Inviting Red Door! (12/2024)
Jennifer Y.

Alimentari Beach's red door and signage made me choose them for lunch while my car was being charged nearby. Open and bright interior with great displays of Italian groceries; and, choice of a cozy booth or table for dining in. Wonderful was the service. As for the food on this visit, cold in the middle simply reheated-like "meatballs"; overcooked "tagliatelle"; but if in area next, I will come back in for their outstanding beautiful crispy and light batter "CALAMARI"! Cheers!

Shrimp fra diavolo

We visited for a late-ish lunch on a random weekday afternoon during off season. The restaurant was mostly empty when we went in, but had quite a few parties dining by the time we left. The decor was very cute, I felt, with a lot of attention to detail. The seating layout felt a little awkward but I presume that is largely due to the unusual shape and location of the actual building. I had the shrimp fra diavolo while my friend had the burata pizza. The fra diavolo used bucatini, which seemed good in idea but was a little unwieldy in practice. There was the tiniest bit of heat at the very end of the sauce. The shrimps were cooked tenderly, though I wish there was a little more shrimp flavor in the dish. The burata pizza was nicely charred. Overall, Alimentary Beach was a pleasant spot to dine in.

Burrata pizza with prosciutto

I recently stopped by Alimentari Beach during my trip to Montauk and was very happy that I did. I ordered the burrata pizza with prosciutto. The service was great, the employees are very friendly. They have many seats and a large variety of pizzas to choose from. Can't wait to visit during my next trip.

I ordered the burrata pizza, and it was fantastic, the sauce is incredible! They renovated the inside so there's now plenty of seating if you want to dine in. The service is always excellent here, I definitely recommend it!

Went to Montauk on a whim and stopped by this local Italian spot. Looked nicer inside than out. Food was yummy but prices were a bit high for the quantity of food. Pizza was slightly over-baked and dry for our liking.

Surprisingly enjoyed this restaurant. Started with the whipped ricotta and the bread was super warm and fluffy. The main was the burrata pizza with added mortadella. This was delicious although i wish the mortadella was sliced more thinly. Ordered 2 cocktails as well and they were strong. It's super loud inside at night so just beware!

Cozy place. Pizzas were good. Rice balls were fabulous. My senses tell me this turns into a hotspot at night during the summer with a bar and second one that serves as a place to put random stuff in the winter. Wedge salad was great too. Fresh ingredients and will return.

I was out at The End for a night and stopped in for dinner. This is such a cute restaurant right in the heart of Montauk proper. There are rounded windows all the way around the restaurant giving it a very spacious feel. The food was really good; the pasta, the polenta and pizza were all excellent in their own right. Our waitress was attentive and very pleasant.

Such a cool spot with a great vibe! Despite being busy, the wait wasn't too long, and the service was friendly. The interior is awesome, with windows everywhere and shelves full of olive oils, sauces, and more. The crispy artichokes were super lemony and flavorful, but the risotto balls, while herbaceous, were missing something--wish they came with more sauce. The spicy vodka pasta was perfectly spiced. Ended up buying some merch, too. Definitely worth a visit!

Everything was great. Went in on Easter for dinner with kids. The waitress was amazing, and the pizza/pasta and calamari were very good.

Very good pizza and pasta and salads. It's a beautiful airy restaurant and we've enjoyed both our meals here.

Left Hand Coffee Montauk, NY…read more@lefthandcoffee Left Hand Coffee Company is an awesome coffee shop located right in the heart of town in Montauk, just blocks from the water. It's the perfect spot to stop by for a great hot or iced coffee and some pastries, before headed to the beach or stroll around town! They are known for their organic, locally roasted coffee blends. They also offer wellness shots, cold-pressed juices, and other snacks to grab on the go. We loved it here and enjoyed everything that we got, especially their new Sourdough Rip n Dip bagels! The hot honey butter was delicious. Go check them out the next time you're out in Montauk! What we got: - Iced Banana Bread Latte - Matcha w/ whole milk - RAW Juicery Red Cure - Wild Blueberry Donut - Salted Chocolate Chip Cookie - Croissant - Glazed Donut - NEW Sourdough Rip n Dip Bagels in everything and sesame served with hot honey butter and whipped cream cheese Go check them out! I came here because TikTok told me to but it was a little weird if I'm honest. The space itself is…read morevery rustic looking with not much seating, more of a grab and go place. I was with my mom and when we went up to order she had some questions about the menu, and ended up just ordering a regular coffee. I asked questions about one of their latte specials, which the person working answered, and then said I'd take one of those. He rung us up and it was only $8 which I guess should've been an indicator that he didn't clock that I had also ordered - but if you have two people at a coffee shop and one person asking about a latte don't you think they want one as well? We waited around 15 minutes or so and when I finally went back up he was surprised that I also wanted something. The coffee was fine but kind of overpriced which is par for the course here. But people on the internet love it so maybe I'm the one who's wrong.
