Even though they forgot to do my tire rotation the first time, when I came in again they were wonderful. They had a spot ready for me even though I was early, they took my car immediately and I was out in less than 30 minutes. The woman at the desk was very helpful and gave me a quote on new tires since I will need some soon and I am a first-time buyer. EEEEEK! Not looking forward to that bill! All in all, I would rate them ok and would consider going back. They made an anoying mistake that inconvenienced me but they did a great job fixing it. read more

Truly awesome experience. They took me right away, looked over my flat, replaced the tired and found my dealership did a bad oil change. They re did the oil change and was out the door in less than two hours! Truly great experience read more

Fantastic customer service! Kind and helpful, I felt informed and safe on the road when I left as opposed to swindled and broke. They were very busy the day I came in and slightly short staffed, yet everyone acted calm, cool, friendly, and professional. read more

I buy my tires here. If you want a great tire at a good price, buy the Destination tire. See my friend Ramona! She'll take care of you.

What can I say? Another successful trip to my firestone. Although I ended up getting more work done than I initially came for it was worth it. My baby (car) came out feeling brand spanking new. I've been coming here for approximately 3-4 years and every time I get excellent customer service and get to share some laughs with my good ol pal Ramona, she's the freaking best. Firestone you've got you a winner! read more

I brought my car (2003 Toyota 4Runner) in for a bumper to bumper. I had a 9:00 appointment, and requested an early afternoon pick-up. I still had not heard any updates by 4pm, at which point, I called to check the status. The girl on the phone (very friendly) said they were finishing up the bumper to bumper, and she would call me when they were done. At 4:45 (remember early afternoon pick-up), they called to tell me that it was ready, but they were unable to complete the inspection, because THEY COULDN'T FIGURE OUT HOW TO GET THE HOOD OPEN. I know how to open the damn hood, and they could have called to ask. They literally could have googled it. I don't drive a hovercraft, or a spaceship, I drive a 15-year old TOYOTA. She then told me "this will be no charge to you". What won't be no charge to me? The ZERO work you did on my car? My, how generous. It doesn't make me feel particularly good about a mechanic shop that can't open a hood, and I certainly won't be using them in the future or recommending them to anyone. Boo, Firestone. BOO. read more

After going to Sears, and them saying they couldn't patch my tire, and I needed 4 new tires. I went to Firestone for a second opinion. $30 patch. I highly recommend Firestone. They were very knowledgeable and efficient! Found my new tire place. read more

Professional, efficient and nice to work with. If you need Firestone or Bridgestone tires, this is the place.

FYI: Took my car here to hv my brakes inspected and was told pads and new rotors were needed. Decided to get a 2nd opinion from a competitor and was told brakes are fine! read more

This is the best mechanic I have had in years. They always tell you the truth. Do amazing work and are very helpful and kind. They have earned my loyalty for life. Managers are really the best as well. read more

I went into this store for the Interstate battery that costs $119 but the agent at the front desk told me there was none in stock that the only ones in stock were the $139 batteries. I needed one so I had to accept it since it was my only choice. Some lights came on on my dash and because the battery was the only thing I changed, I had to open my dash to look and realized that the battery that was installed for me was actually the $119 version that was supposedly not in stock. How do you even explain that? I have my receipts to enable you confirm my claim. I went back there to give the lady a piece of my mind but someone else (who said he was the store manager) refunded me the difference. I certainly wouldn't be going back there because I am not even sure the oil changes I pay for had always been done. Please avoid them!!! read more

Sam, Dawn, and Ramona are always great to work with! I work with them professionally and personally and always enjoy stopping in to see them. Their customer service is impeccable and timeliness unheard of. Glad Firestone has put together such a great crew! read more

I had a pressure leak in one of my tires, so I made an appointment at Firestone. They were friendly, and took about 30 minutes to remove a nail and fix my tire for me. The whole thing cost me 30 dollars. Overall a painless and pleasant experience. read more

Wow! How bad could it be?? We were quoted 1044.00 for a job that was 675.00 done by one of the best mechanics in Annapolis. Firestone had the audacity to call my husband, after I had already informed them that I would be taking the car to Accurate. They were really not happy that I even chose to consider an alternative. They did not remove the tires to diagnose the problem...... Stay away from this particular Firestone. We have used them before for our tires and they were great! For anything very complex I would search for other avenues. read more

If you are looking for accountability and customer service, go elsewhere. I brought my car in for two new tires--a simple request for a tire shop. I left with a donut on my car and no new tires. Apparently, the tire machine broke while one of my tires was being removed. I was told I could either leave my car there overnight with no estimate of when their machine would be repaired and my car fixed (but get a discount) or I could take my car to one of their sister sites, which were at least a 15-minute drive on the highway away in the rain with one bad tire and one donut on my car. This option would get me no discount, would not take into account the time and energy I already put into waiting 3 hours for them to put new tires on my car, would put me in physical danger, and, on top of all that, absolved them of the responsibility of putting my car in the condition it was then in. I picked my car up and was not given even a simple apology for them ruining my car. Do not go here. They clearly don't care about customers or their work. read more

I am a regular customer at your establishment & that is for one reason, Ramona Brown. She treats me with excellent customer service every time. I set up all my appointments through her & leave very pleased every time. She is a very kind & patient worker who makes my visits very pleasant & I leave very pleased & satisfied after every one of my experiences. So thank you for your wonderful staff! read more

I have been going to Firestone on West St. for years. Overall, if it's a matter of an oil change or buying tires, they are fine. But, I took my Jeep in for a brake inspection since the front brakes were squeaking. They did a complimentary inspection (since I recently had my back brakes done). They said it was nothing, just a little rust on the rotors. I had to practically beg them to do something about the rust. They "filed" down the rust, and it continued to squeak. Well long story short, after taking it in 3 times and no solution (they even tried to blame it on driver-error!!!) my brakes still squeak for over 3 months, and I am forced to take my car elsewhere! read more

I took my car in for front brake service they change the pads and rotors. The brakes very noisy and lots of vibrations. They replaced the pad still continue to have the same problem. I requested Firestone to replace the rotors and pads still the same problem. They told me nothing else we could do. I took my car to the dealer they told me the parts that was used did not fit firmly in place. So, I had to get new brake shims and pads. They just don't have the expertise at this location. Very Poor Service. read more

They were able to fit me in quickly on a very busy day before the holidays. Service was great. They accidentally damaged my tire pressure monitor in the process, which we didn't notice until a few weeks later when I was at Toyota. I called Firestone and they were very apologetic and right away offered to pay for it, I didn't even have to ask! It's so nice to have a place that does good work and values customer relationships. Despite the mistake, the way they handled it was so refreshing I am 100% coming back to them! read more

Ramona and the crew at Firestone are excellent! They always listen to their customers and provide great products and services at very good prices. The prices are often half of what the Honda dealership charges. This is my go to store! Thanks for everything! read more

Ramona, Rodjel, and Sam give the best service ever. They always make me feel like they are concerned about both of my vehicles. .. I recommend all my family and friends to bring their business there!!! read more

I called them up and asked if I should schedule an appointment to have my brakes looked at. They said that I could bring the car by the same day. When I brought the car here, they said that it would be an hour before they could look at it. I was a bit skeptical, but decided to wait. 3 hours pass and they still did not even look at it. When I asked them how much longer I would have to wait, they could not answer. No apology or anything. After that experience, I would not trust them. read more
