Such a disappointing experience today. We ordered Firefiuse Subs thru Door Dash, there was a BOGO free offer and that was a good deal! Ordered two identical turkey subs and a side of Mac and cheese. Order arrived and the bag was not sealed, completely wide open, the Mac and cheese was missing (despite the entire order ticket taped onto side of bag). The turkey subs were not prepared how we ordered them (no mustard, please). Gobs of mustard. Is it that difficult to read a ticket and leave off mustard and make sure the bag has three items in it? We didn't have a large complicated order. Two completely identical sandwiches and a small side. Couldn't even get that correct. Gratefully, Door Dash refunded us for the missing item. It just would be nice to receive what you pay for. Hard pass on Firehouse. read more

The best time to come is when they have deals like 2 for $22 where you get footlongs, a drink and chips. I will say that this location does have teenagers that work here and sometimes they aren't playing attention. read more

Stopped by after work and got a meatball sub. Food was pretty good and the wait wasn't too bad. Place was relatively clean looking and I do always like the firehouse design inside the store. Parking is a nightmare but that isn't their fault. The workers looked kinda miserable though. read more

I have never been to Firehouse Subs and this visit was by pure accident (our first dinner choice was out of almost all bread which was strange). I ordered the Turkey Bacon Ranch with no ranch, extra mayo, the loaded potato soup, and my husband had the mac and cheese. Service was quick and the store was clean and inviting. Now...that sandwich was SO GOOD. It may have replaced another chain I frequent. It was so well made and every bite was flavorful. They know what they're doing! The soup was good and my husband enjoyed his mac and cheese. Overall, great accident and I will definitely be back for more subs! read more

I placed my order through the mobile app to save time and avoid waiting at the fast-food restaurant. When I arrived, the staff informed me that my order would take an additional 10 minutes. They also said they didn't have the cookies I ordered, so I chose a different type that we also like. After 10 minutes, they told me they were out of meatballs, but another employee disagreed, claiming they did have them. The two employees argued about it, and once the issue was clarified, they explained that the meatballs were frozen and would take another 10 minutes to prepare. We eventually received our sandwiches but not the cookies or the mac and cheese. When I asked about the mac and cheese, they gave me a portion that was basically frozen and inedible. I then asked about the cookies, and they handed me the wrong ones. When I pointed out that these weren't the cookies I requested (my second choice), they admitted they were out of those as well. They offered to remember my name for my next visit to provide free cookies as compensation. This frustrating experience at a sandwich fast-food restaurant cost me $80. read more

Food is over priced, the restaurant was dirty with multiple folks just standing around. Floorrs were sticky and the restaurant smelled like old garbage. The people were nice and quick to take my order but the portion of meat are noticeably less then they used to be. I would rather spend my money on a sandwich somewhere else. read more

Was on my way to the restaurant next door and saw a lot of people coming in and thought that there has to be something special about this place, so we went in. It was Sunday afternoon, so the line was long, but it moved quickly. Ordered an Italian sub and it was one of the best subs I've ever had. Bread was soft, meats , cheese, and veggies were perfect. I've been going here for a while and the employees have progressively started to care less and less over the months. Whenever I go in there's never any music playing and it's a super awkward environment, they just seem like the absolutely don't want you there. Tonight we walked in around 7pm and the two guys working just looked at each other and kind of scoffed, they don't close til 9pm so I was confused as to why they were so uninviting. The subs were okay, definitely thrown together because it seemed like they just wanted to get us out of there but it tasted fine so that doesn't really matter. But all in all, i'd steer away from this location if you're looking for good quality service read more

Never had a bad firehouse sub before. First time at this one, got a steak and cheese and half the meat and peppers were cold (lower than room temperature). The other half of the meat was just lukewarm. Also was asked if we wanted pickles on the side. Neither of us got pickles. Wife's Engineer sub was ok though.
