I cannot tell you how often I am here for breakfast. It is too frequent hahaha but I just LOVE their bagels!! My husband always gets the farmhouse with two eggs. I love to get the all nighter bagel! both are made on the hash brown bagel which just totally hits the spot in the morning. My husband and I love their orange juice too! Very frustrated with this location. I can't say I won't be back because of the location to my job, but I seriously wish they would get their morning act together. I work at the hospital at 6am, and anyone who works early knows most restaurants are not open that early. I have been a huge fan of Einstein's for years and pop in at least every 2-3 weeks for my ham/egg/cheese on 6 cheese sandwich. Their website, google, and yelp all say they open at 5:30am so when I do stop by it's usually 5:50am at the latest and a sad amount of time they're not open. Drive thru lights are off and no one comes to the speaker. Unfortunately I am 9 months pregnant and the last time I tried to go to the door in this situation it was also locked, so I chose to wait at the drive thru for 4 minutes this morning before pulling away. I never had this problem when I worked next to the Fayetteville location, I am disappointed. read more

We usually end up going here every Saturday morning.I would say they have the best bagels in Arkansas I absolutely love their bagels ,they are fresh and tasty. They have caribou coffee which is the best I usually opt hummus veggie out on jalapeño cheese bagel with potato salad. Located right off the Interstate and sharing a parking lot with Guido's pizza, Einstein's is a great source for yummy bagels and sandwiches. Eclectic bagel flavors including the usual sesame and everything and plain, they also have spinach florentine, green chile and honey whole wheat. I've never seen a "Twisted bagel" before, but they have those here. half of one flavor, half of another: sesame/plain, asiago/cheddar and chocolate chip/cinnamon raisin. Any of the bagels is available for sandwiching (that's right, I 'verbed' sandwich! You got a problem wit dat?): turkey and cheddar, pastrami and swiss, tuna, veggie and even nova lox and more. Breakfast (topped with eggs, of course) is available all day. Coke products are available via a fountain and a bunker of bottles, plus ice teas and five different coffee urns. Prices are reasonable. Plenty of tables, free wifi with power (it took me a bit to find - outlets are under the bench seats) as well as a drive-through. They're not "New York" bagels, but they are pretty darned good! Tried to go through the drive thru and a car was positioned backwards with an employee standing there talking. I drove around the restaurant several times waiting for the car going backwards to exit. After circling several times I couldn't wait any longer. I left and called the restaurant to inform them of the problem. I spoke with Chris and he continued to tell me that cars had been through the drive thru all day and he didn't know what I was talking about. He then added that he didn't know what my problem was. There is not a ton of parking for Einstein's. They have a drive thru as well. I have never done the drive thru though, so far I have always gone in to eat and enjoy my bagel! CUSTOMER SERVICE: Customer service has always been good at this location. FOOD: Good bagels and I love their cream cheese. They have fresh bagels that taste like they were newly baked. I'm normally a plain bagel girl with full fat cream cheese... or toasted with butter. So yummy! I love that this place has a drive thru, because in all honesty it's very convenient and every time I want a bagel it's the early morning and I look like a total mess and I don't want to be seen in public. I've been here 6 times in the last 2 weeks and still have yet to check-in. Since Einstein opened on campus last fall, I've fallen in love with their Vanilla Hazelnut coffee. Now that I'm living near Rogers, I am happy that this place is so near. Easy access from the highway. Left turn in and a right turn out of the parking lot. GOOD coffee. Cheap coffee. I purchased one of their travel mugs last spring and now my coffee 'refills' are $1.20. Oh, and every hot drink is 50% off after 3pm. So, I get 20oz of coffee for $0.60 after work! Had lunch here a few days ago and it was good. Very tasty BBQ chicken panini and for a reasonable price. Staff is always very friendly. Place is always clean. Always very bright. Love the uber amounts of natural light pouring in from 3 sides. Is this an Onyx or Kennedy's? Nope, but it is darn good coffee. read more
