He also ordered an appetizer of these rice paper dumplings filled with ground pork. The first thing I noticed was the smell of the broth when the pho came out. It was incredible! The broth was so flavorful and one of the best I've had in a very long time. Didn't need to add any extra sauces :) Lots of noodles and very tender meat. I appreciated they give you a ton of meat. The duck was moist thanks to the broth/sauce that it and the rice were in. This was the lunch before full on window shopping and a tastier meal could not be had. Both the duck and tofu had generous portions. And again the flavor was epic. I'm not a shopper but I will shop there just to have that meal again. The place was incredibly busy, and I was offered a seat at the bar. Water was served immediately, and handed a delightfully single page organized menu! Service was very attentive. I ordered: Aperol Spritz- which is the best one I have ever had! Edamame-as a starter. Veggie Ramen And mochi for dessert. The Ramen came out first which I was puzzled by, asking if I had ordered the edamame and a female waitress said yes it was on its way. She handed me an oversized bib to wear while eating my Ramen.
