To strat off I've had fire wings many times but at another location and their food is bomb. I came into this one today and the service was great I was greeted with a smile and the girl up front was very helpful. I ordered and paid and left for a bit outside until my order was ready. Typically I know it takes them to cook up to 25-30 min so I stepped out but came back in in like 7 min which is why I was surprised that my food was ready. Anyways I came home opened the food and the chicken looks burnt. I bit into one of the chicken and it tasted as if it was old and recooked. I've never tasted a chicken that bad. Been to all the FW locations in the Sacramento area. My family really likes them. Imagine our excitement when we found out one was opening in our hood! I chalked up my first sub-par visit to them being new and not quite having all the kinks worked out. After three other visits in the last month or so the "kinks" are still there. On two occasions the flavors we received were completely wrong or not sauced at all. One time we were short two wings, one time they were not cooked all the way... etc... We love FW! But this location.... man.... just skip it for awhile. It's having LOADS of training issues. If you gots to have wings, visit Natomas or Sunrise. Give this location another couple months to figure stuff out. read more

My first visit here wasnt the greatest (my wings felt like they had sat for awhile before coming to my table) but since this is currently the closest location to where I live, I figured I would give them another chance. And I am glad I did. My second visit my food was fresh and ready to go and delicious as usual. I always order the buffalo and lemon pepper boneless wings in the 8 piece combo, and they hit the spot every time. Massive wings, tons of flavor and their fire fries are bomb This location had all the same flavors, sides and options, but their wings were TINY. At over $1/wing it's definitely not a bargain. Fire wings is generally a great wing spot but the manager Raman is a terrible person! She sucks at working the register and is constantly yelling at her employees, making it hard to enjoy a meal with friends. Overall the food here is great thanks to the back staff, if it won't for them that place wouldn't be running, this manager doesn't know what the fuck she is doing and always messes up my friends and I's orders all the times. I was invited by a friend to the "friends and family" event, the place was packed but the service was really quick, everyone was really nice. So good! I placed an online take out order for a 10 wings combo with seasoned fries and a drink. What's awesome is I was able to split the order, so I got 5 boneless with Cali rub and 5 bone-in with garlic parmesan. It came with a dip, so I got sweet chili. With tax and tip, it was around $16 - which isnt bad at all, considering it fed my husband and me. And he's a big guy. Not only was it plenty of food, it was all SO good. Best wings I've had in a while. The online order ahead takeout process was also super easy. We will definitely order from here again! read more

4 out of 5 times you can give 5 Stars for their wings. (Assuming the flavors you ordered are correct). We've had this issue at Fair Oaks and Natoma as well. Tip: have a color code system (toothpicks?) for each flavor so you're customers aren't pissed or going to the ER for eating something they shouldn't. Nashville Chicken sandwich at this location equals a grease sponge dipped in spices that will arrive once everyone else has finished their meals. Buyer beware. Overall, they kill it with the wings. I have given this place 3 chances. The first time the wings were ok but my fries were cold and have barely and garlic on the supposed "garlic fries" the second same issue the third time my wings were small and just extra crispy and dry. My fries were cold and had no garlic no parmesan on them. Each time we've pick up our food they are bagging it as we walk in so how is my food cold. I was super irritated with the customer service here today. Who train this girl? Couldn't even spell. Never told me the wait. Super rude told me to go wait outside. This place is FIRE!! Salt and pepper are amazing and the Fire Wing is a perfect hot. Service was great and the choice of music was up beat. Foot traffic was heavy so don't complain if you have to wait. Once you wait and are able to enjoy the wings you'll realize the wait was worth it. And B.T.W. they have beer from local breweries and afar. And we think it is better than Buffalo Wild Wings. Hope y'all enjoy this place as much as we did. read more

Tried these wings for the first time, ordered the salt and pepper and the mango habanero, and a side of fries. I have to admit the mango habanero is pretty typical of "other" chicken wing stores, however the salt and pepper was delicious. The added onions on the side make it a treat to come back for. I like how the chicken is lightly breaded to get the crunch. Due to the restaurant newly opening, there was quite a wait time to get my food during walk in dinner I would recommend calling 15 to 20 minutes before you arrive, if ordering to go. If eating in, expect 35+ minutes during peak hours.... "Other" chicken places we're similar to this when they opened up. Once they sort out their system to get things done, I'm sure the times will go down also. The food was fresh and the ranch was "real". The service was overall 4 stars, food quality would be 5 stars. Big fan of firewings esp around this area. Dont know how it got 3 stars when they have a wide variety of different flavored wings and bigger bone-in wings than most competitors. I really enjoy salt and pepper, garlic parmesan and peanut butter wings. Must try if it's your first time. They have great sides too like the mozzarella sticks and my fav garlic noodles. To top it off they got great beers on tap too. Dont mind these low rated reviews. If you havent tried this place yet, you cant judge this place by bad reviews and other people's experiences. I would give them a 3.5 stars. I ordered to go and service was friendly. I ordered MacNCheese, Mango Habanero and Garlic Parmesan wings. Needless to say the parmesan was MIA on the wings. The Mac was lacking the homemade taste. Boneless wing size was suitable and the flavor of Habanero heat was manageable. I like that they have beer options here but just ok wings. I would come here on Monday & Tuesday for .70 wings but wasn't impressed overall. No different than any other wing place in the area, was hoping for more but it is more of the same. read more

Inconsistent. The first time we went my husband and I and one other couple were the only people in there. It took an hour for our small order of 10 wings and garlic fries to be made. The food was amazing so we were cool with it. We waited months to return because of the long wait time but finally came back this week. Not only did we have another long wait (the place was empty too) but the food wasn't good. The chicken wings were literally soaked in grease so bad you could barely taste the seasoning. The garlic fries were ok, but the wings were not at all. One of my wings tasted absolutely rancid, like I spit it out on the table it was so bad. I think we will be sticking with BDubs. This place is an okay place to eat. The prices are a little high and the customer service sucks. I've come here twice now and every time the workers are really rude and I feel rushed because I don't know what I want. They got my entire order wrong didn't give me the Buffalo sauce I ordered, none of my fries are seasoned. This was only my second time going here and the same thing happened before.
