They failed to add a $6.69 chicken strips in the bag. I called and the only thing they can do is "put our name on a replacement" that is valid for 30 days....doesn't matter I have my order number. What an awesome business model to charge people money for a product. Don't give them the product. Then refuse to give the customer a refund for NOT getting the product...... Soooo, I knew from previous experience that the store would be busy and it was busy! The wait was minimal considering how long the line was. The order taker was friendly and staying warm inside a booth which he mentioned was heated. He was very pleasant to visit with as we waited. Once I turned the corner a cashier brought me my order but 3 cars were still in front of me holding the line and I just had to be patient and wait. While waiting I tasted my fries (not fresh) I'm disappointed.. I didn't even open the 12 Ct nuggets. I wanted to complain but the last time I complained about my order after driving off they said they would comp a meal for me and I never got it. When I showed up in person they said there was no record of our conversation. So I left disappointed but since it's been so long since my last visit I thought to try this location again. Lemme start by saying the staff is very nice. The food usually tastes good and the place looks great. But I have had a constant issue with this place with portion sizes, the sandwiches at this location have been super small. The bread is already small but the filets I keep receiving don't even show out the sides anymore. I know inflation has made some companies shrink portions, but I have received some sandwiches smaller than the palm of my hand. If this issue was fixed I would enjoy my experience here far more. Waited 15 mins on half of my dine in order received half before paying and I was missing 2 kid meals & 1 sandwhich. I waited and waited and waited up front. Nothing. I have been to this location a few times and today I did not get the same good customer service that I'm used to. It started as soon as we entered the drive thru and we were greeted. We could already tell the lady did not want to be there by the way she approached us. I asked if I could see a menu as I don't have the menu memorized and this lady pointed at the menu board and just said "it's all the way over there". There were still a few cars ahead of us so we obviously couldn't just drive all the way up there, so I had to pull up the menu online which I couldn't pull up quickly enough. I had to just guess what I was looking for hoping it was on the menu. That was that except once she got to the next car right behind us, the customer asked her for a menu and she walked all the way up to grab it for him. That's what bothered us the most. Getting the food at the next window and the food itself was good, but we did not appreciate the beginning of our experience. read more

I have been to so many CFA's over the years and this is by far the worst I've been to. Every sandwich and fries tasted like they were left over from a delivery and sat inside the foil for hours. My sandwich only had breading on one side and was wet as if the steam had made it damp. My kids enjoyed the play area, but the food was definitely not something I would pay for again at this location. read more

First time at this location. Stopped in for a late lunch with my sister. We were pleasantly greeted as we entered the location. Our orders were taken at the kiosk and were quickly brought to our table. Our food was fresh and hot. I ordered the original chicken sandwich with waffle fries. The filet size seems to be shrinking as the years pass. But the waffle fries were numerous and crispy. The taste for both the sandwich and fries was delicious. My lemonade was very good as always. Tasted fresh squeezed. Just the right mix of tart and sweetness. The rest room was clean and fresh smelling. No problems there. Overall a very nice experience. read more

It's definitely my least favorite because of the workers here. They are just not as friendly as the other locations. The dining space is also super little. However, I decided today that this location is maybe not bad after all... I stopped by to get dinner and asked for a sugar free lemonade. Momma is trying to be on a diet. They gave a me a regular sugary lemonade!!!!! Normally, I'd be mad. I tasted it and I'm not mad because Chick-fil-A knows what I needed. I needed the sugar. I needed to live a little. It was yummy. This chic fil a seriously has the nicest employees I have ever seen at any business establishment. The owners do an incredible job choosing who to hire. The food is all amazing and has all of the ingredients and calorie counts in plain view. One of my favorite things is their diet lemonade. It is SO good and does not taste diet at all. I am obsessed. My husband's favorite menu item is the spicy chicken deluxe sandwhich. They just added mac and cheese and I am very excited to try it. if i could give you a -5 star i would. This is was the worst experience ever. I'm scared to even eat this chicken anymore. They served us raw chicken. Andy the manager was absolute ridiculous. He humiliated me in front of the whole store. He took every chicken mini i had and pulled it apart. As a customer & someone that use to work in the business the customer is always right regardless. He told me there was nothing wrong with my order and i told him i was uncomfortable with eating any of it because of what i already experienced. This is when i got super upset with him. he takes the food and gives me chicken biscuit's which doesn't add up to what i paid for. Been frequenting this Chik-fil-a for a few months now since I changed jobs. As usual they've got a good chicken sandwich. Not really a surprise there. My favorite thing is actually the lemonade. It's nice having another option besides soda all of the time. I gotta be honest. The whole "My Pleasure" thing gets really old. Who talks like that? I know they're being friendly, but it's clearly a job requirement and a pre-programmed response. It just makes me feel awkward that I'm constantly pleasuring their employees.
