Outstanding Service. Stephon Cuffee came out to our house 5 times, 5 TIMES !! Poor guy, 1st time he got the contractors, 2nd time got got me in the middle of demo, 3rd time I got hubby''s day off wrong, 4th time hubby was in the shower, 5th time, I called him and he happened to be in my area. He never gave up though and...he kept coming back, unlike all the others. He is an excellent consultant and very knowledgeable. He helped us make our decision and he took the time to listen to my concerns and didn't push the sale! My technician, Anthony Wilson, also a great professional. Did a great job on my install and explained everything to me and made sure I was comfortable with the new equipment. Great customer service! read more

My doorbell cam hasn't been working for 3 weeks now. Every time I call they tell me they'll send someone to help but no one has done anything to fix it. The customer service is awful. Unfortunately we still have 3 years left. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND. Don't waste your money. Go with ADT. read more

A local sales representative, Calvin came by just as I was moving in. I was terribly busy but interested so I asked that he come back. We set a time and we shook on it. On the set time, there he was, Johnny on the Spot! Calvin was awesome in explaining PHT's system, their ratings, and how they compare to others in the area. He had printouts as well as real-time references for BBB Accreditation, etc. and my personal favorite; though showing the negatives of his competition he never spoke personally ill of them. He took time explaining differences in contract periods and equipment options. During the installation, Anthony was technically savvy and personable. He made a somewhat complicated install look easy and discussed various options with me regarding location of system components and possible future upgrades. During his training time with me for the system he took his time to ensure I was tracking along and all my questions were answered, even with the iPhone app integration. Before he departed we walked through and he showed me each component he installed. Lastly, while I've only been with this company a short period I feel they are solid. Their main competitor ADT came by and showed nothing but an absolute lack of professionalism from the moment he sped up to my curb and walked up in I'll-fitting clothes. The gentlemen at PHT are in company marked vehicles and wear company clothing. While the style isn't necessarily GQ, it speaks volumes to their attention to detail from moment one! Do not buy. Worst alarm system out there. The customer service is bad and the system is either down, not working, or malfunctioning. If you have any problems they take forever to resolve any issues. The cameras work sometimes but never are working when I need them. Someone broke into my car and not to my surprise the camera did not catch anything because the camera was down like always. Don't get suckered into this system like I did. read more

Nothing but problems since the guys came to install it in April! So you have time to order a pizza to my home and snack but no time to properly wire a system we are paying for? The last communication we had with ANYONE was May 4th when someone forwarded the initial inquiry email (because we don't have contact phone numbers) to another unknown person. This is the worst security system I have ever had. My alarm panel will disarm/arm itself. Most mornings I have to input my password 5-6 times even after calibration of the screen. My doorbell camera is faulty. To top of off I have been calling tech support for weeks, they tell me I will have my stuff replaced. It never happens. Every time I take off work for my system to get replaced... they tell me they don't have it or that's not what the service ticket stated. My car has been damaged and wasn't recorded. Henry Martin is a Scam-bug! Decided to get home security because I put our house for sale (has rented a company to set up the house with furnitures) and I was moving away, need the security until the house is sold. He told me that if the new owner is interested, the contract will be transferred to the new owner. Before closing, I was notified that the buyer indeed was interested, so I didn't removed the system. He said he would take care of the transfer and all. To my surprised, I keep getting the bills, which I assumed after transfer, the new owner would take over. I called him and again he said he would take care of it. After, a month I still got billed. I called Brinks, and was told no transfer was made. I called Henry again, and was told he would take care of it. Bills kept coming and I was blocked on his phone. Everytime I call Henry now, it goes straight to his voice mail! I have no complain with Brinks system, but when I asked if this guy works for them, he doesn't exist! He's a ghost. I don't know how the two are connected and how it's possible. Anthony installed my system, which is dispatched by Henry, Henry sent my contract to Brinks, but Brinks was not connected to Henry (!?!@). read more

Recently one of the their sales reps showed up in our neighborhood and I understand with it being new construction it comes with the territory. After speaking face to face one day while I was out working in the garage, he was very aggressive in his efforts to make a sale. I explained I was in the middle of something important and now was not the time, I told him to leave me his card and to come back on the weekend. My girlfriend has noticed him showing up repeatedly including the most recent instance this past Sunday. He repeatedly rang the door bell multiple times and tried to peer into the windows one of the reasons we installed privacy glass this past week. He then stayed in his car for an excessive amount of time in front on the house afterward. She immediately called me upset and angry and I was upset because I was out of town and could not witness it. She gave me his contact information off of his card and I called him. So here is where things go south, he answers the number that is listed on his card as very unprofessionally. If you're going to list your personal cell on your business card be prepared to be professional at all times when your phone rings. I proceed to inform him who I was and why I was calling in which his tone immediately changed. I simply called to inform him we would be going with another provider and thanked him for his time. His tone changed and he asked well who is it and I replied it doesn't really matter but I thank you for your time. He immediately hung up very abruptly. I tried to call back and it got sent to voicemail. So you're trying to secure service with a potential customer this is not how you inspire trust and confidence in what you're selling. I the customer reserve the right to do business with whoever I choose is right for us. If you're going to be in sales be prepared for people to say no to you but to act immature about it is very unprofessional. I will be seeking service through another provider. I work out at the base and if your company's name comes up I will not recommend service through you. I hope this young man takes a class on salesmanship to better improve his skills. read more

Sales rep Calvin came by and talked with my husband and I about starting our home security through power home technologies. My husband was a skeptic about security systems before hand. Calvin showed us his DCJS certification and explained all of his technicians have one as well, and that we should ask to see them when they come to install the security system. He was very thorough in getting every room in our house covered for burglary protection. When the technicians came to install Calvin stopped by as well to make sure everything was being done properly. Once the technician was done installing all the equipment, which took about an hour, he explained how every piece of equipment works and how to function the alarm panel. He also showed an app for our phones to use for the security system as well. The whole process was a very comforting experience, knowing our home is secure from break-ins.
