Always friendly and professional. Jake handled a slow upstairs tub drain easily and diagnosed a potential larger issue with the seal. The gamble paid off to further investigate as the 30 year putty had worn down and was causing it to leak. An area below the tub in the downstairs ceiling had stained recently and all but confirmed the tub seal was the issue. A new drain & seal and I was good to go after testing. The entire mess was cleaned up. He also installed a shower head I had purchased. Their rates seem competitive. Keep in mind with being small they back up easily. Allow days to sometimes a week for them to address your problem. They likely have emergency service at an additional cost. They cover all of the Southside of the 757. Dynamic Plumbing called me right away and scheduled to come out to my home that Tuesday. Due to it being the weekend and they was booked up that the earliest. They could come. When I got up Monday morning I noticed the leak had got worse. Where the grass was saturated with water and could see water running down my driveway. I called Dynamic Plumbing and explained the situation to them. They told me if someone finished up one of their jobs early. They would send someone over to fix it. Next thing my phone ring and it them telling me they are on their way. They fixed the pipe without any problems. About an hour or two later I was told the pipe is fixed and everything is good. I had to run an errand and when I came out the house I noticed water was gushing out the hole. Where the pipe they had fixed. I called the right then. After I told them what was going on. They told me we are on our way back right now. They returned in a matter of minutes and fixed the pipe again. What I was told is the stuff they used to hold the pipe together wasn't strong enough. That this time they used a different and stronger glue. I'm good no more leaks. I would like to give a shout out to Joseph and his partner. They did a very professional job. They were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. If I have any plumbing problems. I will use Dynamic Plumbing and request Joseph and his partner to do the work. I called several companies for quotes to get a baseline for cost and to see what options that I have. Typically, I am only given a timeframe when someone will come out. This company advised they would send someone out between 9am-11am. At 10:30am I received an email from Ryan stating that he advised his technician to leave because I "already have a plumber on site." I can understand if it was awkward or can be seen as troublesome if there is another plumber present. The timing was not ideal, but I did not plan for, nor know, that they would be at my residence at the same time frame. Technicians typically give a call when they are on their way and provide an ETA, not just show up. I never received any notice this technician was on the way, nor did I know the technician even came. Furthermore, he stated, "In the future if you call multiple companies it would be kind to let the company know so that they do not waste their time and money sending a technician out." I feel like this email was completely unprofessional. If there were any concerns about what was needed or if the company felt like coming out for a quote was a waste of their time, they did not have to send anyone out.
