I heard nothing but kept getting automated calls from Central Monitoring. If I didn't get to the phone in time both my trusted contacts and I got text messages. It became awful in the hour before midnight with one call after another. After the system was armed & I was in bed I received a call from a real person at Central Monitoring. It was about 1:30am. So I asked her if she could turn off notifications for that sensor until I could get Tri-Tronics out to correct the problem. After confirming my identity she did just that. When I got up this morning (late from lack of sleep) I called and spoke with Alexis, the owner. She promised to send Justin, my and the dog's favorite technician, out within the next two hours. He came even sooner. Justin reset my system, which he said could possibly correct the problem. He also offered me option of ordering a new sensor, which is the option I chose. At my request he turned off the errant sensor to assure the problem didn't reoccur before the new sensor arrived, Once again Tri-Tronics came to my rescue quickly. The system has made me feel so much more secure since my husband died. The value versus the cost of the system over the years has been immeasurable. It has just continued to work with sensor battery replacements every few years. Thank you Tri-Tronics, and especially Alexis & Justin. You have made me feel so much safer. I highly recommend the choice of this local business if you're considering a security system.

We also got log in's to both the alarm panel and the monitoring center to see everything and make changes. The system was all color screens and could do things for our home like turn on lights when we are away like on a timer. They were able to install within 2 hours which was important and did not pressure us in any way to sign up. They also gave us a 30 day no questions asked cancellation if we didn't like. I would recommend to anyone looking.

So far so good! I worked with Jodi at John's Brothers (JB) in getting a quote and information on a…read morenew security system. I've had ADT for years but for what my needs are now, ADT couldn't deliver and that what prompted me to shop around. When Jodi came to my home and did the walk through, she was knowledgeable in what equipment I would need. Come to find out she worked with JB for over 30 years! So she knew the inside and outs of security. Within a day, she sent me a quote and info video of the panel that will be installed. Day of installation, Willy was my technician and he was very friendly and respectful of my home and space. He set up his work area nicely with all his tools and equipment and walked me through what he will be doing. During our small talks, he mentioned he worked for JB for 20 years! That speaks volumes when you have long lasting employees. It tells me they take care of their employees and in turn they will take care of their customers. Everything was sent of nicely and after installation, Willy assisted me in getting me the App up and running on my phone. He walked me through all the sensors and panels.
