Visited here because they started offering free sandwhiches to people based on the first letter of their name. So fun! My husband got his free sandwhich today because the letter was R! My husband got a Smokehouse Beef and Cheddar Brisket Sub and loved it. I tried the spicy carribean sandwhich and it was pretty good. I ordered it on white bread and they made it on wheat and I think I would have definitely enjoyed it more on white. Their tea is also good along with their cookies!

Best firehouse subs we've ever been to!

What a great experience!! This is the most efficiently run and friendly firehouse we have ever been to and we've lived in a couple of states. I asked their names so I could write this! Want to commend Lucas and Jesse for their friendly and upbeat attitudes taking our super customized orders, and to Nathan who was working hard sweeping up the restaurant. (They close in less than an hour). These guys were all top notch, and what's not to love about delicious and hot firehouse subs?!

Decided to try 'firehouse subs' after many years of never being intrigued by the menu. I should add this "experience" was via door dash, not in store. We order 2 bags of chips, 1 - medium honey ham & 1 medium turkey. When the order arrived, the chips had been forgotten. Okay, cool but whatever. When biting into my sandwich, the bread did an unfamiliar squeak as I bite into it, like from the "gloss" on the bread. It was so high pitch in my mouth, it tickled my ears. Lol I'm not even making this up! Then the sad, luke warm, moisture-d flavor of honey ham but with a consistency of beef-jerky meets roast-beef. I understand being delivered by door dash is going to cool food, I am unbothered by other experiences with door dash in the past. So to me, it falls on the restaurant. Sometimes the restaurant isn't equipped for delivery and it results in a inferior experience of their food. My wife experienced a similar unpleasantness and we decided not to finish our unsatisfactory sandwiches. Moral to the story: my dog had a $25.34 meal delivered by door dash! Probably the most expensive meal he will ever have. #gooddog #badsubs

Love the concept of this fast growing franchise. Don't be alarmed upon entering the establishment when the entire staff says "Welcome to Firehouse", instead embrace the cheerful synchronized customer service. Founded by firemen, you'll want to "round up" when purchasing from Firehouse Subs. While not their national best sellers, I'm a fan of their meatball and Italian subs. Choice of wheat or white sub rolls, sandwiches are available in medium or large size, the counter holds an impressive hot sauce collection, and dieters will appreciate the calorie counts listed next to each sandwich offering.

The entrance has had a light refresh as well. Gone is the big glass dessert display case but the additional walking space is nice. Sadly we learned that the cakes are being discontinued, RIP the wonderful carrot cake. Fortunately we snagged one of the last pieces. It's my understanding that cookies and other sweet treats will still be available. The menu is loaded with new and exciting choices. Deciding what to choose was a great problem to have. We started with the Trio Dipper with house made chips and balloon bread, which is like pita bread on steroids and just as delicious. The dip selections were terrific and we were brought more chips when ours ran low. Two of us ordered the Tuscan Chicken. They were exceptional bites. They were parmesan breaded chicken fritters stuffed with the tomatoes and cheese. It's an inventive take on a traditional recipe and a tasty home run! My husband ordered the Chicken Piccata, looking for a lower calorie option. The lemon butter wine sauce was delicious and it's a terrific option. The last guest chose the fried chicken which is an old and familiar favorite. You absolutely cannot go wrong. We ended the night sharing a piece of carrot cake and a salted caramel cookie.

When you walk in, you'll notice several menus to choose from: Pizza, Pasta, Salads, Sandwiches, and even Seasonal Dishes. Simply grab the menu that fits your craving, fill out your selections with a pencil, and hand it in. I think it's a clever and efficient concept for ordering. We arrived just after the lunch rush, but the place was still buzzing with people. After placing our orders, we grabbed our drinks and found a table. Service was quick, and the food came out hot and fresh. I ordered from the Sandwich menu, and my friend went with the Build Your Own Pasta option -- he let me sample his, and it was delicious! Everything tasted well-prepared and satisfying. Overall, I love the concept and atmosphere here. I'll definitely be back to try another menu next time. Highly recommend giving Cafe 7 a visit if you're in the mood for a casual, tasty, and well-organized lunch spot!

Gage, our waiter was very professional and helpful. He guided us through the menu and helped us make good choices. We started with three mule cocktails. We had the Oaxacan, the Moscow and Kentucky Mules. Everyone enjoyed the cocktails. One thing that stood out to me for my Oaxacan Mule is that the Mezcal's smoky flavor really shown through and it was not overly sweet. A very clean cocktail, which I highly appreciate! We ordered the Chef's Salad Wrap with Onion Rings, French Dip with the tomato soup, and the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich with seasonal side of grits. I enjoyed the Chef's Salad Wrap but I would probably be a little more bold next time and get the Cortez or the Reuben. I craved a lighter choice and was more sinful with the over the top delicious onion rings! Wowowow! Hubby enjoyed his soup and French dip and son enjoy his Philly cheesesteak and grits. I would definitely love to revisit and try more of their items.
