First time I've ever visited this dealership and couldn't be more unimpressed. Not only could they…read morenot find the keys for the vehicle I was interested in, but they couldn't find the vehicle either. Yet, it was still listed for sale on their website as well as other websites. I'm Thinking it was click bait to get me to come in so they could try to sell me something else. I'll take my business elsewhere.

To start, you walk into a cavernous room with an elderly lady sitting at a desk. Nothing else in…read morethe room but a few beat up sofas and a candy machine. Now the lady can not actually help you. She knows squat about autobody repair. Her job is to tell you 'Not today but I can make an appointment'. OK you make an appointment. Weird but if that's the way they want to do it. Now come back several days later at the date/time of your 'appointment' and the elderly lady will tell you to go sit on the beat up, taped up sofa. Now time passes, five minutes, ten minutes, fifteen minutes. You still have not seen a single soul about the repair you want done. You are an invisible ghost. The elderly lady mutters something on the phone and a guy comes out and asks her 'Is his car in the parking lot?... gazing out towards employee parking area. At that point I get up and leave. These people have no intention of doing business with you. They want you gone! You are a nuisance. How do they decide? How the customer is dressed? The type of vehicle they drive? Don't waste your time. Go where your business is appreciated.
