I don't expect much from a food truck though when it comes to service, so I didn't put a lot of weight into it. Drinks (4/5): Johnny Dog has fresh lemonades which is always a win in my book. My classic lemonade was a good size and had the right amount of sweetness for my taste. No complaints. Food (3/5): Johnny Dog's menu consists of mostly American classics: various hot dogs, burgers, and chicken sandwiches. Plus snow cones if you're looking for dessert. I went with the chicken sandwich which comes with fries and Cane's sauce. The Cane's sauce drew me in. If you've ever been to Raising Cane's, you know how good their dipping sauce is. Johnny's does a good job at its copycat sauce. Unfortunately, the rest of the meal didn't hit on all cylinders. Rather than a chicken patty, their version of a chicken sandwich is several chicken tenders sandwiched between bread. Which made it a little difficult to eat as the tenders kept on sliding out of the sandwich. The chicken was over-fried too so it was a lot of breading and not much on the succulent chicken side of things. The Cane's sauce and the pickles helped, but the chicken is the star of the show and it wasn't there. The fries were fine. Not great, and not bad. Right in the middle. I appreciate Johnny Dog being posted up outside of the haunted house as it made grabbing dinner convenient. While there are things that can be improved, I'm happy they were there.

LisaBeth was our main server and she made sure those with allergies were given TLC and she managed our water, ice, and wine table with precision. They were kind enough to do all of the dishes even though we had not paid for that time. I think a first time planner should know that there will be additional fees for staff and large rentals (chafing dishes, etc.). On other occasions he has forgot drinks and salad dressing to accompany the luncheon. In light of all this, they have no quality control. This is food not goods. I also got a giant bar cookie (I can't recall its name) with oatmeal and marbled with fudge and caramel. So, so very good. They also had great looking macaroons, Napoleons, linzer cookies, almond cookies, muffins, and much more. They open at 7:00 am, which is a little late for me.
