Frank is belligerent and awful for no reason. Started yelling at me because I made an appointment on line for notary services, and I selected the option offered by UPS that asked if I needed a witness!!! He literally told me there was no point in making appointments because if there was a wait, I would need to wait regardless, and I shouldn't even choose that I need a witness because if he didn't have enough employees to witness it or they were busy, then I would just have been out of luck! Are you kidding me? This guy was certifiably angry and hateful for no reason!! All I did was walk up to the counter with my son... I don't know if he has a problem with women or people who don't look like him or is just unhappy and miserable in general, but whatever it is, I will never step foot in that store again... There used to be a really nice guy that worked there for many many years, but I didn't see him today which doesn't surprise me because if I had to work with a tyrant like Frank, I'd rather not work... Stay away from this guy; definitely don't need this kind of attitude in an already charged world. read more

This has to be one of the worst UPS stores I have ever been to. All of the employees there seem to be really unhappy, don't know why, doesn't seem like a stressful or hard job. I have never in my life experienced such mean unprofessional just plain aggressive behavior. There is a woman that works there who appears to be in her mid 50s short , light eyes. her hair is always pulled back in a ponytail ,who literally just ate me alive for asking about a package that I'm unable to track, she literally said "it's your fault." I went on Saturday morning and dropped off three UPS packages and one USPS, I was told that USPS would be picking up around noon, they said they couldn't provide a receipt, but not to worry that they handed the packages to the mailman themselves. This package is now unable to be tracked and somehow lost. I saw where my package was placed and I asked if she could please look to confirm the package maybe wasn't in the back or fell behind the counter, she plainly refused and said "I'm not Checkimg, no!. It's your fault you shouldn't have left it here. This is UPS, not USPS". A man with a mustache, short chubby, I think his name is frank, who I assume is the manager or owner, also a very nasty attitude and treat clients extremely poorly, came out and said, ma'am, stop talking to her I'm talking to you now, he actually checked, and the package was nowhere to be found. The lady kept going off, saying it was my fault. I should've known better than to go back to this location, I have seen clients be yelled at and belittled for asking questions, this UPS location needs corporate attention. I have filed a complaint directly with UPS, as this is not OK treatment of clients, I don't understand What is going through their minds. If they work with the public, they need to be polite and at minimum have customer service skills, she could've very politely handled the situation differently. I started to get choked up as I was being belittled for asking a question, I'm not accustomed to walking into a store and being treated this way, I said, thank you for your time she mumbled something under her breath. Worst customer service I have ever encountered! The manager, Frank was horrible to have a conversation with. He talked rudely and loudly over top of me the entire time and refused to discuss my issue in a professional manner. And I have been a regular customer for several years there and will NEVER step foot in that store again. I would much rather go to FedEx than deal with unprofeasuonal and hostile service. Be very aware that they will not take any responsibility for any service that is not provided especially when it is an expensive one. Very disappointed with their service. I went there there this afternoon to make a key. There were more than 10 people inside. One ode the clients was there without mask and none of the people that work there didn't say anything to her. I was on the line for more than 15 minutes and when it was my turn they told me the machine wasn't working. I nicely advice them to put a paper on the door advising customers that they were not making keys. A woman employee didn't like my advice and was very rude to me. She said they don't have to do that. During this Pandemia the less people inside the store, the more safe we all are going to bee. I don't understand why they want somebody make the line to make a key when their machine is broken. read more

HORRIBLE experience here. I was yelled at by a man named Frank for requesting to add something to my package that was behind the counter. I don't know if it is because of the holidays and they are stressed out, but he was so rude. I am so in shock at the lack of respect. I think I will be using FedEx, which is nearby, from now on. I don't understand how someone can be so unprofessional when they are providing a service to the customer. I paid so much money to get this package shipped and was treated with so much disrespect. If you have an option, I would go to another UPS store. Getting yelled at by someone at 8:30 am is not fun, especially after having paid them $75 for their services... Never again Edit: it is "absurd" that in response to this, I have been called a "blatant liar." I was on the phone with Santiago the entire time he was there and the fact that he was the one who was yelled at does not excuse the fact that it DID happen and it was unacceptable. This lack of professionalism is unbelievable. You would be better served addressing your customers instead of writing lengthy responses. This is not the first time someone has complained about this person at the store or other employees. Again, I stand by my review and encourage others to please look for alternate locations. UPS is franchised and it's not their fault when stores don't want to follow the written UPS policy on operations, returns and exchanges, which state that it is possible to retrieve a package within 28 days if it has NOT been sent out (which it had not been, according to every UPS customer service representative I talked to and gave the tracking number to). The employee made it very clear he did not want to do this for me because it was too much of a chore. I'd like to think a neighborhood business would be concerned about neighborliness but this business is just the opposite. It advertises itself as a UPS "access point" but don't count on it. I chose this store as a delivery location for a Christmas gift on December 19, 2016. The problem was that the store has a limit on how many packages it will or can accept. A perfectly reasonable issue IF they tell you about it. But instead of telling customers that they are full up and that they shouldn't use this store as an access point, neither UPS nor the store tells anybody this fact. The upshot for me was that the Christmas gift I was waiting to pick up was never delivered to the store and as of today - December 22, 2016, three days before Christmas - the package is lost. I was sent on two wild goose chases to Homestead and Doral tying to find the package to no avail. And don't call them to ask them to check their inventory of packages either. They are way to busy to bother with customers. If Yelp offered zero stars I would choose that option for this reveiw. BTW, if I ever need to do this again, I will not choose UPS if I can avoid it and will never choose this store for any other purpose again. CAVEAT EMPTOR. read more

I've been using their box services for many of years now and I have always had great experiences. Their staff is very friendly. The GM always strives to help customers in a timely manner and everyone is very professional. Tony and Stephanie are two names that I can remember right now and they both do an excellent job. I don't use their shipping methods too often but they can package items for you and are more than willing to help. I would definitely recommend this location for any UPS needs. read more
