The parking lot was full but the restaurant was only at half capacity. The crowd broke a bit geriatric at 6:30 in the offseason. We were started off with tasty garlic knots and bruschetta. We drank a perfectly fine carafe of the house Chianti. Four of us split a very good large chopped salad. 3 of us had pasta. My friend and I shared pastas. One was a really good orecchiette with sausages and broccoli rabe. We tried bucatini with clams, pesto, olive oil and garlic. It's an unusual combination. It grew on us over the course of the meal. My wife ordered a frankenpasta by adding an ingredient or two to something on the menu. My buddy barely put a dent in his veal parmigiana. Portions were really big. Our experience shows that restaurants deserve a second chance. We will put Baby Moon into our rotation.

I expect better and high quality for a restaurant in this area of West Hampton especially for Italian food. I had the penne alla vodka and I thought that it was decent but the flavoring was a little weak for vodka sauce and bland I felt. I got bored of eating my meal about half way through. My friend Jack said nothing stood out to him, he also got the vodka pasta. My friend Josh got the Cesar salad with grilled chicken. He thought it was a very tasty salad, good salad dressing and portions, but the croutons were a little burnt, he said. My friend Thomas got the chicken parm for dinner, he said the cheese was very fresh as well as the sauce but the chicken was a little tough. My friend James got the veal Parmesan, he thought it was really good. My friend got the veal piccata he said it was great. My friend Curbs consumed his veal piccata really fast because of how delicious it was to him. My friend Alex got the chicken francese but it took him a while to get it, it was mid for the price but it was good. Overall almost everyone thought the food was decently good. Service: The service was decently fast for everyone except for my food which was a little slower than the rest which was the penne alla vodka and also my friend Alex's food which was the chicken francese. Ambience: quiet warm ambience outside with heaters on a nice windy noon. Nice chill location near a decently busy road.

More like a "rustic cut" I guess. And they give you less of them. If they ever bring back the old fries, easily 5 stars!

She had to come back a couple of times, as we decided what we were having. She was so cheerful and pleasant! I was THRILLED to discover that there's GF penne, and you can swap out roasted vegetables or risotto for pasta in the chicken dishes. There's also cauliflower crust PIZZA!! It's the usual 10" crust, but it was DELICIOUS!! I don't know what they did--added butter or olive oil?--but it was the BEST cauliflower crust that I have EVER had. I researched them once, and it was (at the time) 10 crusts for $15 from a web restaurant supply place. IF Mary's uses those crusts, they somehow greatly improve them. The pizza toppings were also WONDERFUL. We ordered three different pizzas, to share, and there was some confusion about one of the girl's orders, so Ashley got them ANOTHER pizza! That was unexpected and so very nice! The roasted vegetable side, and the burrata caprese appetizer were both incredibly flavorful. We had planned to go somewhere else, but it closes on Mondays. I am SO glad that we came to Mary's! The pepperoni and hot honey pizza, and the Marguerite pizza, were so yummy! The spinach (yuck) and artichoke was good, and so was the extra buffalo chicken, but the first two are REALLY good!

They have a wide variety of pizza that I have never heard a bad thing about. Buy it bathe slice or whole. On the "deli" side--it seems to be an understatement because of the quality of the food--you will find traditional Hispanic dishes, great Italian cuisine and just about any sandwich you want. The steam tray is filled with delicious food. If you want your party catered, call them. Want a regular dinner; call and get it delivered! What an unexpected gem of a place to eat at.

I'm definitely not a fan of the undercooked and under seasoned dough, which this pie was. The sauce was actually quite tasty and cheese was fine. However, as a whole, I would consider their pizza just average. On the other hand, their chicken roll was not bad. I also ordered some Latino food to go from the deli side of the shop. The beef soup I heated up the next day was delicious. I would totally get it again. The kielbasa was thick cut and decent, but rice and beans were just okay. There are a few tables and seats in the shop, so large groups don't really work. All the staff members were relatively friendly.

This place has been here for so many decades, it almost feels like stepping back in time with the big wooden booths and pastry counter. It's giving old school diner. When you walk in you'll notice the bakery portion of the store to your right, where you can order any freshly baked breads, pastries, cookies and the like. Straight back is where you go to place food and coffee orders. You place your order on a kiosk. Options include a variety of egg dishes, omelets and frittatas, as well as waffles, pancakes and avocado toast. There's a full coffee bar as well with iced coffees, lattes and other espresso drinks to choose from. We went with a bunch of iced coffees, a "build your own" omelet, breakfast burrito and mushroom omelet. Despite the crazy line here on a Saturday afternoon our food came out very quickly. Coffees took another 20 minutes or so until we were able to ask someone about it (we felt bad, they were so busy), and they handed them over to us. The food here was good and fresh, but also very no frills and portions are small. The prices here are so high though that when we were walking by Donahue's on our way out we realized we could've had a fancy brunch there for just about the same price as we paid for a few small dishes.

I savored every bite of apple crispness as it melted in my mouth. The powder in the outside of the turnover was a little messy but it made it a fun eating experience.
