The Apricot wood was well seasoned and worked well for our fireplace needs. This year, I called in mid-late September. I put an order in and he said it would be a couple weeks. Well long story short, our order didn't get transferred to the delivery sheets and our order was "forgotten". After a couple weeks, I called and was finally able to get ahold of Steve. He apologized and delivered the wood within days. The almond wood we purchased, is very dry and well seasoned and smells amazing when burnt. Alex was the site supervisor and he had a crew of about four people with him. They all went about their business and clipped, trimmed and chain-sawed to great effect for about an hour and 15 minutes. They put all of the materials they'd created into their chipper and then swept up the street before they headed off to their next job. All members of the crew were polite, self-motivated and appropriately dressed for the work done. They adhered to safety procedures throughout the visit. It was a super experience!
