Horrible experience. Bartender/ waitress skinny old white woman with a long bob, was incredibly rude. Our party walked out. The place wasn't busy at all, she simply was acting like she didn't want to be there. I do not recommend.

I stopped by this place only because I was walking by and wanted to watch the Olympics hockey finals. It was breakfast time and I saw they had a breakfast menu. What I didn't see were the excellent prices and food choices. As far as food, I was looking for simple. Eggs, bacon, tater tots, and toast...perfect. Sat outside and got great service although no refills were offered on the iced tea or the iced coffee. Not sure if this was a service issue or whether six dollars only buys you one glass of either. Either way that's the only reason they lost a star. Everything else was perfect, including the hockey game with the United States winning the gold. Didn't see the inside of the restaurant until I was getting ready to leave and it is absolutely awesome and will be my go to place when I'm at the beach and wanna watch sports games. The rest of the menu is very inviting and there are just so many things I want to try. People at the bar were very excited during the hockey game, which added to the overall experience. Everything you want in an Irish pub but more because it's on the beach. We'll be back and I have a feeling that I will eventually get a five star experience here.

Our last meal in Miami! So sad! We didn't want to the fun to end! But back to reality! I ordered myself a Hawaiian pizza and my bf ordered himself a shrimp pasta. I wasn't a fun of my pizza and my bf's pasta was hitting! So of course my sweet bf switched with me! Got to love him for his kindness! The had the game on too with a bar so you can get your drink on. Definitely a sports bar for sure! Definitely would stop by here again to watch a game and get my drink on!

Finnegan's way is your average Irish style pub. Great bar foods and ice cold beers. Finnegan's is located along the Miami Beach strip with an open front view of the beach and great place to drink and people watch. Time flys by here with the games on TV and the views out front. We only had appetizers so the whole menu wasn't explored. The wings are decent here and are worth trying. Overall we had a great time here and enjoyed our drinks and appetizers. Definitely an easy place to stop by for a game and a drink.

Food comes out exactly how you asked for it and fast been coming here for 10 years to eat when in Miami Beach

Great happy hour. I had a couple of cold beers and the oysters were $1.50 each. The oysters were fresh and delicious. Not your low key kind of place but it has a fun vibe and the service was good. Enjoy!!!

Super casual and fun spot on south beach. I only come here a couple times a year during the Flogging Molly cruise and they are never prepared for our numbers. They work as fast as they can and are very nice. When it is slower, the service is better. I haven't eaten here but many of our crew got the happy hour oysters and were raving about it.

It was their trivia night, I believe there was a $1500 pot if you win. Everyone seemed to be playing. We arrived to late to join. The place was packed yet there were only two servers. Our server was running around like a chicken with her head cut off. However she managed to keep up with out party of 9. There were times we were waiting for assistance however we could see she wasn't just sitting on her ass. We order burgers, flat breads, tenders and steak tacos. Steak tacos were horrible Burgers were delicious Flatbread were good Tenders definitely looked like they were frozen tenders from the grocer. The beverages were nice not too strong but not weak. We were kinda profiled however as a black person you get use to it. My husband and brother stepped out for a smoke break..although everyone else was still seated at the table. We watched security run out after them. We laughed cause they looked stupid. When security ran out there they pretended to be looking at something when they noticed they guys were right outside the door. Irish pub we didn't expect any less. However it was kinds funny how the guy darted out after them then aimlessly looked around after he realized they were smoking a cigarette ‍

I realized that I had not actually been to this location since it was The Playwright (or whatever it was called) 4 or 5 years ago. The updated interior is nice - very "pubby" - and they offer a good variety of seating from bar seats to high-tops to couches. Two things here that were standouts: First, the burger is one of the best burgers I've had on South Beach. So much so that I'm craving it again this morning. They've done a good job with the menu in that it still has all those bar foods that you look for in a place like this, but they've put some thought into elevating a number of items (e.g. the short rib poutine!) Second, the service was great. Our server (sorry, can't remember his name - a nice guy from Kendall) was very friendly and provided excellent service. As many reviews mention, this is definitely a place to watch a game. While we weren't there for this purpose last night, the TV setup is great and I could def see myself camping out there with a few beers on a weekend afternoon. As someone who lives in the neighborhood, I'll be back again for sure.

Great nostalgia and drinks but their gratuity practice is a serious problem…read more I stopped by Wet Willie's out of nostalgia during my most recent visit. Years ago I'd come here after the beach, sit on the balcony, people-watch, and cool off with a strong, frozen drink. In that sense, the place is exactly as I remember, with cold drinks on a hot Miami day and a fun atmosphere. Unfortunately, the billing experience completely changed how I felt about our visit. When the check arrived, I noticed the suggested tip percentages were unusual (around 7%, 8%, and 9%). I was planning to leave my normal 20% tip, but then the gentleman behind the bar explained that a 15% gratuity had already been added and the listed percentages would be additional. To be clear: I always tip, and I generally tip well. But adding a gratuity without authorization or clearly disclosing it up front is a big deal. A tip is supposed to be voluntary, and quietly including one, especially in a setting where you're already prompted to add more, feels misleading and wildly inappropriate. That part honestly overshadowed the visit for me. The drinks and the memories are still there, but check your bill carefully before paying. I enjoyed the nostalgia, yet this practice alone makes me hesitant to return. This practice of discretely tipping themselves is borderline theft.

The cocktails are well crafted, and the service was attentive, friendly, and very helpful throughout the visit. The food menu has some really great options, while a few dishes feel more average, but overall there's enough variety to enjoy alongside drinks and sports. The location is excellent, especially being so close to the beach and South Pointe area, though parking can be challenging since many spots are often taken by beach visitors. Nachos: Looked like the cheese was baked on and then sour cream, guacamole and pico de gallo were added afterwards. Cheese was a little burnt, but manageable. Was decent. I mean any nachos are good nachos when watching a game, right? Wings: There were six wings in an order with 4 drumettes and 2 flats. They came "naked", which had me skeptical at first. But then I realized I could really soak these bad boys in buffalo sauce to make them spicier than the normal pre-tossed variety. Shrimp Cocktail: There were four large shrimp in an order. Much bigger sized than party platters of cocktail shrimp from the grocery store. Loved the whole glass full of cocktail sauce and horseradish. Probably my favorite thing here.
