I was told that there was another hose that needed to be replaced because it wasn't up to code. I was charged $700 for the replacement hose. The problem was not resolved, and when I called back to inform the plumber that the washing machine was still leaking, I was told to call an appliance tech because they don't repair washing machines. The plumber refused to refund me my money after I had explained that the leak had not been fixed, and the job was not resolved. Now I have to spend more money to have an appliance tech come out and assess the problem, and pay for any repairs. I was taken advantage of, for sure!

This required 4 holes through 4" subfloor into the basement. I offered to drill the holes, but was unable to due to a family death just 3 days earlier. He didn't communicate what size holes and demanded more money for a job that was already overpriced. He stormed out of the house cursing with my young kids in the home. Completely unprofessional and poor communication.

This time they sent a man named Cord. He redid the job and suggested we occasionally call and have a "Blow Bag" done, to eliminate the frequency of the problem.
