This was a cool little brewery just off Washington Avenue, and the last official stop of the pub crawl I attended last night. We got there pretty much around last call but still had friendly service. The bar has a nice diorama of Ocean Drive, and they also sell merchandise even including a baby onesie with 'Microbrew' printed. As far as drinks, I enjoyed a slightly tart but still enjoyable guava Hefeweizen.

Fried Shrimp platter is a salty greasy mess with literal popcorn shrimp battered to be disguised as regular sized. I guess this place is perfect if you're shitfaced and don't care about paying $20 for 8 tiny shrimp and frozen fries There's no way the other reviews are real

Great little brewery in the heart of South Beach! Chill patio with umbrellas and a super cool staff.

This local Miami Beach tap house is walkable in the area just off Washington Street. We enjoyed the patio area for a couple pints. The outside seating was comfortable with cushions for the seats. Their food menu has many options, but I was looking for a fish taco, no go here. Pork and chicken tacos, but no fish. Enjoyed two different beers and both had great flavor and were cold. I am back in town in a couple weeks and will be back for a visit. Make sure you stop by and give them a try. Enjoy!

Food was good and beer was good. Stopped in for an appetizer and a couple beers after a long day of traveling. Kind of a quiet Monday night in Miami Beach. Was nice to chill out and watch the game for a bit!

I can't think of another time in which I've gotten a beer flight and every single beer was a winner! This place is awesome. I went on a weekday evening during my vacation and ordered the nachos and the pretzel. Both were so delicious. I was glad to see some accomodations to the menu for vegetarian people. My friend isn't that into beer and got a cocktail here and even that was good. The place is small but the outdoor seating is cozy and comfortable with great ambient music. The bar area was hoping with regulars. The staff were super funny and attentive. Ill definitely be back next time I'm in Miami Beach.

    Really delicious Guava beer.

Outdoor portion is relaxing. Spotify had country music on. It fit the mood even though I am not a fan of modern-day country. They also have in indoor section too. The beer is terrific! Gentleman serving beer was helpful.

5 stars. Food was amazing. We had the beer cheese and pretzels, the 11th street chicken tacos and the pulled pork Sandwich. The beer cheese was probably the best I've had. The fries that came with the pulled pork sandwich were seasoned with sweet paprika and some other deliciousness(think BBQ chips) that was top notch. Beers were good too. My wife had the strawberry orange mimosa sparkling ale and loved it. I had the blood orange sunset hazy ipa and the south beach light. Would definitely come back.

This is such a fun place. Sitting outdoors is great, but I prefer the bar counter. The beer is crafted in place and you have a ton of selections. The food is also good... nothing extraordinary, just finger-food, but made to fit their beers perfectly. The cook came out of the kitchen to ask us if the food was to our liking, and the Juan the bartender likes to talk to you making your time at the counter even better. The perfect neighborhood bar, though due to its proximity to Ocean Drive, you also get to meet tourists.

It was a little off putting, but my partner loved them (she has that dog in her) and I felt they were average: 8/10 We then moved onto the Hawaii 5-0 Pizza, the toppings were definitely fresh and high quality, the pizza did come out burnt... this may be due to me asking for "well done". Pizza was average but Im sure if I opt to not ordering it "well done" it would've been much better!: 8/10 All in all, it's a great environment, awesome staff, good food, and a lovely atmosphere filled with people of all ages! The vibe is always fun and relaxed, they've got awesome beer selections, and their karaoke and bingo nights make it even better. Not that the pizza isn't good; it just isn't great. And it is not because of the ingredients as they all tasted fresh and delicious. It is the preparation. Now let me set some foundation here. I have lived in Rhode Island where pizza is a staple. I have lived in New York and Connecticut, which, despite being neighboring states have entirely different ideas of what the perfect pizza is, and I had the good fortune of the best of both. I have lived in Massachusetts we're outside of the north end of Boston pizza is largely very mediocre and I give all this information just to tell you that I have an established standard for pizza that may differ from other peoples. My favorites come out of coal fired brick ovens. So I was pretty excited about trying Strange Beast. They use a gas fired pizza oven that reaches the same temperatures as the ones to make apizza but they make a Neapolitan pie which traditionally has a soft center whereas Apizza is baked longer to achieve a sturdy, crispy crunch. And this is the part that disappoints me. That soft center does not hold the toppings well and makes the pizza droop when you pick it up. Much like the New York pizza that you have to fold over to keep the toppings from falling off, this pizza just did not have that firmness that I love so much. And on this evening when I ordered the Swamp Thing (Mozzarella, Ricotta, Red Onion, Cherry Tomatoes, Pesto) the center actually seemed raw. Somehow, despite having all my favorite flavors, it looked beautiful on the pan, but flopped over and lost its appeal when it was picked up the flavors all in all were pretty good. The restaurant itself has a pretty cool vibe and the servers were superb. In addition to grieving great service, they were friendly and engaging. This is kind of a highlight of the restaurant. This review is based on a single experience and I will probably try it again. I may ask them to cook the pizza well done to see if it comes closer to what I like. I can't give it my highest recommendation, but I would never give it less than four stars based on even the service alone. So I will be back again an update this sometime soon.

After hearing that they had one of the best burgers in Miami AND one of the best burgers in the USA, we HAD to stop in. I've had alligator before, and it's typically chewy, little cubed chunks fried in a thick batter. THIS -- this was absolutely delicious. Lightly breaded, strips of tender alligator - perfectly seasoned. Obsessed!! The sauces for dipping include a creamy garlic sauce and a classic Bang Bang, spicy sauce. Both are delicious and match perfectly with the bites. Our hostess recommended dragging the bites through the Old Bay seasoning and then dunking it in your choice of sauce -- and I have to say, that is definitely the superior way of eating these. The burgers: Johnny Utah and the Frita -- both are super delicious and I can see why they are famous. The Johnny Utah comes topped with beef pastrami (a win in my books!). The Frita has Guava Jelly which gives a special flavor to the experience. YUM YUM YUM! Numerous beers, wines, and more.
