This is our go to firehouse. People are nice and orders are fast. Food is standard but the staff makes this place great.

If you've never had fire subs, be prepared for excellent food. The hook and ladder which is a classic. I add my veggies and extras with jalapeños and it steamed. It's juicy and amazing this by far is one of my most favorite sub places besides Publix. Firehouse subs is always a great place for food and recently they added french fries which are surprisingly amazing. They're crispy crunchy perfectly salted and I'm just amazed that I like them as much as I do so go ahead and go try it out. read more

I love eating here, but please clean the tables after customers leave. It shouldn't be too much to ask, especially since this is a restaurant. Cleanliness should be your top priority. I was there today (7/17/25) and I had to bypass three table because they were dirty. That's unacceptable. Not to mention, I had to swat away a gnat as I ate. Disgusting! But that is what happens when you leave tables dirty. Those crumbs attract bugs. You don't want that type of reputation. We were driving from one end of Orlando to the other for appointments and knew there were a few choices for lunch near here. We have not had a good sandwich in quite some time so Firehouse was the perfect choice. They were not crowded and we were greeted when we walked in. We took a moment to check out the menu and easily placed our order. My companion got a meatball sub that looked fabulous and I ordered an Italian. Mine was special ordered and was made perfectly. I used my app and got a free sub that I forgot was available in it. Bonus! Everyone was very friendly and our order was made in a reasonable amount of time. We were thanked once again when they gave me our order. Our sandwiches were hot and tasted great. I'm really looking forward to having one of their locations closer to where we live so we can enjoy it more often. read more

Appreciate the firefighters. I do have some issues: Medium suppose to be 8". Barely looked 7. Bread was good, not great I asked for tuna, lettuce, tomatoes and pickles only. Firehouse has some of the best subs you can buy. This location however was very disappointing. To my surprise most the reviews for this location are good so maybe I just came on an off day but my experience was just not good. To start the restaurant was filthy, the whole drink area looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. All the seats had clearly been eaten at but nothing was cleaned off with napkins and crumbs on like every other table. The food was also disappointing, it was just cold and messy even though the food came out very fast. It looked like my sandwich was just slapped together. read more

I tried out firehouse for the very first time a few days ago after my workout. Food was good, employees are nice, quiet setting and the price was good for the serving size of the food. I will definitely be coming back several more times after I finish at the gym. read more

A great experience. Employees weren't over the top engaged in the process but they weren't unengaged. Order was taken quickly and efficiently. I have been to firehouse subs before so I didn't have a ton of questions just had to decide what type I wanted. I picked a good one (haven't had a bad one). By the time I picked my chips and soda and a seat...I was just settling in when my sub was delivered to my table. Hot and Fresh. Great taste. My only complaint was my own fault. I chose the "game day soda option" and it was a glorified suicide drink (random mixture of soda choices) and it wasn't a good choice. Down right awful but I didn't feel like pouring it out and starting over so it totally was my fault. Overall...come in if you like a steamed sub. Not everyone's favorite but it sure is a good option. Probably the best experience I've had in a firehouse subs. Maybe because it's new? Maybe not. The staff was great. They accommodated all of our needs and even suggested a couple things for the little one. It wasn't that busy inside maybe six or seven people but everyone seemed to have gotten their order in a timely manner without any issues. I got a steak and cheese which are usually do but it was made pretty darn good. It was a great last minute Sunday lunch. Definitely will be back. Great job read more

My meatball sub is always as expected EXCEPT every time I order with Uber eats I specifically ask for no pickle and not only do they put a whole pickle slice in my order then put it on top of the sub ! My sub smells like straight pickles and it's disgusting. Why do they bother asking if we want a pickle or not if they just ignore it every time.
