There is a man that is often stationed at the drive through window and he is so cheery and kind. Literally makes mine and kiddos morning when he is working because of his happy eager to help attitude. read more

Delicious every time!! I have never been a big fan of breakfast foods, but my church had Einstein Bros. cater a breakfast a few weeks back so I gave it a try and I'm glad I did! These are seriously good bagels and the schmears are delicious, my favorite is the plain old regular schmear (cream cheese). My only issue with this place has nothing to do with the quality of the food but the service, the past couple times I've ordered I made sure to always ask for the bagels to be sliced and they weren't. It's a bummer too because slicing bagels is a pain in the shhhhhhhhh! lol ;) read more

I come here almost every Saturday on my way to work, everyone is always so nice and has great customer service. The manager that works Saturday mornings, I think his name is Chris is always so cheerful at 6:30 in the morning. I came through one Saturday morning and he was sick and he didn't let it affect his great customer service!!! What a great team at this store and a great manager for everyone to learn from!!! read more

The thing that always impresses me with this Einstein's location is how quickly they are able to get people's orders taken, moved over to another area to pay to keep the flow of people going and then completed order to you, even when it's very busy. I typically go here on a Sunday morning and despite the crowd the order takers always seem cheerful and helpful - which I think is impressive for a bagel place. The bagels always taste fresh and baked perfectly. My husband gets a breakfast sandwich every time and has never had a complaint. Great job on consistency over the past 5+ years they have been open. As an FYI they have a drive thru, indoor and outdoor seating and they are right off the bike trail. read more

Finally went to Einstein bagels which has been open for some time. My initial thought is its for breakfast but they actually have soups and a lot of choices for bagel sandwiches or melts, even some wraps. I went with a turkey cheddar melt on an asiago bagel. It was marginal. Kinda plain (just turkey cheese and tomato) and was a bit greasy since they heated it (you know cheddar doesn't melt well) and it was a bit dry. I didn't even see the fountain drinks until I had already paid for a $2 vitamin water which is in the bin as you order. I might be more inclined to have breakfast with a bagel and "schmear" or spread as I know it. For a sandwich, I would just assume go over to the Green Bean down the street for a fresh baked bread sandwich. The other downer for this local is there is not very much parking. Bariola's Pizza is next door (which I love) but between the two, very little parking. You have to hit it just right to catch someone leaving or have to walk from the Olive Garden parking lot. read more

I'll go here again! I quit eating bagels 5 years ago. I went to Einstein's with a friend. It may not look like much as you drive by, but just step inside and you'll be impressed! It's absolutely clean. A man, who is the father of one of the owners, maintains clean tables & counters, coffee & condiments, and customer satisfaction. The staff is attentive, swift, clean attire, well-trained. My order was processed and delivered to my table within 5 minutes. The bagel was warm & absolutely fresh: the best I've ever had! I love coffee and their dark roast is rich without being bitter, & it was maintained hot and fresh. The menu is extensive. I WILL return to try more... and more! read more

Yeah it's "only a chain" but it's a pretty darn good one. One star off for slightly high prices especially on brewed coffee - BUT all of their coffee and tea options are absolutely top notch. Excellent service when compared with fast food competitors. I'm not even a bagel fan, but love theirs and they use exactly the right amount of cream cheese. Most recently I tried the honey salmon bagel sandwich and it was fantastic with tomato, cucumber & capers and plenty of salmon on top. I also love their hot and cold cups ranging 3-5 dollars, mine have held up well over a couple of years but I'm always buying more when I'm at Einstein Bros. in any town (don't have one in my hometown). I like the bright, open & airy dining room of this location particularly well and it seems to be very well staffed. read more

Bagels and coffee are on point as expected with this chain, zero complaints in the product department. Service could be stepped up. The lady taking our order has hopefully had more cheerful days. My take was that, unless someone just kicked her puppy, she should check her disgruntled disposition before arriving to the register. I'm not from here, maybe it was a one time thing, I'm just of the opinion that the face of the company, the cashier, should be promoting the business. That is impossible to do when with a static look and flatline voice. Smile read more

Bagels are the best around but they get the order wrong a lot. I ask for an everything bagel In It's own bag with other bagels and they rarely do it so my sesame tastes like garlic and onion (not a big fan first thing in the morning). Coffee is very good and the bagels are better than you'll find anywhere else in NWA. read more

Whenever we're in town for meetings at Walmart we normally come here for breakfast first. Why? It's laid back, there's always great service, plenty of room and the bagels are better than you'd get at Panera, Dunkin Donuts and other easy in-and-out chains. Beyond that, it's an Einstein Bros and we all know what to expect: slightly better than average bagels, plenty of coffee and juices to choose from and fair prices. If that's what you're looking for this is the spot for you - and fortunately there's plenty of parking. read more

Love coming here on my weekend mornings to enjoy a fresh bagel. But their eggs are this weird, fluffy, texture.... not my thing at all. I like real eggs. But bagels are delicious! read more

Love the asiago bagel with plain reduced fat whipped cream cheese. Friendly staff. Fairly quick. Clean. If getting a bagel sandwich, you should know the turkey sausage does not taste like real sausage. Next time I will select bacon or ham instead. read more

I'm in Bentonville for a few days for work and saw this place. I love bagels and this place looks quite busy so figured it was good and I was pleasantly surprised at just how good the bagels are. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 star rating is because I only bought 3 bagels and didn't try anything else. However, the 3 bagels I did get were amazing and the employees were very attentive and helpful. Had a 4 cheese bagel, green chile bagel, and just had to try the peanut butter and jelly bagel. Bagels were fresh, chewy, and very tasty! Loved them and will definitely be back to get more before I leave for home. Great job Einstein Bro's!! :) read more

a long wait for a mediocre bagel today. it's not worth the wait. you could do better (as a customer, as a restaurant) won't be going back read more

Fast, friendly, very convenient location in Rogers. Have been here multiple times. Never had one bad experience, will be back again! read more

My first time here and the Manager was very considerate and understanding and didn't rush me through the process of ordering.

Best coffee in Rogers. Fast and friendly service. I am a regular customer and they greet me by name Just like Cheers, where everyone knows your name., read more

Never ever been disappointed with this place. All the staff is incredibly nice and food is delicious. If you go from 2-4 they have happy hour so half off drinks!!! I always get coupons in the mail so that's pretty cool too :) read more

Very good , soft delicious bagels! I really enjoy grabbing a dozen! They freeze well too . Ask for separate bags for the sweet and savory versions so the blueberry doesn't taste like garlic! read more

This is not a bagel, it is round c4appy white bread. There is no flavor, no texture, just bland chewy nothingness. Oh, and the sandwiches are microwaved. Yuck. read more

I ordered the Baker's dozen, the bagels tasted good but the bagels didn't come pre-cut so that they are ready to add the spread on them. That is the only down side, but all in all the bagels + whipped "Shmear" are tasty and so is their coffee. Also they didn't take more than 5 minutes to get my order. This is the first time coming to this place and I would definitely come again, the place looks clean and spacious from the outside (I went to drive-thru so I didn't get the chance to go inside). read more

Gotta say... Love their bagels better than Panera. Great service at the drive through!

Wow, I can't believe anyone would give this chain more than 2 stars. Maybe because it's the first bagel they've ever had, but this place doesn't serve real bagels. NW Arkansas needs a REAL bagel shop, one that boils the dough on site and serves homemade cream cheese. Ever heard of lox and bagels? Not here. Someone please open a real bagel shop and give us some options. read more

The coffee is great and the employees are very courteous. It is a clean place and very easy to get to. Although they don't have a ton of parking, there is open parking behind the building in the Evelyn Hills parking areas. I like taking my mom there for lunch because the morning coffee rush has calmed down and it has a friendly, low-key atmosphere. For a coffee place, they have a pretty extensive menu and everything I have had has been good. read more

We went to the drive through at 4:50 knowing they close at 5:00. I was going to order one bagel that wouldn't of taken much time. They ignored me then. When I pulled around and they saw me get out of my car around 4:55 they locked the door. They didn't close till 5. read more

I love einstein bagels.. however the last three times in a row, including this morning I ordered a turkey sausgae and egg bagel..... and i got bacon!! Which I can not eat!!! For the price of it it's like throwing away 5 dollars a time. I will not be back. read more

We most often visit the Einstein's in Rogers but had the same experience in Springfield, MO. They have change the recipe for the Good Grains, Honey Wheat and Power Bagels. I don't know if they changed all of their bagels - those are the only 3 we buy. They now taste more like bread than bagels. We are VERY disappointed!!! read more
