Had an annoying issue during a bathroom remodeling where fire suppression sprinkler piping was going through a bad place that blocked the project. Their contractor came by and did a quick and fast job to reroute my sprinkler piping in a compliant way, thank you again! read more

Very responsive. Used brass replacement part. Replaced old steel part that rusted and failed.

Found a problem with our fire sprinkler system and I called Fire Safe Systems based on their location and positive Yelp reviews. Received a call back from Joe later in the day and he was very helpful and understanding. I sent him photos of the problem and he has someone out the next day to repair. I appreciated their knowledge, empathy and fast response. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again. read more

I called Fire Safe Systems to have a pressure gage replaced/repair. The poor young receptionist is very polite and each time apologizes for the Sales Department not calling me back. She keeps putting me through to the Sales Department. I leave a message and either the Sales office won't call me back or, I finally got a gentleman to pick-up the phone. He asked me to text him a photo, but never called me back. I guess Fire Safe is so successful they don't need my business or their customer service is poor. I initially gave a poor review. But after posting an unsatisfactory review, Bob called to apologize that my request was missed. He offered to send a repairman out to replace the broken gage at no charge. I appreciate the gesture and offer to correct the problem. In today's terrible business climate where every business is crying about the broken supply chain or inflation, it was decent of Fire Safe Systems to make the offer to address my complaint. It was an easy fix. Thank you. read more

Came home from vacation to find continuous water flow from a relief pipe out of the side of my house. Traced it back to the fire system. Called up several fire sprinkler companies to help diagnose. While most were helpful over the phone, most pointed out a faulty relief valve but couldn't get me scheduled soon enough. The next day I received a call back from Joe from Fire Safe Group who walked me through a potential fix over the phone. He believed the pressure had simply gone past the predetermined safe zone and tripped the relief valve on its own. In other words, it was working as expected. He had me manually open the valve to release more water. Sure enough, it worked and now the relief valve isn't dumping water anymore and pressure has dropped to below the unsafe level. He didn't seem concerned at all. I asked how much he would charge me and he told me not to worry about it. I was on the phone for 15 or so minutes. This guy believes in reputation over a quick profit. What a company! Thank you Joe! read more

They did the fire sprinkler system for our house and the few times that I have come across their staff - it has been pleasant, professional and straight forward. We opted to go with black sprinkler heads on the top floor of our house and they look really nice. Will update to 5 stars after I have moved in and everything is okay. Cheers! read more

I'm a superintendent and have had Jose with Fire safe on multiple jobs. I have had nothing but the best work and experience with him. There's been a few times I've called last minute, in a rush or needed something changed and there has yet to be any hesitation or bad work. That guys the man. Fire Safe was timely, professional, and thorough. I emailed them asking for a quote late at night when the fire system leak was diagnosed by a regular plumber. Mike the owner responded by 5:45am the next morning. By 8am, the office manager Oscar provided an hourly labor rate that was fair (and lower than many plumbers although this is a specialty repair) and said someone can be there that day. Augie one of their technicians showed up at 9:30am that morning. Augie was very professional and explained what work that needed to happen. When the clearance was too tight to do the repair, he explained the problem and why it was necessary to cut another hole in the ceiling to complete the repair. He diagnosed another issue with the exterior flow valve which affected the external fire alarm. Augie provided honest advice about the options and explained the flow valve repair wasn't necessary right away. However it would be needed if we were to sell and he gave me an estimate for the part. I called Oscar and he said he said they would not charge extra labor since they were on site. So it was smarter for me to get everything fixed. After the repairs were completed, Augie took the extra time to explain how to shut off the water main and drain the fire sprinkler system to minimize the water damage if there was a fire. Overall they did a good job and I was very satified with the work done. They will be my go-to fire sprinker company going forward read more

Sprinkler was leaking slightly and Fire Safe Systems had Jose over in under an hour. He was thorough, patient and incredibly well informed. Fire Safe Systems are a group of incredibly professional and friendly people. Just when I thought that great customer service was dead, Joe and Nora proved me wrong! Nora followed through and got ahold of a service technician right away and followed up immediately with an email detailing our call and providing contact info. I got a call from Joe just a few minutes later and he sent two awesome technicians over within thirty minutes! I mean WOW! And when I thought things couldn't get any better, the technicians noticed some improperly installed sprinkler caps and fixed them and placed the caps on I had purchased at No Charge! I will definitely recommend them to anyone who asks! read more

I can't thank Fire Safe Systems for not only responding immediately to us, but going over and above in the repair of our leak in the fire sprinkler system. They gave us an immediate appointment, showed up on time and above all, were competent. They also took care to protect surrounding areas from any stray water during the repair. A leak in the fire sprinkler system is something that needs to be addressed and is difficult to find a company who can service this system. These guys did it and we are appreciative! read more

So, from a installation perspective, Fire Safe was amazing. They were prompt, professional, and clean. They were great with listening to our needs and finished in a timely manner. From a customer service perspective - something to be aware of ... I suspect just standard protocol, but they do send out a potential "pay or else" notification (certified mail) - once the installation is complete. It caught us offguard and was a bit unnerving. They apologized and explained the issue and remedied completely. Very nice staff - really. Just be aware. GREAT installation. read more

We had our fire alarm go off on a Sunday afternoon, and needed a fire systems company to install a new sprinkler head and turn the water back on. I highly recommend Fire Safe Systems. My wife and I called Fire Safe Systems after our alarm went off while we were at work, and the fire department came out to turn it off. The fire department left a note saying that our fire alarm unit on the outside of the house was probably faulty and we needed a professional to look at it. John from Fire Safe Systems was able to come out quickly to check out the problem. He was professional and went to work immediately. John was very knowledgeable, and he walked us through the repairs he needed to complete for us while also going over the costs. I have already recommended Fire Safe Systems to a neighbor and if my wife and I have problems again then we'll call them for help. read more

I agree with the review below. They seem very good but their payment policies are a bit extreme. I had a very large remodel job done and was very good about running over when they wanted a check. Then on final inspection the final balance was due and they were a bit aggressive about it. So I'm glad someone has corroborated this so I'm not the only one who thinks it's strange. Now I'm waiting on Oscar to get back to me on some smoke detectors. My contractor had asked about these before but there has been no response. I did my part when I was pushed to pay and now I am patiently waiting. I will update this if and when I hear since I've emailed twice now. I will try to contact the owner if I get no response from Oscar since I think I deserve good service in the end although they've been paid in full. read more

Mike, the owner is a great businessman and a good guy. Done a fair bit of business with him and he has always been fair and easy to deal with. I respect them for the way they stick to their business principles, even if it isn't always popular....you know what you are going to get! Just hired for another job which I'm sure will go as smooth as always!! Thanks Mike read more

Oscar and his crew took care of an unexpected problem that they identified. Unbeknownst to me our sprinklers were on a recall from years ago. We had a short window to take care of this and Oscar made sure all sprinkler heads were identified and replaced with better looking heads. The installers were very courteous and didn't spill a drop when replacing the heads. Everything was brought up to code. Thanks to all for a job well done. read more

I had a hole in a supply line for my fire suppression system on a Saturday night. I had to cut the water off to my house to keep things dry so needed it fixed asap. I called the company and asked for connection to their on-call technician. Jose from Fire Safe came out first thing Sunday morning and made the repair. He was very courteous and professional. The price hurt - but I expect to pay a premium for such prompt service on a weekend. I'll definitely look to these guys in the future for further work on my sprinkler system. read more

Woke up monday morning to find water coming out of the sprinkler head in the kitchen. Called Mike at Fire Safe Systems who told me he would send someone buy immediately to check it out. Half an hour later, Juan came by, checked out the situation and found a pinhole leak in a pipe behind the sprinkler system. Even though this was a "regular" plumbing issue and not a "sprinkler" issue, these guys were honest, efficient and didn't try to rip off a neighbor that needed help. Highly recommend Mike and Juan for their honesty, integrity and knowledge base. read more

These guys were great! I called in late afternoon. Oscar called first thing in the morning and asked if he wanted me to have him send his guys right over. I said yes, they were there in 1/2 hr. They fixed the leaking sprinkler head faster and at a significantly lower price than they had quoted. Very respectful, professional nice guys! read more

I needed to do a retrofit of fire sprinklers in my office building so I gave these guys a call. I dealt with a service manager named Oscar. After scheduling, Oscar came out and looked around, clearly describing what prep work was required by me before his guys can do the job. After opening all the holes to the sizes he requested, we scheduled for his techs to come in on a Saturday to do the work. On the day of service, his guys called me early to let me know they were on their way. Before I even arrived on location, they had already shorted and drained the fire sprinkler system. I walked them through the office and pointed out the sprinkler heads that needed retrofitting. I left and after three hours, it was all done. These guys are professional and good at what they do. The pricing is reasonable and their work is timely. I'm sure I will be calling them for more work on future projects. read more
