Amongst the 3 of us, we tried the Trailer Park, Democrat, Fried Avocado, Green Chile Pork, and the Tipsy Chick tacos. We also got a side of the Damn Good Tots. For dessert we ordered the Churros. Overall the food was all solid. My favorite bites were the Green Chile Queso in The Threesome, Green Chile Pork taco, and Damn Good Tots. Their queso is actually some of the best I've ever had - and I've tried many a queso. A few items felt a tad under-seasoned. The Trailer Park taco was definitely lacking something - maybe salt, or heat, or both? Multiple tacos would've benefitted from slightly more heat actually. I wish they had more sauce/salsa options so you could add more heat as desired. Maybe this was an option, but we didn't see it while ordering. The churros were good. The Dulce de Leche dipping sauce is the perfect compliment. Torchy's offers a different taco experience with plenty of unique offerings not found at other local Taco joints. It won't be for everyone, but it's definitely worth trying!
