I was a walk-in and was told that it'd be a 15-20 min wait time so I decided to wait it out. They were quick to take payment but the wait was more towards 1hr. If I had known it was going to that long of a wait time then I would've just came back at another time. Other people who walked in without an appointment were also told the same 15-20min which just wasn't true. It felt like the front desk workers were required to say that to everyone who walked in just so they would keep them for business. There were several others including myself who were a little irritated. Workers were nice and the service was great once you got called up but just don't believe them when they say 15-20min if you're a walk in. Or just make an appointment to be safe. read more

Stopped to get some fingerprinting done and was impressed with how well the young lady up front handled the people waiting for service. (I'd forgotten her name). She had her routine down and was methodical - she'd call someone up, asked questions and gave out instructions based on each person's answer. After running around all morning trying to find the right place to get fingerprinted that would give me a hard card to mail in, I was finally directed to Fingerprinting Express and I wish I would have come here first! I needed to get a letter Notarized and this place offers their Notary service for only $5. Actually that is the rate that the Nevada Secretary of State mandates. Notaries should not charge more than $5 for a single stamp and signature. The "Fingerprinting Express" is located in the Smithridge Shopping Center, a stop mall which is located just off of S. McCarran and S. Virginia. They have a friendly staff and I didn't wait long, about five minutes. I need to renew my passport. After reviewing Yelp, we stopped here to get pictures taken. It is conveniently located in the Costco parking lot so we did our Costco shopping right afterwards. The employee was by herself but was very friendly and efficient. They have a system to ensure that the passport photos will be accepted. They offer notary and fingerprinting services as well. I got my fingerprinting done here and they said they would send it electronically but the board of Nevada never received it. I kept calling for an update and staff kept saying it takes a few months and to wait longer. Than after the 90 day window they finally offered to send an email to a contact they had to figure out the issue but never followed up, I always had to be the one who called and followed up. Not to mention they said my fingerprints had expired by now and if I needed to resend the finger prints for any reason I would need to pay the cost again. I would look for another place that is more reliable as now I have been dealing with this issue for 6 months and I am now working with the director of the location to find a resolution. read more

They get people through FAST! I walked in at 10:30am without an appointment and they got me in and out within 20 mins. There were 6 people ahead of me and the ladies at the front desk (especially Deena!) were super efficient verifying ID and collecting payment. I was also impressed that they knew all of the different forms and requirements for every person's different needs when they walked in: like nursing, military, real estate, etc. They even offered a tablet for customers to register with the QR code if they didn't have a phone to scan the code or if they wanted a bigger screen. I really like this company because there are so many time options and appointments available. When I got there I checked-in had to fill out some paperwork and then waited. There are a few people ahead of me even though I had an appointment but overall I was in and out in about 25 minutes. The physical fingerprinting was very quick and simple. They send in the fingerprints at the end of the day and then roughly takes 6 to 8 weeks for background checks to process. read more

Organic eggs & a passport photo, $13. How can you go wrong? I had to renew my CDL and needed finger prints for that ridiculous TSA HazMat background check requirement. They have the most modern non-ink finger printing machine available here, and it's pretty cool. No mess. Pretty interesting how it works. You roll your fingers on the glass, it shows up on the screen, and bingo - a finger print. Then they electronically send the prints to the TSA, who probably do the same to get them to the FBI. Of course, in MY case, the prints somehow got 'corrupted' in transit (or so the TSA says - ahem) and I had to go back and have the whole process redone. A time wasting procedure at best. When I STILL didn't hear anything from the DMV about my background renewal, I called Finger Print Express to find out what was going on. It was out of their hands and I had to go back to the TSA, who passed the buck on to the FBI. I reminded them that my continued working depended on this background check being completed before Nov 13th. Nevertheless, Finger Printing Express did their part and with a smile. No problem getting re-printed at no charge. My opening sentence reflects the diverse 'products' offered here. Yup, you CAN get eggs here! read more

The girl that waited only me was very pleasant but they couldn't provide me a digital passport photo. And they didn't offer me a solution or my money back when the consulate rejected the scanned photo. What a joke. This is a place that offers passport photos as one of their main selling points but in 2020 they couldn't provide a digital option. Ridiculous. If you need digital passports don't go here. read more

Came here to get ink fingerprints for my RN license in AZ and got nothing but a bunch of pushback from one of the guy workers. He said "most people think they need ink but don't" and made me show him where it states I need ink fingerprints. I pulled up the BON website and it clearly states black ink fingerprints and still gave me pushback. I even called the board. I'm licensed in 12 states and do this for a living as a travel nurse. As if I don't know what I'm talking about. I Left and went to the sheriffs office instead. Waste of time read more

I got my passport photo taken here and sent it off with my application for a new passport. Here is the reply that I got from the U.S. Department of State: "The photograph that you submitted cannot be used because your image appears either underexposed or overexposed (yup) and your facial features cannot be clearly identified." Went back and showed them the photo and letter and got another associate who was very concerned and spent some time and several exposures to get a good photo. read more
