Five Stars across the table, the food was really good I placed an order for the mango habanero boneless wings super saucy and cooked well done, also the food was cooked in a timely manner. The customer service girl with dark hair is excellent super professional and helpful! Highly recommend the antelope location definitely will be returning read more

I come here whenever i crave for it, but last time i was there i was not happy. Ordered 20 pcs wings and ask the lady for a cup of water and told me i have to buy bottlef water. She didnt want to give me a cup so i can get water from their soda fountain. ( not sure if she is the owner or manager) Talking about greedy!! Not coming back here!! read more

Ordered fired wings for the first time on door dash. I ordered the Louisiana rub and the Korean kick bonesless wings. I did order a side of honey mustard. I was expecting some spice with the Louisiana rub but I didn't have any kick to it. The Korean kick was fine without any dipping sauce. I had a friend recommend this place but I'm not that impressed. read more

female manager really sucks, been spending money here for a little over a year, I have never complained or asked for a refund. Had soggy soft wings immediately after receiving the food. I live around the corner, got home and called immediately about the order and she refused to give me a refund or remake if I didn't bring the food in, but that I couldn't come in tonight because they were about to close. she basically told me my options were to not eat dinner after getting shitty food and return it (?) the next day, or just eat it and take it up with my bank lol. read more

Really disappointed, these wings have gotten smaller. Dominoes has more meat on their wings for 1/3 of the price. Probably my last time coming here, really gone down the poop shoot! read more

I was surprised to see the low rating and normally may not have even stopped in but I was craving wings. I made the right decision. The wings were crispy, flavorful, and hit the spot! I ordered all wings bone-in with half Thai chili sauce and the other half peanut butter. I think the peanut butter was hotter than the Thai chili! Since I ordered the combo, I also got a drink and their seasoned fries. Once again the fries were crisped to perfection. I absolutely despise soggy fries. I ordered online and it was a breeze so I'll be back here when the wing craving hits again. read more

Great wings. I am never disappointed. My favorite flavors are buffalo stampede and Malaysian curry. They are the best wet and dry rub they have. Service is always quick. They also have a very clean aesthetic. read more

Don't order any rubs or less you want it plain and they had the audacity to say to me if I wanted extra, I would have to pay more money. I just want. I don't want extra. I just don't want a plain chicken when I order Louisiana rug, California rub why should I have to pay more for seasoning on a plain chicken? read more

Service was great & so was the food. Very fresh! The place was very clean too:) Definitely coming back!

I ordered online through Fire Wings' website and received a text that my food was ready two hours later (understandable given the Super Bowl rush). When I arrived, it was a disaster. Dozens of frustrated customers, no communication from staff, and complete chaos. Employees did not provide updates on orders and even refused refunds for food they couldn't fulfill. One customer even grabbed an order that was not his and left after arguing with the employees who refused to communicate with him. Despite marking my order as "ready," they told me I'd have to wait another hour. When I asked for a refund, I was told I couldn't get one and should dispute it with my credit card instead--completely unacceptable. The manager and staff refused to provide the manager's name and were visibly overwhelmed. It was clear they didn't plan properly for a busy event, and instead of problem-solving and handling the situation professionally, they took their frustration out on customers. Absolutely unacceptable service. If you can't handle high-demand days, at least be honest with customers instead of misleading them and taking their money. I won't be coming back and will be disputing with my credit card. read more

3.5 stars. Service is a 5. The food is pretty good but the chicken taste frozen like any other chicken tender. Their fries are the best item in my opinion. The pickles 1/5 why would anyone have these kind of pickles in their restaurant? Everything was fresh though and their ranch and blue cheese is 5/5. The prices are a bit high. I probably wouldn't come back unless I was over here like I was today getting new tires at the Les Schwab. Super friendly staff. read more

This place is disgusting, cheap and the staff can't count. We ordered 2, 10 piece combos. Both had 9 wings. I couldn't distinguish which rub was which because they had none. Just plain chicken. The combos come with sodas. They need to clean the lines, you can smell and taste mildew. The fries were cold and had a hair. Only thing they did right was the carrots and celery were cold and crisp. read more

Burnt Food, Rude Manager, and a Complete Waste of Money I came in because I genuinely love Fire Wings nashville tenders and fry bowl. I've had them multiple times at other locations and they've always been delicious. But this experience? Absolutely unacceptable. The food I received was burnt. the seasoning was jet black and the entire thing tasted like it had been dredged in the bottom of an old oil fryer. It was inedible and looked nothing like what I've gotten in the past. The fry bowl? Ruined. The tenders? Charcoal. When I approached the manager to ask for a refund, he told me I "should've known how it was going to taste." Excuse me? Since when is burnt food the expectation? He refused to refund me and when I asked for a different flavor he flat out told me no. We literally just stood there staring at each other because I was in disbelief...he was really trying to convince me that this was normal. The only option he eventually allowed was to remake it with "less sauce," but even then, it still tasted like burnt grease and regret. Honestly, it felt like they just reused the same scorched oil and hoped I wouldn't notice. this location has terrible food quality, zero accountability, and customer service that borders on disrespectful. I will absolutely not be coming back, and I'll be warning everyone I know to avoid this place too. read more

I love Fire Wings and I love this location. I've ordered from here a bunch of times and have had very few problems. One time they mixed up my order with someone else's but they just threw in a few extras in my bag and it was all good. I put in a big order on Super Bowl Sunday and everything was great. I always have to wonder about the miserable people who put one star reviews on fast food places like this. Are they so miserable that their only joy in life is to leave a negative review for some perceived slight they may have experienced? Like I've said before, unless an employee punches you in the face there's no need to ever leave a one star review. If you do you're a dick. Fire Wings is dope and I like this location read more

Yeah no lie I am pretty upset. I came through at damn near the exact time my online order said it be ready. 2056. I pulled up at 2058 and the order was in a bag out in the open under no type of heat. The lady was kind so I am not saying anything on the kindliness however I did have the opportunity to express my concern in asking "do you happen to know how long my food has been ready?" She said honestly prolly like 15 minutes. I was like damn but after that she didnt say anything about it. I thought she would had taken initiative to redo or offer sometype of comeback meal. Idk. All I do know is nobody wants to go home to a cold meal which I can feel through the bag right now that I am not satisfied with the temperature of this food. Please take care of me fire wings so I can get this sour taste out of my mouth from how business is conducted here. Yeah so just opened the back shortly later and wings are surely cold to wear I got to microwave them . Also them noodles do not look like a large. Posted so yall could see. Maybe at this point I am overanalyzing but man, i really had to work for this meal today and feel so undervalued as a customer rn. Hope yall hmu. Ill be down to take the review down and improvise to a better one if lead. read more

I love the variety of flavors that fire wings has, as well as the quality of the food that they give. Look at it like this we have seven different fire wings in Sacramento and Roseville area all together. I just hate that every single one will give only one sauce for all the wings and fries that we have, it's the most stupidest thing ever. Wingstop would never! I need to file a petition to corporate to where we can atleast get 2 sauces per 10 wings with a side of fries.. We pay a good grip, $18 for a whole combo meal to only get one sauce, then have to pay for extra sauce! That's insane! read more

I have been to fire wings so many times...the sunrise location the most. I was in the area and wanted some wings so I decided to stop in. I ordered only a 5 piece peanut butter which omg is my favorite...but these were over cooked... grease tasted rancid and old. The sauce was disgusting...those were the worst tasting wings I have ever had. I also ordered the garlic fries. When fresh are amazing...but not this location. The fries were hard...soaked in a pool of grease...no garlic flavor at all and again tasted rancid. Holy Spirit warned me not to go...but I decided to come anyways...He was right...I barely made it home before being sick. I almost did not make it to the bathroom. The place was dirty...kids eating pizza in the place... workers friends all hanging out. What a terrible experience. I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. I HOPE TGE HEALTH INSPECTOR COMES...THEY WILL CLOSE THAT PLACE DOWN. You can tell there is zero management and they do not care. How terrible...fire wings is one of my favorite spots I would give them a minus 10 if I could...please DO NOT GO HERE...YOU WILL GET SICK... read more

We love this place. Check out my review for Natomas!! This is our favorite wing spot. They have really taken over. We order the three way .. bbq for me lemon pepper for him and we share teriyaki!! Plus they are not cheap with the sauce!! I swear some sauce cost more than a wing!! They have a cool set up definitely catering to millennials but even if your not go try it. I've seen lines out the door before they open. If that doesn't make you a believer I don't know what will read more

My first time here. Ordered Thai chili wings and garlic fries..wings were good, crispy, good flavor..but the garlic fries pool of grease and parmesan cheese at the bottom. I couldnt finish them, and I LOVE fries! barely any garlic either..I would come back for the wings and possibly garlic noodles but I wonder if those are greasy also..disappointing. read more

This place has gone down hill. Whoever owns this franchise needs to check the quality of their food and take control. These teenagers running the joint with no quality control because they're inexperienced are costly. First, the order took 30 minutes to complete, yet the food was cold when I got it. Secondly, there were no ice cubes and the soda was room temperature, flat, no carbon. Thirdly, look at the amount of grease in this garlic noodles. Seriously gross!!! In addition, those preparing the food DID NOT have their masks on. Violation of the. CDPH COVID-19 guidelines! read more

Mmmm. Wings and more wings. This is a small location with difficult parking even on a Monday night!!! Outside is for an OK size group of people but his time of year is an inside venue!! We got the 40 piece family pack and it was more than enough for 4 people with all of he fries and other sides. The garlic fires where somewhat crispy but still delicious till the end. Salt and pepper Wong's are the best to me. Service was good but it seemed like it to longer than normal to make the wings from other locations. read more

So, this place has really gone down the tubes. Today I ordered boneless wings and I truly believe I was handed chicken nuggets dipped in sauce. They were dry rub and not even crispy. Oh, and one favor was wrong. About a week ago I tried to order, and the lady was directly behind the register, I was just in front of it. She was facing me so I know she saw me. She ignored me for - I kid you not - 5 minutes talking to someone else in another language? I didn't order at this time. The time before this I went (told you I love wings), they got my order completely wrong and I realized after driving home. Called in and the lady requested I bring the wrong order back to prove the order was wrong and only after I drive my happy tail back over there will she begin to make me the correct order. I'd say I won't come back but the salt and pepper and the peanut butter wings are 100% my fave. I'll just have to find another franchise to frequent. Someone please buy up and overhaul employees at this franchise. It's that bad. read more

DO NOT go to this location!!!! Go to the Sunrise one!!! I am currently on a 30 minute wait for my order of a large Nashville tenders fries and 16 boneless wings and it's not even busy in here. This is CRAZY. There seems to be no management of these kids working here. THE FOOD: Nashville tender fries were very good BUT SMALL if this is a so called large (see my picture), cold and I only live 1 block away. They were prolly cold because I was waiting 30 MINUTES. The boneless wings were smaller than usual and HARD, way over cooked. I live a block away but I will drive farther to go to Kiki's Chicken or the other Fire Wings on Sunrise. Which is a shame because we used to go to this location often. read more

Best Wing place !!! Salt and Pepper is such a good crispy go-to wing. No complaints about the wait or table service.

This place is new to Antelope but I've been at the Sunrise location several times. Thought I'd finally go check it out, inside is not as large as the other location but has seating outside as well. I got the Cali, and Chipotle BBQ. Their customer service was really great, very friendly and attentive. Food was good, actually less greasy than the other place but did not have onions and pepper vegetables thrown on top which I really liked. I'm happy that it's open late, it was still pretty busy at 11pm on a Thursday. Would come back again. read more

First timer here! I have never had Fire Wings before. I'm pleasantly surprised. This place is very similar to Wing Stop but with an Asian twist. Fusion flavors including Peking which taste just like the sweet and sour chicken you would order from a Chinese restaurant. Not bad, actually pretty good but I felt like I should be eating it with a side of rice and chow mein. I also tried the lemon pepper which was good, and the Malaysian curry. The Malaysian curry was a bit salty and not too much curry flavoring. I was very satisfied with all the different sides they offer. I ordered the garlic noodles and garlic fries. Both was delicious. I'm sure I'll be back when my tummy can't decide which country it wants to explore. 4 stars! read more

I think I'll just leave Fire Wings at one star. Which is a shame. If you were only going off of wing flavor, this place would be at least 4.5/5. But when you add in their staff, atmosphere, and complete hassle for any kind of ordering (online, trying over the phone) the whole experience just goes straight down the drain. Their flavor is keeping them in the game, because if an average to good place was this bad at customer service, they would have shuttered their doors a long time ago. read more

This place really disappoints every time we come here. Love the thai chili but have run into multiple issues here over a myriad of visits. * no working soda machine (for about 2-3 months) * water didn't work at soda machine - gave us tap water - it was murky and nasty * Ordered mixed flats and drumsticks - paid extra and got 1 flat and rest drumsticks * most recent - asked for a water cup - they said they were out but could buy a small drink cup for $1.99 and then put water in it read more
