Problem: Excess time to respond, poor service, poor leadership from store manager On March 23, I had my vehicle towed to Firestone by AAA because I had a little trust and confidence that I would get good service. Historically, it takes about 3 to four days to get my car back, not 4 weeks (4/13/2026) like this time. I have never had a vehicle after repair perform worst than when it went in. My vehicle had no power but the power would turn on if it was jumped. However, when I picked up my vehicle, the "check engine" light was on and I later realize that the A/C no longer worked. The "check engine" light has never been on this vehicle. I recently took it to AutoZone for a check out and the report indicated it couldn't detect an error. The A/C worked before I took it to Firestone. I'm 68 yrs old and I live in Texas; it gets scorching hot and I need A/C to survive. Through this whole event, all I heard was excuses and victim (vehicle) blaming on the check engine light from the staff and this store manager. Professionals take responsibility for the incompetence. Also I believe they are creating problems to sell products and services, shady tree mechanics. read more

Bad manager Curt refunded me ,$401and told me Firestone is done with my truck What awful Manager Curt!! I have been a customer with Firestone for decades and I never have never complained read more

0/10 LEFT WITH MORE DAMAGE THAN I CAME WITH Brought my car on a Saturday morning for new tires. They claimed they were unable to "remove my rim from the tire" after having my vehicle for 3 whole hours. Within those three hours, I was not contacted once to discuss this issue. Instead, I had to call at the time they said my car would be ready to receive this information. I was convinced by the manager to buy the tires carry out and he would talk to someone at another store to have them installed (WHICH FELL THROUGH TOO). When I picked the tires up on a Wednesday, they handed me a lug nut from a bag and asked if it was mine!! We discovered it was mine from the left rear wheel. So, they also failed to notify me of an incident that occur with my vehicle in their possession for 3 ENTIRE DAYS!! When mentioned, they claimed it was already broken and refused to fix it. Since the day I dropped my car off and they failed to provide a service they claim to be known for, my tire pressure sensor has been on. I notified multiple staff members of this over the week long exchange. Each time I was told it would turn off. Two weeks later, my car is still coding for an invalid tire sensor on the left rear wheel. This too, they don't want to be accountable for. Overall terrible experience. I wouldn't trust this shop with my car ever again! read more

Brought 'er in for an oil change and free tire rotation on a Sat @ 10am, was quoted a wait time of 1 hour. 2 hours later, noticed they hadn't even started on it, even though it was in the service bay, the waiting room seemed relatively empty, and there seemed to be plenty of technicians on hand. Was told the technician assigned to my car was at lunch. Another hour later, they still hadn't even started on it. Man, that must've been one heck of a buffet. Siyonara, Firestone. BTW, the service advisor was Antoine. read more

Terrible service. The whole team just seemed like they didn't know what they're talking about. I ordered some Firestone Firehawk tires. And the day of my original appointment they informed me they just ordered them that day and wouldn't arrive until the next day. They claimed they couldn't complete the alignment after they installed the tires because they thought my car was to low. I have stock ride height on my car. Bad experience overall. read more

Updating my review here from 5 stars to 1 star. Had been thrilled with the staff and service previously with my first couple visits in 2017 but since that time I have had constant issues with being pushed into purchasing things by the staff whenever I bring either of my vehicles in for the annual state inspection. Ive been upsold on unnecessary items that weren't within the state requirements (tires more than 2/32" but was failed and pushed into new tire purchases despite personally confirming they were above the limit). Nothing like being inconvenienced when trying to obtain a simple inspection. I have used this location for multiple tire installations and other services but will be looking elsewhere in the future. read more

Horrible customer service from the manager. I took my car to have my evaporator core replaced($1,000+ service) and was told it would take 3 days since its a big job. FIVE days pass and I call the manager to see how its going, he informed me it would be ready the following day. Following day, no call so I give them the day thinking they needed it to finish. Now today I call to see if its ready and I'm informed that no one has even started work on it! Manager is no where to be found to offer an explanation. Why did the manager lie to me? Why has a week pass and no work started and I have Uber and Lyft to work risking getting COVID in a random persons car! The manager put his employee, Don, in an awkward situation were he had to deal with my frustration and not having any answers or explanations. I don't recommend this firestone due the Managers total lack of leadership and no regard for his customers, he should be fired! First and last time ever coming to a firestone! read more

Took my car in for an alignment because I was buying new tires that day. I was told that I needed two new tie rod ends before the alignment could be done. I agreed to have the tie rod ends replaced and then do the alignment. The next day, I went on line to check the cost of the tie rod ends vs the cost of what Firestone charged me for the parts. Having checked three different auto parts stores, the average price of one tie rod end was $19.99. Firestone charged me $49.99 for the same part. The other tie rod end was different and had an average cost of $20.99 vs what Firestone charged me $99.99. Do the math, and I'm the customer, why would you do this to your customers who are the life blood of your company? I don't blame the employees at this location, they are as much a victim as I am. My advice for auto service is to find a good local family run business that you can trust and values you as a customer. read more

I keep trying to give them a chance but leave frustrated every time. Today will be my last time to come here. Had an appt to fix a slow leak--my car wasn't even taken to the back for over an hour. The counter guy told me that basically an appt doesn't mean anything--they just take cars as they come in. NOW you tell me that. read more

Great customer service provided by Jim. He listened to my auto issues and found solutions to fix these issues. I was educated on what I needed right away and what could wait for repair. He created a trusting relationship and I will definitely come back to this location for future auto repairs. Thank you, Jim. read more
