That's a basic customization that shouldn't be overlooked, especially when it's consistently requested. Even more frustrating is the portioning: fries used to be served in full containers, but now it feels like they're being strategically stacked to give the illusion of a full order. During my recent order I received a medium fry that literally had five fries. I'm not someone who complains lightly. I contacted the Chick-fil-A Cares hotline and the store directly about these issues last year. I followed up for two months with no response. Out of fairness, I gave them another chance, but nothing has improved. It's disappointing to see such a decline in service, especially at a location I used to visit regularly. I have worked in the service industry and I realize that the job can be mundane and often tiresome. However, there is a degree of customer service that I expect, even from a place as casual as Mcdonald's. Unfortunately, I was treated rudely by my crew member. I was smiley and cheerful and was given harsh looks and one-word answers.
