The drive thru will at least take you half an hour. The workers inside don't look to see if anyone has shown up at the window because they don't have a speaker to order. entered this location and there was no typical Firehouse greeting, i.e. welcome to firehouse. Placed our order and proceeded to the self serve drink fountain. Drink fountain was out of Diet Coke, so we asked the attendant. Manager shouted from the prep area he would stop what he was doing and come look. Quick glance at the dispensary and it showed it was out of Diet Coke. Shouted back, what do you want me to do about it. Another attendant, who turned out to be the daughter of the manager, changed out the dispenser and presto, we had Diet Coke. Manager told us to take our sandwiches and go. I said sure, give me a refund which he did reluctantly. Guess the customer experience has been hijacked by a lunitic manager and his daughter. Will never eat at a Firehouse again. I've eaten at FS all over the country and it's always been consistent, this location isn't up to par for them. Half of my Hook & Ladder had no meat on one side that was smashed flat and the other half had all the meat. The mayonnaise that typically makes the taste pop was nonexistent. After seeing a couple people in the drive thru, I decided to go in and get a sandwich to go. Medium ham and cheese and a small pickle for $8. The honey ham was very good. i have always loved firehouse subs but i will never go back to this one. i ordered a plain turkey and cheese toasted with a pickle. what i opened when i got home was a cold, stale, ham sandwich with no pickle in sight. i literally put two things on my sandwich and they got 50% of it wrong. the store was completely empty when we got there. i actually don't think they even tried. read more

Online ordering should be fast and convenient. I've always been underwhelmed by the service here but, today it felt like I walked in to a practical joke reality show. I did not realize that the drive thru was no longer for online orders only. After waiting in line for almost 10 minutes, I got out of line and went inside. I was greeted. I stated I had an online order and not one person behind the counter responded. I asked again and a man turned around and said it was on the rack and turned back around. I walked towards the back and was obviously confused, still no help from anyone behind the counter. Fortunately another customer helped me. The rack was behind a sign so, it was not visible from the counter. There were four people working behind the counter and the only decent customer service I received was from a customer. Just ate dinner there. Nothing wrong with the food or service. However, any place where I have to change my infants dirty diaper ON THE FLOOR IN THEIR PUBLIC RESTROOM gets a bad review from me. It's not a huge expense and can be added to the wall in the bathroom easily. There is plenty of room there. The establishment was not very busy and several customers inside were waiting close to approximately 20 minutes just for two subs, including my wife and I. The subs were decent for both of us. I thought firemen were supposed to be responsive? The restaurant was empty when I walked in... I ordered the most basic, hot sub and it took 25 minutes. I just ordered a single medium sub, yet the guys that walked in the door after I had already ordered got their larger order before mine. And no attention to customers. Drive thru orders must have been prioritized over walk-in orders, or Firehouse just decided to serve in whichever order they feel like. Their food is good but not worth the long wait or poor service. I noticed reading the reviews that the service at this location is terrible. I lived it this evening, we ordered ahead and went to pick it up at the window. The would not answer the drive thru window so I had to pull around and go inside. Told the girl the name on my order and she brings me my bag and points at the counter and says there is your chips and drinks. I have to put the chips in my bag and ask for a drink carrier, she proceeds to get one and lay it on the counter and walks away. So, I then put my drinks in the carrier and leave! Very poor service. Went to the drive-through on Saturday and watched the employees walk back-and-forth across the window and nobody bothered to come to the window. I love coming to this fire house I like how open it is and normally we sit down to eat and they are constantly wiping down tables. One of the workers Pam is always so sweet when we come in with our kids she's a sweet heart. We live in bella vista so this firehouse is a little out of our way unless were going to the mall but it has a drive through which is nice so we will go out of our way if we in the mood for a sub. read more

My Husband and I went to Firehouse Subs in Rogers for lunch. The parking lot was full, and they were extremely busy. The line moved quickly, and everyone was so friendly, we didn't mind waiting. We ordered, sat down, and received our food. It was awesome, as always, and it was nice to eat in such a pleasant environment. We just waited over 20 minutes in the drive through, after being the only car in line. We had clearly been forgotten about. I was getting ready to go in but finally after 20 minutes someone came to the window saying our sandwich was almost ready. It was another 5 minutes before someone came to the window, and in a very confused manner asked if we were the ones who ordered the sandwich.
