The worst place I've ever been to in Miami. The man at the front desk is incredibly unpleasant--rude, aggressive for no reason, and completely unprofessional. His attitude was hostile from the moment I walked in. He was the one who took my fingerprints, and the way he handled my hands was extremely uncomfortable. He grabbed each finger without asking for permission or explaining what he was doing. I felt disrespected and uneasy the entire time. I absolutely do not recommend this place. After looking at my papers and taking my ID he told me "take a seat and I'll call you". Palmetto's office worker said to me "At least I am US citizen" after a heated argument over her mistake of sending my cousin's fingerprints with another person's photo to AHCA. Dear you are a US citizen who is working for more than 2 years in that office, your citizenship is not paying off LOL!!! I think every person who did the process there should ask the agencies they work for, a copy of the background results in case the mistake it was not only with my cousin. I mean at least another person is out there with my cousin's picture in her fingerprints and because of their lack of accountability, they are not even going to let her know. UPDATE!!!! You did not solved anything, we called AHCA and they again sent us to YOU because you are the one who did the mistake and probably with the owner of the picture too!!! They don't pick up the phone, I called 7 times at the time they're supposed to be available and the machine will always pop up. If I could give no stars I would the man that looks in charge was extremely rude for no reason, very aggressive and would get upset for asking a question and would tell me to call without even checking on my order. I would try and ask the receptionist a question he would dismiss me and tell me to move out and get out of the way. Service is so bad I had to leave a review on google and yelp. Do not listen to the good reviews of this place, they're all either employees or friends of the boss who are lying. Had an appointment at 9 AM and after calling several other locations and even speaking to Enrique (the MANAGER) on the phone, he said verbatim to" "Shut up" and "wait because they are doing updates." After almost an hour outside knocking on the door, a woman most likely his wife or gf tried to play off opening an hour late and says we didn't know how to open the door and calls us LIARS. Not very professional. While we arrived early waiting for the office to open. The sign and online said 9am the office will opened. We waited outside and minutes went by and there was no indicating that the office was opening or opened. We noticed there was a guy who passed by a couple times at the outside hall way and talking to another person that was working at the area. Which we assumed he worked somewhere else based on he entered and left st another door with a different suite number. We tried opening the door to see if it was indeed opened, however the door knob felt it was locked. We tried turning and pushing the door and there was no evidence that the door was opened. We tried knocking and no answer. We tried knocking again a few more time after mintues had passed by until someone opened the door. The man that answered the door was the same man who passed by us several times earlier and who used another door with another suite number. While we where waiting outside for his office to open, he did not even respond to us if we where waiting for his office to open. He was very rude when he opened the door and while in the office he was still very rude with an attudied to match, through the whole process. I noticed he was also like this with other clients too, when they arrived, trying to get inside the door and meeting him at the counter. This place... Part of me wants to give it -7 stars but the other part loved it. I used them to have my prints taken for certain license. This is what was going through my head throughout the process. First thought was "okay, where the frack is this place?" - as I passed it twice, thinking the building was an apartment complex. Second thought was "where the fracking frack can I park?!". Third thought was "... I'm both scared and strangely turned on by the female receptionist." - which had big ear holes and tattoos. Fourth thought was "Is this guy seriously going to take my prints while he has a pizza in his other hand?" - yes, yes he is. Fourth and a half thought "wow, I'm surprised he didn't get me all greasy." - not that it matters since I'm always greasy anyway. Fifth thought "That was quick." - aside from the 10-15 min wait to be called up, it was all fluid and fast. Sixth thought a month later was "Phew, I'm glad they were legit". Final thought - they do what they say they do. They were a few bucks more than UPS but they were also closer to me. I wouldn't go out of my way to have my prints taken here but if you're close by then it's worth it. read more

I am in California and was working on my Florida Nursing license. I had my prints done in California but they needed to be processed IN FLORIDA. So, I searched online for someone who could do it. The initial phone call was a little brusque but the guy directed me to his website. From there it got tons better. I sent a communication via email and Enrique responded immediately with a list of everything I needed to do to get my background check done and my prints processed. I did all the leg work on my side and before I even got my registered mail receipt back, I had already heard from the Florida Board with approval for my license. It was really fast. SPED UP MY MILE TIME BY A MINUTE! I was out jogging when I remembered "Oh! I need to go get fingerprinted for work!" And this particular location ONLY does appointments on Saturdays but when I called he said "I will take you if you can get here before 10:30" my booty booked it back to the gym and hopped in my car and arrived by 10:15. So, it wasn't the best experience but it wasn't the absolute worst. Thankfully, I chose one of the first appointments of the day. This place is pretty small and honestly a bit sketchy. The process was pretty quick, I already had my form filled out and waited about 5-10 minutes to be called in and then got my fingerprints done. Customer service was ok, not really rude but not polite either. So, one big con was the cleanliness of the waiting area. I really didn't want to sit down but I felt it would've been awkward to just stand around a small space. So, I chose to sit in one of the plastic/metal chairs that looked decent. The two chairs in the picture really should be either cleaned or just thrown out. It made my skin crawl. I'm glad it was a quick experience because I really didn't want to stay any longer. Appointments mean nothing here. Be prepared to wait just to be inside their little room for about 5 minutes... I waited at their window for so long for someone to come and attend me. It's ridiculous. This place feels pretty sketchy... you walk in and it's this tiny waiting room with creepy dim lighting, dusty plastic plants, and artwork hanging on the dirty walls. The receptionist sits in what is basically a closet with a cut out box to interact with us customers. Anyway. The receptionist barely acknowledges your presence, but she's not entirely rude so there's that. For entertainment there's a TV playing daytime garbage and they have the worst possible choice in channel on. But if that doesn't interest you then there are some year-old magazines available. After not-as-long-as-I-thought [I walked in without an appointment] this guy who also barely acknowledges your presence walks you over to another "room" for the fingerprinting. I had never done an electronic one before so that was interesting to see. It took less than five minutes and I was out. I wasn't really sure what to expect coming here but it was definitely a bizarre experience. Like sitting in the set for the next Saw movie. read more

Horrible. Will never return or give them my money again. No appointment necessary but when you walk in you're left standing at the window in line for 10 minutes. I knocked on the window, the bell doesn't work. Someone from the back yelled I'll be with you in a minute. Took her 10 minutes to come forward and give me an application. Her 20 minute estimated wait time was actually an hour. They called people all out of order. When I walked to the counter to let the associate know, hey I was here first she said no you can't go next because they already processed the lady before me, who came after me order. No apology. No customer service. If you're offering a service and people are paying their money to keep your doors open, there should be some level of customer service. Sadly, it doesn't exist here. read more
