Still, Billy's customer service was excellent and the quality of his inspection was top notch!

I am a low-income single parent of a pediatric leukemia survivor, and I cannot afford to fill my tank completely every year without assistance, so I try to get a 100-gallon delivery when I don't have help. This was no problem as of only a couple months ago, but they changed the policy without giving me advance notice. Now my tank is empty and I can't afford to fill it for another couple months. And on top of it, I can't even take my business elsewhere, even though this is the definition of a bait-and/switch. The install has been fantastic quality and the crew listened to everything I wanted every step of the way.
