Long story short is they discovered a pipe that had fallen from the secure area under the house and was bent. Mr. Rooter continued to come out and flush, which only temporarily solve the problem. Had a water heater fail at 7 PM Friday night. Contacted Expert Plumbing through Yelp. They got in touch within 10 minutes of my request and were able to schedule next-day service. Their estimator gave an arrival window of between 9 am and 11 am. Moe arrived at about 9:30. He gave a very reasonable estimate, and when he learned that the house was without hot water, he was able to move some other appointments and get a replacement water heater and install scheduled same-day. Business gave an estimated arrival time of between 1-3 PM for their tech, Ariel. Ariel arrived about 1:45 PM. He was super nice, and his work was very professional and clean. Expert Plumbing excelled in communication and providing great service when it was needed. They sent pictures of their guys before they arrived. They gave update texts when their people were en route to the house. They were reliable in their time estimates. They did good work. Their team was super friendly. Their prices were transparent and fair. I'd do business with them again. I contacted Expert Plumbing when my local water district advised me I had an excessive constant water usage. Expert dispatched Moe the following morning. Moe was friendly and observed the leak wasn't where I suspected. I switched through different valves until we identified the culprit which luckily enough was an irrigation pipe I no longer use. I called these guys up to repair a pilot ignitor on my American Standard water heater. I talked to a technician who told me that American Standard no longer makes heaters (false) and that their supplier, Ferguson, doesn't have AS parts (also false). All of this was set up to convince me to but a new heater that they had in stock. I told him "Send me a bid" and then went off to check on things. A quick Google search proved the technician wrong, and a few calls to other plumbers (who also repair American Standard heaters) showed this experience with these guys was a waste of time, and a potential scam. Don't trust these guys and always do your due diligence! P.S. The bid for a water heater replacement and installation from these guys was $2500, which is a rip-off! read more

Reuben showed up at the beginning of the time slot and got straight to work. He was able to identify the work needed, and he provided a very fair estimate right there on the spot using his digital device and I was able to see the work associated costs easily so I signed right then and there. He did a quick parts and tool gathering from his work van and fixed the issue.
