Ordered dinner for our daughter on November 14 via the Uber app. We placed the order for the corn beef brisket combo with lays potato chips and a soft drink with a pickle on the side on white bread. The food was delicious and we will order again in the future. Our only suggestion is for them to have a variety of chips selections to choose from and to have all of the options available via the Uber app for selection. read more

Stopped in here on Memorial Day (it was in fact open even though Yelp showed it was closed) for a quick bite to go. FireHouse is located in the Peach Tree mall food court. The mall itself is undergoing some remodeling and I'd say the majority of stores were closed. Ordering was pretty simple, though most of the subs are meat based. However they do have vegetarian options which of course is what I went with. I ordered a large veggie sub and in about 10 minutes it was ready. The person taking my order was helpful, suggesting some items I may want to add to my sub. However 10 minute wait seemed a bit gratuitous as the majority of the time I was the only one there. After ordering they have a ton of sauces that you can either add directly to your sandwich or they also have containers to put your sauce of choice in to go. I took full advantage of this, trying different sauces I hadn't had before. I enjoy having this sauce bar to customize my sandwich. The veggie sandwich was pretty good, but without the sauce add ons was pretty basic. I'd not shy away from Firehouse, but not necessarily seek it out. read more

I ordered this via UberEats and I must say I am very pleased they followed instructions to the T I asked for no Onions, no Cueddar Cheese add Provolone, Black Pepper and Salt Mixture, Oil and Red Vinegar Mixxed, Plenty of Oregano, Lettuce, Mayo. Tomatoes, Cucumbers, 3 extra Dill Pickles, 3 extra cups of Datail Captain's Spicy Red Sauce... everything came just like how I wanted it .. I ordered Grub-hub pickup from this location a day ago. I was initially overwhelmed because of the right plaza in the parking lot, but luckily I got A good spot! The staff here is so quick and accommodating. My turkey sub was delicious, warm, and fresh. I will definitely be back! I have been a big fan of Subway so eating a sub at any other place had been a big No for me. However, I tried this place at a friend's recommendation and simply loved it. I have had lunch a couple of times here and both times I ordered a medium Engineer sub (turkey) with chilli as the side and it was delicious each time. The service is pretty quick, a wait time of approximately 5 minutes and the staff has been pretty friendly on both occasions. Great for a quick stop if you are staying anywhere near the Hyatt Regency hotel, or any other hotels nearby on Peach Street NE, whether it is for a school trip, business meeting, or even if you need a break from shopping in the mall. The staff is friendly and they are quick to prepare your food in case you are in a rush to get back to a meeting. It is definitely less busy on the weekend days, but they are good to stop by M-F as well. This place is your typical sub sandwich place. Considering I have never had firehouse before, I was expecting just a bland sandwich. First, the bread was slightly toasted (more emphasis on slightly). I had the vegetarian sub. It was a good size, about 6 inches. The grilled onions stood out the best. They were sweet and grilled. The bread was soggy. How can a toasted sandwich be soggy and toasted? It was 8 pm and several customers were in the store when I arrived. When the cashier finally talked to me after a wait, he turned to the kitchen and asked if they could make another sandwich. The kitchen said no. Turning away customers is bad business. It would've taken them maybe five minutes to make me a sandwich, but I guess they didn't want to stay five minutes later. This location is inside the Peachtree Center "mall/food court". Whilst Peachtree Center is a bustling hub serving thousands of people daily, that hustle and bustle is limited to M-F lunch time and during people's commute. I visited this location on a Saturday night around 7pm. Peachtree Center "mall/food court" is a desolate lonely place at this hour. Chernobyl has more activity and excitement of human civilization than the depressive expanse of the "food court." Undeterred by the complete lack of foot traffic or indication of its existence Firehouse Subs remains one of the two places open this "late" at night on a Saturday. I have worked in fast food and I know that there is nothing worse than having to man a restaurant for hours only to bring in a couple hundred bucks. The fast pace of a fast food restaurant is the only thing that makes working there enjoyable. Standing around, tired, bored, melancholy, and useless for minimum wage is NOT a fun Saturday night. And yet, despite all this, the staff was friendly, kind, and enjoyable; AND they served a pretty delicious and nicely crafted sandwich. I wish I got the names of the two people working because I want them to get some kind of recognition. The sandwich was put together well, and tasted freshly made. But really what will have me coming back is the staff. They were so nice I want to swing by and bring them cookies or something. If you're in the area looking for a quick bite to eat and can't decide where to go, I'd highly recommend visiting the kind folks at Firehouse Subs; even if the food doesn't have you jumping out of your seat the interaction will leave you with a smile on your face. read more

Their Coca-cola freestyle machines have a firehouse subs only "Cherry Limeade" and boy was that awesome! I'm used to getting my typically vanilla coke zero or some other delicious flavor but I decided to take a risk and so something wild. So cherry limeade it was and I wanted more!! I drank my huge cup and went back for more. They ran out on my refill but I guess that tells us that people are certainly drinking it. Gimme more! It's on the sweeter side so if you're into the tartness, this may not be for you!! As far as their subs, for those of you who haven't been, they have a standard 10 or so subs. All are good. Their bread is usually on par - I like that soft bread. The meat they give is usually standard (not a lot, nor too little). I stick with hook and ladder or steak and cheese. I'll be back again. I went to this place yesterday, I've been hearing stories about how great Firehouse Subs are, after purchasing a sub from this location, I thought it was alright. The favoring for the subs was kinda weak in my opinion and they were kinda skimpy on the meat and the prices was kinda high. Then again, the location literally determines how much you are going to pay and if I'm not mistaken the average cost of a combo is $9. The restuarant appeared clean and the employees appears to care about their jobs, would I be returning? Order came within 5 minutes and it tasted great. I felt that there was hardly any chicken in the sub but the taste was good. The sub comes with a pickle.
