I think im giving it an extra star because I'm just glad it's closer to home but this location needs to work on their speed and efficiency especially with being a small location. the entrance is gated which I find weird, I ordered online and was told it should be ready in 20 minutes but it took 50 and that's happened twice. Came in to Fire Wings tonight for dinner after having a rough day. The crew in this spot was soooo friendly and kind. The Shift Lead Erica was very kind and seemed to have an intuition that my day was rough because she went above and beyond to make sure I had a smile on my face and that my food came out perfectly. I don't understand how the cashier Christine who was working Saturday from 4-5pm doesn't know how to do her job correctly? My husband goes to pick up a phone in order 10 piece combo, and additional 5 piece. He comes home and says they charged him 2.00 for 2 ranch dips.? Then I said where's the drink and fries? No drink or fries? I had to drive back! Then I said it was missing fries. She says oh there right here seasoned fries. They were cold. Then I said and a drink? She hands me a cup. I look at the combo when walking out ? It says come with 1 dip, fries and drink? So if your passing out the order how hard is it to check the bag and make sure your giving the customer the correct items? On top of it he asked doesn't it come with a ranch and she said no. Customer service needs to improve. I've been ordering the same thing for over a year and I come here frequently. My most recent visit, I ordered the meal I always get. The cashier hands me the small cup. I look at it puzzled thinking maybe they're out of the large cups. I was here literally a week ago and ordered my usual, given a large up. I asked if they changed the sizes as I didn't see any signage stating otherwise. She proceeded to tell me it came with the small. I mentioned I've always gotten the larger cup. With an attitude she handed me the larger cup. Not sure why she acted like it was a big deal. If fire wings made recent changes to their meals that's out of my control, which is all I was wondering. Later on in the day I looked online to see maybe fire wings made the change in cup sizes within a week since my last visit. Nope. My meal did indeed come with the large cup, not small like the cashier was trying to give me. If the cashier had been misinformed, management needs to correct her. I just didn't appreciate the attitude. Also they have a sign posted saying "masks required", yet half the staff doesn't wear a mask. read more

I told her that this business will be gone soon enough, just like the last wing spot that was there. Ordered wings today. Service was not good. Food was awful. Wanted to order online but had a question about military discount, we know Fire Wings offers the discount but couldn't see how it is applied in the website. So we called. The phone just range. The 4th time calling about 10 minutes later they finally answered. This was about 1:30 in the afternoon. We explained the situation and the person on the phone was of no help. Told us to order online. Explained again we want to add the discount. They told us to come in. We asked why we couldn't order in advance and pay when we get there and said oh yeah, I guess. Said it would be ready in 25 minutes. 35 minutes later we come in to pick up the order and it was just as much a shit show. Had to wait an additional 10 minutes. The food was just disgusting. It tasted like the chicken was fried in weeks old oil. It looked like you got a few good size pieces of chicken tenders. They were just extremely and I mean extremely breaded chicken nuggets. The sauces were horrible. Mango habanero tasted like vomit. The lemon pepper was just lemon. Missing sauces. Missing French fries. We called in advance to let them know fries were missing and that we were on our way to come pick up. We got there and we had to wait again just for fries. I love me some wings so when my friends recommended this to me and I found out that they had this pretty close by, I decided to try it. Overall, I like their wings, they have a lot of flavors to choose from which is great. It's also good that they have a boneless wings deal on Monday and Tuesday. I still recommend getting the bone-in. I like their salt and pepper, buffalo stampede, and Korean kick. Actually, pretty much all their flavors are good. You don't need the sauces that they offer you. The only thing is, the wings tend to be on the salty side. Also, the wait can be a bit long so if you can order ahead, that might help with the wait. So I've been waiting months for this place to open...Grand Opening! Sweet! I'll order, run over on my work lunch. Call to order...they are not doing phone orders because of the Grand Opening. Ok, understandable. I'll just drive over. Drive over and order...they tell me the Grand Opening special is only if you eat inside. So I would have to eat my food there. I was shocked. Like is this normal? What's to keep me from ordering and walking out with my food? It was just ridiculous. I walked out without ordering anything and went back to work without. Fckn trash !!! I tried to place an online order for PICKUP @ 8:43PM, an hour & 17mins before they "closed" but my order was rejected

Could not tell you if the food us good or not. Placed an online order at 5:10pm, with a requested pickup time of 6pm. Received an email confirmation and a charge on my cc. Was at the counter at 605pm. They could not find the order and kept asking if it was under a different name, this is after showing them the email confirmation with my name on it and when it was placed. After a couple minutes they found the order and told me it was not started. They could have it done in about 15 minutes. I had frozen food in the car and advised them of same, the manager said I could go home and come back. NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. I did get my money back, but no food for the family. Others complain about wing stop, but they have never messed up my order, or just failed to make it at all. We won't go back to Fire Wings. read more

My husband and I decided to take a chance on this place despite reading all of the reviews because the wing selections sounded so good and we know that people like to complain about the smallest of things. However, believe me friends the reviews are correct. The food was cold. There's no excuse for cold food. The garlic fries were over saturated in butter and were super soggy and unfortunately were the best part of the whole meal. We ordered 40 wings and only ate 10 of them. The Garlic Parmesan tasted like deep fried oil with Parmesan on top. The Saigon Street was honestly the worst and was super watery tasting. The Sriracha was okay... it really didn't taste like sriracha, very mild heat. The best one in my opinion was the curry. They also forgot the veggie sticks which it said was included and we really would have liked that since we didn't eat any of the other food. Super disappointed and won't be back. read more

Where do I start with this place! Entering Firewings I was pleasantly greeted by the people behind the counter. The restaurant was very clean and neatly organized.
