My only teeny tiny complaint is that the mushrooms and grilled onions on my burgers were cold, and I wish they'd been warmed up on the grill before going onto the burger - it might have been perfect then! It was not a comfortable seat for sure. The server was friendly and attentive. She had no issue bringing us anything that we requested. I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because it was pricey for what it is. The wine was $11 a glass for a house Pinot Noir with a rather stingy pour. I would like to see some more affordable wine offerings. The bottom line is Villa Capri is an acceptable place to eat a dinner on a weekend night. However, be prepared for some noise and to pay a little bit higher than you would somewhere else.

Mistakes can happen, but the way they're handled says a lot about a business. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling like they didn't value their customers, and I won't be returning.
