I made an appointment for an alignment at 4pm. I showed up at 3:50pm and waited there until 6:40pm without any updates until they came out and told me they couldn't do the alignment because of tie rods. Whether or not the tie rods were actually seized is beyond the point as I assume they are hesitant to put any extra pressure on them to risk breaking but they let me wait in the lobby for almost 3 hours with zero communication when that could've been communicated so much faster. If a service takes over an hour and a half past the appointment time to begin the least they could do is notify me. The fact that I waited that entire time just to then be told they couldn't do it was the cherry on top. Couldn't recommend this place less. On a bright note the guy working the front (Sebastian) was friendly for what it was worth. read more

Watching out for the scam from them. I used to go there for an oil change; it's close to my house. But every time you come, they tell you something is wrong with your car. I don't know anything about it; I trust them and let them do the most they could in the past, until yesterday. I had a flat tire, and it was not on the side. They told me that I need to get a new tire. The price was higher than in other shops. I negotiated the price down and replaced it. When I was ready to pay, they told me I stripped the wheel stud when I changed the flat tire for a spare. They asked me to replace the wheel stub. The parts are $40, but the service will be $285. I was shocked and told them no. I booked the service at the Cover Jeep Bee Cave, and they put the stub back on with a $0 charge. I am disappointed in what Firestone did to me, and I hope anyone out there will learn from my experience. read more

I took my car to Firestone for a routine oil change, and when I left, white smoke was blowing out of my exhaust. I immediately called them, and they told me it was probably because they overfilled it and that the engine was just "burning off excess oil." The smoke never stopped. Soon after, my engine pressure light came on, followed by the check engine light and a loud noise coming from my engine. When my husband checked the oil at home, there was almost no oil in the car at all. We took it back to Firestone, and during that time they never once called me with an update. I had to chase them down, only to be told that there were "no lights on" in my car and that there was, in fact, oil in it. Then, they quoted me over $6,000 to fix a timing chain issue--which their own mistake caused by running my car with no oil. I am now in the middle of a claim with them and hiring an attorney to take further action. Throughout this process, Manuel and Clay (in the shop) and Jillian (in the claims department) have been rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to help. This experience has been beyond frustrating, and I would never recommend this location to anyone read more

Who doesn't top off your oil because it's too low??? Not only did they not do what I have scheduled them to do as I was in town for a quick visit but took all day and left me without the opportunity to get my oil changed and topped off by another company. I needed new tires for my vehicle and was really happy to find a same-day appointment at this location where they were able to take me just three hours after I made the appointment. My appointment was for 1 PM and I was told that it was going to be a minimum of two hours to get my tires replaced so I took an Uber to a nearby coffee shop to work for a while. An hour later, they contacted me to tell me that they did not have tires for my vehicle and then I would have to come back, leave a $100 deposit, and they would order my tires to be installed at a later date. I grabbed another Uber, to head back to this location and told them that I would not be keeping my car there as they should have known whether or not they had the tires in stock before I came in for my appointment. The gentleman very quickly said well I have been calling you since last night to tell you we didn't have your tires, and when I asked him what phone number he called, he pointed to my phone number on his computer screen. The irony is that I hadn't made my appointment until that same day so the fact that he lied and said he had been calling me the night before, was pretty comical. I was really hoping this was going to be my new tire place. Terrible service. They do not respect their customers time, and I'm now wasted two hours of my life I can't take back. I stopped in to have my tires rotated and windshield wipers replaced. Shortly after driving away the tire pressure gauge light came on, which means they didn't check the air pressure after rotation. The next day it rained and one of my new wipers flew off the car (in traffic.). After they resolve this issue, I won't go back because I do not feel safe in their hands. I made an appointment to get my oil changed it was $227.00 I brought air filters told them if they could use them fine if not no big deal. They did not check or change any air filters. They finished my oil change in a timely manner however they never checked anything else on the car. Never topped off the fluids or check if needed, didn't check anything extra. So I call them and he said I would have had to ask for a courtesy check or the person that took care of me would have asked me. I told them I was not asked nor would have I known I was supposed to ask there is no sign so I can't read minds. He told me I could bring it back in and it will take another 45-hour for them to check everything. Well I just won't go back there. I have bought my last tires at FireStone. I will continue to buy from Discount Tires. I booked an appointment for Sunday morning at 8:00am. Showed up and the door on store says OPEN SUNDAY's at 9:00am. I showed up at 9 only to discover it would be a few hours for service. This was WHY I booked an appointment. Just very frustrated with this store. Your website needs to be changed to show you do not take appointments at 8:00am for Sunday AND the managers need to have access to the website to prepare in advance for having the skilled technicians available to meet the services that your web site says are available to the consumer at the times allowed ON the website. If I ran my business like this business I would be OUT of business. read more

My wife has now had a tire that needed replaced a few months ago and the level of disrespect she received was horrible. But they put new tire on and she thought this was maybe a one off situation. Today she had to go back as tire was leaking and was treated horrible again and said she will never be back and their reply was good. Stay away from this place. I hit a pothole by Belterra village and had a flat! I called the team at Firestone and they were so responsive to order a tire and get it out on by the next day!! Excited to see a new tire shop nearby. Dropped by today to have new TPMS installed on 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan . I also asked to have tires broken down from another identical Dodge Grand Caravan and installed in new rims. They refused saying they install only new tires. Uh, how did they plan to install new TPMS on old rims without breaking down and reinstalling old tires? What about swapping out snow tires for summer tires? Meanwhile, this place is a nightmare to get in and out of as there is no stop light onto 290W. Don't waste your time. All these guys care about is selling their overpriced tires. When my low tire pressure light came on two days ago I went to Firestone.  An employee put air in a tire that was low and said I might have a leak.  I made an appointment for today, December 3, to have  the tire checked out.  When I arrived today the business was closed.  An employee at a neighboring business said Firestone had closed early the day before for the holiday.  I believe the holiday is New Years Day and not New Years Eve.  Other people showed up before I left and they, like me, had an appointment and were not called about the closure.  I do not understand how a business can just decide to start celebrating early and not have the courtesy to notify customers of appointment cancellations!  I took my business to a competitor. read more
