This Chic Fila is absolutely the best. Its right by my house and so I frequent it quite often. Never once have I gone to get food there and been treated poorly. The customer service is always amazing and the workers seem to really enjoy working there. I recently downloaded the app and I love it. They're always giving me free treats and food. A few times I've even gone and parked in the curbside area to get my food, and they've thrown in a free cookie or something. I got a free 4 piece chicken breakfast bites just yesterday. They're truly amazing at this chick Fila and they deserve a huge kudos! read more

Sandwiches are great, but I work a mile from there for 3 years and have tried two dozen times to hit the drive-thru. Are people really willing to wait 25 minutes in their cars for a sandwich? It's always slow and always backed up. Is it really that good? Maybe no one else has only 45 minutes for lunch besides me. read more

I love chick-fil-a but this one just doesn't do it like all the others. Food is good but this location is much slower. There are never workers outside taking orders like the other neighboring locations. Was in line for 13 minutes tonight. :( read more

This place is hopping all the time! We arrived here around 2 on a Friday and the line was wrapped basically to the entrance of the parking lot. Lucky for us, they are ALWAYS staffed well and people were standing outside taking orders as cars drove up. Place was clean and the cashier was NOT cheap on sauces. Food came out quick and though it was pretty busy, no one seemed irritated or annoyed! I love Chick-Fil-A just because everyone seems pretty happy there! read more

My family has been going to this location regularly for the past several years minus the time the restaurant was being rebuilt. We normally always get really good service here, but the last time we went will definitely be the LAST TIME. The girl who took our order seemed nice and our total came out to what it normally does, so I had no idea our order was messed up until we got to the window. The workers were gossiping and goofing around, which they normally don't do. The girl handed me a small drink even though we always order large drinks. I told her my drink was supposed to be large and she rolled her eyes but she did replace it. When we got our food, I told my son to look through the bags and make sure we got everything. I was missing an order of hash browns and I let the girl know. She looked at the receipt and tried to tell me I didn't order hash browns. I order the same thing everytime so that was definitely a lie. I explained to her that I ordered two meals, both which come with hash browns. She looked at the receipt and tried to tell me that I substituted a parfait for the hash browns which is why I didn't get them. That definitely didn't happen, so again, she lied. I had to explain my order two more times while she continued to try to argue with me. So I just sat there and said nothing until she finally gave up and got my hash browns. She was laughing so hard she couldn't control herself. Obviously she thought this was funny. So I went home and ate and then called and asked for the manager. Some girl answered and told me she was the manager. I knew she was lying because I go here all the time and I know who the manager is. She continued to lie to me and pretend she was the manager. So I told her what happened at the window and she had the nerve to tell me that the employee I was complaining about was always professional and was their best employee. She refused to acknowledge any wrongdoing whatsoever. Then I asked for the corporate number and she lied to me again and tried to tell me they don't have a corporate office. Another lie which I promptly pointed out. She then proceeded to give me a phoney number which resulted in a dial tone. So I looked up the number online and called and made a complaint. The corporate office told me they would send the report to the manager at that location. That makes absolutely no sense considering the manager was half the problem in the first place. So I looked online again and saw that the operator for this store was Mac McMurray. I called the corporate office again and they told me they had no idea who my complaint was going to go to. I informed them that it took me two seconds to find Mac McMurray online. They still insisted they didn't know who my report would go to. So I ended up getting an email from this Mac guy and when I opened it, it was nothing more than a very patronizing form letter that they send to everyone who complains. They never apologized or addressed the issue at all. Obviously this place doesn't take customer service seriously at all. They would rather take up for their incompetent workers than retain a loyal customer. Oh well. I guess my family will spend our money elsewhere. read more

I LOVE chick fil a. Eat there at least twice a week. Recently this chick fil a has been slacking. I don't get my sauces in the drive thru. Half the time my order is wrong. Their chicken sometimes is over cooked. People are always nice, always wanting to help. The one on second is way better read more

The food is so awesome and the customer service is a good as it gets for a fast food restaurant. This location is always packed during lunch hours and it gets a bit frustrating if you are just trying to grab something quick but its not Chick-fil-A's fault if their always busy. This location on 33rd is easily one of the best Chick-fil-A's I've ever visited. The food quality and outstanding service is a true representation of what Chick-fil-A is about. I have only had one issue over the years that I've been eating here, and the owner personally contacted me to apologize and explained how he would fix the problem from happening again. With the Chick-fil-A app, the owner is constantly rewarding his customers by offering free breakfast and lunch specials. Great community involvement, and even though I do not participate with church, I get a very positive feeling about what this location adds to the community. I will drive out of my way to go to this location when I'm in the mood for Chick-fil-A. read more

The chicken is always great, but it's just fast food chicken strips. I don't care for their waffle fries. They should season them and/or offer more varieties of dipping sauces like Slim Chickens. (Gravy!) Caine's and Slim Chickens are popping up everywhere now and I would choose either of them over this one as would many others I know. read more

Its a fast food restaurant. They have grilled and fried chicken sandwiches and nuggets. There is waffle fries,shakes,and drinks. No alcohol. But there is salads and ice cream. First off, I will have you know, I love chick-fil-a. I came in around 3, which is a bit of a dead time for restaurants. When I walked in, I immediately noticed it was kind of gloomy looking. I ordered my food and sat down. As I started looking around I noticed more of the decorations. I love the idea of having graduation decor but limp balloons are kind of sad. The cow in the blanket hanging from the ceiling is also kind of odd. When i got my food I dug in. I was extremely hungry from working a physical job all day. The chicken sandwich was good but the fries were a bit stale. Not super stale! But just enough to know they weren't especially fresh. The cookie and lemonade were good though! read more
