May 14, 2017 Sunday - 8:45 PM for dinner
4 Adults
Atmosphere - 4 stars
Food - 4 stars
Service - 4 stars
Background - Sitting in the hotel bar looking for a nearby place to eat.
Atmosphere - Fire Town does not appear on the outside of the building. When looking for it by its name it makes it a little more challenging, it seems to be another Chinese restaurant. It is a long and narrow restaurant but it has lots of tables.
Food
Drinks - I had the 1664, a European Lager which was just okay.
Dinner - We ordered a lot of items but two stood out. The dry fried flat green beans (spicy), I loved the heat on these. If you have read my reviews I am all about the meat, not the veggies. I will admit I had seconds of those green beans. The other is a favorite of our friends and now it is a favorite of mine. The salt and pepper pork ribs, small pork ribs a meaty paradise.
Service - Our waitress was pleasant but was hard to flag down as we decided during the meal we needed more ribs.
Future - Yes. read more
