Love the deco! Very cool! All about the firefighters, and well it should've. They deserve some honor. I love that you can donate a buck or $5 . The staff are very nice and helpful. sandwiches were exceptional! I had the turkey and cranberry. Yummy. There is a large choice of subs and sandwiches. The turkey was delish. I love the way they slice it thinly. They made the kids Sandwiches to order as they are picky and boring:). Firehouse hero was extremely good as well. It's a must try if your looking for a quick yummy meal and you don't want to spend a bundle. I do want to mention when the girl was bringing are order over she place one of the trays close to the edge of the table and whoops over it went right on the floor!! I stopped here to eat supper on Tuesday July 10, 2018. It was 620 pm. There were 8 persons eating. The place was very clean. I ordered a medium meatball sub, chips, and a drink. (The meal came with a dill pickle) The girl who took my order was friendly. It took about 2 minutes to get my food. One of the workers brought my meal to my table. Excellent! There was music on in the background. ELO and another classic song. Good The napkins are located at your table. The meatball sub was tasty, my chips were from a bag, and my coke was from one of those machines that has like a million flavors, cool. My bill was $8.99 (including tax). Well worth the price. Im not sure who the gentlemen were who were building sandwiches on 8/18/23 at around 5 but they were outstanding. We like to order five or six and cut them up and share them, I told them that and they cut them up for me. They were packed with ingredients and really good. Friendly too. I had a turkey bacon ranch sub and she had a firehouse hero. The firehouse is the better of the two because it came with roast beef, turkey breast, and honey ham. This combination was delicious! They have an incredible touch screen soda machine as well with over 100 Cola Cola combinations. This is a pretty neat feature to have in a restaurant. I also like how the restaurant has options to donate to fire stations and local charities. This place is an upscale subway and is worth the money at least once just for the soda machine. read more

Love this place! I've never had an issue over quantity/quality/price. Subs are far superior to Subway. Taste is beyond words. I almost always get the plain firehouse salad though. One of the best deals around for a salad from a "fast food" place. Anywhere else you'd get maybe half this size for same price. We get takeout here at least once a week. Definitely recommend. we ordered online and did not get what we asked for. i called the store and the manager said bring it back and we will do better. i called the gm and no answer. i called the owner and asked him if this was acceptable and he replied it happens to me all the time. i rarely send food back but there were so many errors and if the owner thinks that is ok then maybe thats their attitude. if you are going to pay over 10 bucks for a sub they should at least be able to read a ticket that says extra cheese or no mayo. we ordered 4 things and 3 were wrong. the only thing they got right was a plain turkey on white. i really like their food but this was very sub standard service. food is great but terrible customer service. will not be back to this location and its a shame because the whole family likes to eat there. read more
