I now have an explanation for why the car has been shaking when I step on the brakes - one of the wheel studs was stripped and the other one is broken. Pretty amazing since I had the tires checked not too long ago and the brakes completely done just eight months back. The tech here said they definitely missed it before as it's been like that for a while. So he's fixed the wheel studs, rotated the tires and replaced the rotors (with a credit under warranty for the brake pads!). Yes, that's $225 I didn't really want to spend today. But brakes are super important so we're getting it done and this time, doing it properly. Now there's no squeaking and there's no shaking. My car stops properly! Don't go to this FireStone, they will definitely rip you off, its been almost a year since I went there for a courtesy check, I called made sure was free, went there to make appointment, double checked it was free with them and next day I went and left my car, got a call saying if i wanted them to fix the car valve but it would be 800 dollars, said no, they said my car was good to pick up and just had to pay the rest of the service, was confused as I headed to the place, and once I got there they made me pay 139 for an inspection, I told them to check the cameras because they would find evidence of them telling me it was free the day before, but then said they couldn't, at the end of the day I had to pay for an inspection I didn't ask for, I tried calling the company to solve this problem but they always made me call them later, at some point I just gave up, I'm leaving this review here so no one falls for this like I did, don't trust this people read more

I took my car here for a standard oil change, I had an appointment which was made 2 days prior. After dropping off my car and speaking with the disengaged and disorganized front desk staff, I was told my car would be ready in an hour to an hour and a half. After 4 hours of not hearing back, I called asking about my car and was told it wasn't ready yet as they were waiting for the oil to be delivered to the store. I was told it should take about another hour or so. 3 hours after that, I called again and was told my car was ready. The delay was explained by needing a "special oil that needed to be delivered". I don't understand the point of making an appointment if it won't be planned ahead for and also why was this not communicated to me? The complete lack of communication is enough to make never go back ever again. The misquoting of when my car would be ready TWICE caused me to be late for work. I expressed my frustration to the manager, to which he replied "I'm doing the best I can" & nothing more. The following day, I received a call at 11am telling me my car was ready. So, I'm assuming it was indeed not ready when I was told it was the night prior. Extremely poor and embarrassing customer service. My husband went to pick up my car and the manager essentially blamed him/me for the delay in my car being ready. The manager told the store's reputation is "really important to him" but obviously does nothing to make sure they have a good reputation. Going to this store is a waste of time and money. read more

This is my first time ever leaving a bad review, this experience warranted it. There'a a reason all the reviews are so low. Took more than 24 hours for an oil change after making an appt and our oil type wasn't "in stock". This caused my wife and I to be late for work and pay for Ubers just to get our car back. If the oil wasn't in stock you would think someone would give you a notice especially for an appointment made. Once I brought this up one of the workers, Jason, started blaming us for their mistakes. I should have taken my own advice and tried somewhere different this time.... I didn't and I have now been waiting for over two hours for a tire to be changed. Granted I did call this morning and was squeezed in but I was originally told it would take 1-1.5 hours and 2 hours later and my vehicle hasn't been touched at ALL. I am being told that the blame is on my fleet company (it is a company vehicle) and that firestone was on hold for over an hour and just received approval 15 minutes ago but I find that extremely hard to believe as I am able to get through right away every time I call. They would not patch the tires and told her she had to purchase 2 new tires. We went to get the tires replaced under warranty at another tire shop and they found the "nails" in the tires was shiny debris in the tread; the tires weren't even punctured. I have been taking my vehicle to Firestone for several years for service under my fleet account. I dropped it at 9am and was told there were 2 cars ahead of me and the wait would be 1 1/2-3 hours. I went back 3 hours later and they hadn't even gotten to my car. Of course they were backed up. Since I had to go to work, I had no choice but to take my car. I won't be going here again. We have been using this particular location for the service of our personal and business vehicles for years but will not be taking our business to them ever again. They broke spark plug number 4 on my car while doing a tune up and didn't even take responsibility for it. I had to have my vehicle towed to the dealership because of what their service techs did to my car. If I could, I wouldn't even give them one star!! Just want everyone to know that Firestone work on my son's car (graduation gift) and blew up the engine. I drive the vehicle there to get brakes, oil change and inspection. After they did all the work, they did something because the car would start in their shop. They told me they didn't know what happen. They actually towed the vehicle to my other mechanic shop for free. I also didn't even have to pay for the bill. My mechanic found out that there was no compression to the engine in no cylinders. He mentioned they must of drained the oil, changed the brakes and then took it for test drive. They didn't add the oil when the dropped the car. Manager told me that they didn't drive the vehicle but I have a before and after picture of mileage. Wow! What a difference in service from the one on Park Road. Yesterday I blew a tire driving to work and I towed my car to the firestone on park road. The experience was an absolute disaster. I had a really bad experience at firestone and do not recommend coming here. I brought my car in in the afternoon and was asked if I needed it back the same night in which I said yes. I never received any phone calls until I called them at 7pm (when they close) to which they told me they didn't even look at my car yet but they would call me in the morning. The next day I waited until 2:30pm and they still hadn't called me so I had to call again and they still did not know what was wrong with it and told me they'd run a smoke test and call me back in 30 min. I waited another 2 hours and still nothing so i called again. They STILL did not know what was wrong and said they were running the smoke test and would call me in 5 min with an estimate. I waited over an hour and still did not hear back so i called AGAIN and they told me AGAIN that they didn't know what was wrong with it, didn't even run the smoke test, and wouldn't get to it until Thursday (it's tuesday night and they've had my car since monday afternoon). I go to pick up my car, find out the information I was told about my transmission issue was confused with another car, they still don't know what's wrong with it, and then charged me $116 for doing jack shit. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of one is because the people there are friendly. I dropped my vehicle off with them a week ago and they told me that the time of death on my car was 1:38pm. The engine was dead and there was oil in the coolant. Even took me out to "show me" what was wrong although I was skeptical. My spirit said to get a second opinion and I'm so thankful I did. Just got my car back and is running perfectly fine. Just needed a new radiator and some gas. I will never take my vehicle back here again. If you have an older model vehicle with a lot of miles on it, take it to some local mom and pop place who won't try and get you to sell your car for parts because "the engine is shot". Awesome service. Had an appointment to get two tires installed today. Worked with William who is absolutely amazing. He was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, which I definitely appreciated. I don't believe he is the manager of this establishment, but if he isn't he should be managing one of their stores soon. Dominick (the store manager) is extremely nice and will jump to help you. I had to bring my wife's car in the day before my wedding because the computer went crazy and started throwing codes and lighting up the dash like a Christmas tree. Dominick said they were booked solid but when he found out it was the day prior to our big day asked if we could drop it off. About 3 hours after I dropped it off, got the call saying all codes were cleared and didn't charge us a dime. This is my go to shop. I intend to drive my 2003 F-150 forever, and they always do a great job of keeping me on the road. They communicate well and I like the application on my phone with our vehicle maintenance history. I've never had an issue with a service/repair here. I'm a little frustrated with my experience today. I called and made an appointment last week for a tire change and an inspection. I'm preparing to travel for a while and am rushing to get all my loose ends tied up before I go. I told them that I was going to come in on my lunch break and was told it shouldn't take more than an hour, which was perfect. I arrived today for my appointment and was told that they had a technician call out and that they wouldn't be able to service my car. I explained to the guy that I'm in a time crunch and need to get it done before Thursday. He said that if I could leave my car with them for the rest of the day they MIGHT be able to do it, but he sounded very doubtful. Since leaving my car would require me to take an Uber back to work, it didn't seem worth the gamble. He didn't even offer to try and reschedule. I can completely empathize with how some things can't be anticipated (like having a team member out sick), but it would have been nice if they had called me in advance to let me know that they couldn't keep my appointment, as opposed to turning me away when I arrived. I really could have used that time to get it done elsewhere or to check something else off my to-do list before I go. read more

Had an awesome experience with this Auto Care Facility. They were definitely the silver lining to the cloud I experienced the day before. II was able to have my car towed there New Year's Day after AAA dropped the ball the day before on my repair. Andy, the manager was amazing and beyond helpful. there They were able to place my tire in tact that had fallen off while I was driving after the "previously mentioned" facility failed to tightened the lugs and bolts. On top of that, they gave my vehicle a complete analysis at no charge, After their thorough diagnostic on my Mercedes SL500 and very competent repair, I will now entrust them with my vehicle needs. Don't Trust these Crooks. Went in for flat tire, came out with new tire. Tech said tire was beyond repairable because of fix of flat in tire. I've had my tires patched many times with fix of flat and never had anyone refused to fix my tire. And on top of that, it took them an hour just to give me that news, and I went early in the morning when no one was there. Then as customers were coming in, they too had been bamboozled with coming in with one issue and them finding a 100 other issues. Its crooks like them that give auto places a bad name. read more

I got a flat tire when my daughter and I were leaving our dentist appointment on a Monday morning. I did not have AAA and didn't know what I was going to do. I called Firestone nearby and Dominick, the manager, said he'd come out see if he could get my tire elevated enough to get here. He came out and got it inflated just enough to make it here. He was professional and courteous. This really helped reduce my stress level. They made a new pot of coffee for me since it was lukewarm and they found another nail hole in my other rear tire!
