your car is getting fixed.
