For wing cravings, I would have to come here for sure. Forget Wing Stop or BWW. Fire Wings trumps over those franchised places. I have been here a couple of times a few years ago when they opened. Each time we have been here, the wings have always been consistently great! The wings are juicy and the flavors are spot on! Employees are always friendly each time we come in. The only thing I would complain about, but it's such a small complaint, is that sometimes it can take a long time to get our food, but it's only because this can be a busy place, so I understand. Been going here intermittently for over 5 years. The best thing you can do when eating here is to sit down. The fries go cold very fast so takeout or delivery isn't going to be the best quality. The best way to enjoy this establishment is to eat at the restaurant. There's always plenty of sauce and the portions are a great value! Just keep in mind that ordering literally anything delivery or take out has the potential to be cold when you get home. The quality and flavor of the food was good! And matched the flavor descriptions well! We ordered the 40 pack (boneless) to go. As shown in the picture. The food was priced in the average price range for this type of food and the food portions were a good size. I'm giving them only a 4 because the garlic noodles were a little sticky and they tasted like they weren't freshly made. Although the actual flavor was pretty good. Came by today not too long ago and it was awesome. I have ordered zucchini sticks and veggie sticks once before and I had zero complaints. This is the first for us at any location. My husband ordered bone in wings. We had seasoned fries, zucchini sticks, mozzarella sticks, veggie sticks and rolls. It was all cooked perfectly. Everything was crispy, rolls were hot and the veggies were fresh. The customer service was great! Update 4/30 - I felt the need to take away a couple stars due to service. I came here a week ago and prior to I attempted to make a phone order since I was driving home after a long shift and just wanted to pick up and go. I called about 8 times and nobody answered the phone. When I arrived I asked if they do not take phone orders or something just so I knew and she said yes they do. I mentioned i had been calling and no answer and she looked at the phone and said "oh sorry i guess" mind you everyone was in the back of the kitchen when I arrived and I called when i walked i and nobody came up to answer the phone. Either they can't even hear it or just don't care. DELICIOUS ! DELICIOUS ! DELICIOUS!! Waay better than Wing stop & BWW in my opinion. 1 star is for the lack of customer service/management training I placed an order on-site for Garlic noodles and everything seemed fine...a young lady that checks food before they bag it opened the box and from a far I noticed it was not garlic noodles it was garlic fries. She than called my name for my order and I opened the box and mentioned that I ordered garlic noodles not garlic fries. She called for the employee that took my order, and the lack of training began. He said to me, "I could have sworn you said garlic fries....?" My reply was no I said garlic noodles. He than says well I can't refund because the system is down and he will have to ring me up separate for garlic noodles instead of paying the difference. All was good, and he mentioned just call back tomorrow and ask for a refund. The refund process was another dismal event. Took about two weeks with calling and asking. In closing, it would be beneficial for the cashier to hand a itemized receipt to the customer to validate their order or repeat that order back. The young man that was confrontational needs to understand what good customer service is and making things right. Advice to him would be that humility goes a long way. Nonetheless there was a miss communication on the ordering and Instead of playing the im right your wrong game this could have been resolved with understanding.
