First time I tried it and was disappointed that I only got the medium portion, because I was thinking maybe I am going to leave some for later into the evening and it was the beef on the rocks (beef smothered in their white sauce and fluffy rice). Tonight (Sat, May 30) I came and order 2x large portion of chicken on the rocks, similar to beef on the rocks but with chicken instead. The staff members there are really friendly and nice, the owner enjoyed me being a patron that she invited me back as the other Osmow's location I've been to wasn't quite as nice both food and staff members (attitude). The interior decor and the menu/signage is really nice and easy on the eyes to order. They have a google review where you give them a great review you get a free can of soda or water. Mind you, the review I am giving is not bias and just based on my 2nd time at this establishment. Will definitely come back to dine in once the covid19 pandemic is lifted.

One of them crucial, five of them significant, three of them minor and one categorized as "other". The crucial infraction involved Failing to protect food from contamination or adulteration!!!!! Inspectors also handed down five significant infractions including: 1. Failing to protect AGAINST harboring of pests 2. Failing to ensure facility surface cleaned as necessary 3. The door screen shows as vacant but an employee still needs to give out the 4 digit code needed to access the toilets. I also found some issues with the water faucet sensors. It is inconsistently picking up my gestures resulting in an unreliable and unsteady flow of running water when I was washing my hands.
