Excellent Service, Professional Technicians, and Honest Pricing!…read more I recently had a mini split system installed by EZ Breeze, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The installation was completed quickly and efficiently in half a day and the technicians were professional, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced. Before hiring EZ Breeze, I did my homework. I checked the Better Business Bureau and verified their contractor's license through the California state licensing website. I found no complaints going back 10 years, which was as far back as the records I reviewed. Their license was also in good standing, with no disciplinary issues or complaints noted. What impressed me just as much was their honest and fair pricing. I obtained estimates from other companies, and two were attempting to charge me approximately $5,000 more for comparable work. EZ Breeze provided excellent service without taking advantage of me. It's refreshing to find a company that combines professionalism, quality workmanship, and integrity. I am extremely satisfied with my installation and highly recommend EZ Breeze to anyone considering a mini split installation. They have certainly earned my trust and my five-star review!

Found Emin on Yelp March 2026 when the upstairs AC suddenly stopped working, and Emin was there right away and was able to diagnose the problem, replaced a capacitor and got the unit working again. Then the downstairs AC wasn't cooling last weekend. Emin wasn't available so I called another contractor who took one look at the video of the furnace making weird noises and concluded the motor needed replacing, but that he couldn't find the motor anywhere, etc etc and it was such a hard push for me to replace the whole HVAC. After 24 hours of this hard sell on what was going to be the hottest day of the week, I took a chance and called Emin for a 2nd opinion. And miracle of miracles he looked at the video, found the part, and was at the property in 30 minutes. My final bill was a 10th of what the other contractor was selling me! Thanks so much Emin for being so honest and straightforward in a business that can be so full of scammers. You are a cut above!

I am so happy we found Robert Hall and Sons!…read more We had a very old, but still working, HVAC system. This summer, after going through our warranty company for a check-up, the technician ended up blowing our compressor. We then spent four visits trying to get the AC working again. It never did. Unfortunately, we realized too late that we had been completely scammed. While trying to get it fixed in August, we were also ghosted by another company right in the middle of a heatwave. Needless to say, I was stressed and overwhelmed. At that point, we decided to replace the entire system because we no longer trusted putting more money into repairs. That is when we called Robert Hall and Sons. Mike came out for an estimate, and right away, we felt like we were in good hands. He patiently answered all of our questions and, true to his word, we had a written estimate a few hours later. The estimate we received was beyond reasonable. After we submitted the signed contract, we were scheduled for installation about a week out. A few days later, I saw that another extended heatwave was in the forecast. After everything we had just gone through, I was not prepared to go through it again without working AC. I explained the situation to Mike, along with our HOA requirements, and he worked with us to make sure everything could be done as quickly, quietly, and efficiently as possible. His crew was amazing. They worked quickly, but thoroughly, and had the entire system installed in under three hours. I honestly could not believe how smoothly everything went. I cannot stress enough how professional Mike has been throughout this entire process. After the nightmare we had just experienced with other companies, it was such a relief to finally deal with someone who was honest, responsive, and did exactly what he said he would do. We now have a new HVAC system, a cool house, and peace of mind. Most importantly, we trust that if anything does go wrong, Robert Hall and Sons will be there and make it right. I would absolutely recommend Robert Hall and Sons. After everything we went through this summer, finding a company we can actually trust means everything.

We have had Hovic come out to two different locations and every time he is friendly, honest, and professional. Two other…read morecontractors told me our condenser unit was done and gave me estimates for a whole new system -- both between $20,000 and $26,000. My wife suggested I get one more opinion, and luckily I read his other glowing Yelp reviews and called Hovik at In N Out Air. Hovik first determined that our condenser unit was absolutely fine and would likely continue to operate for many years to come. He then CORRECTLY diagnosed the underlying minor electrical problem, replaced the defective part, and upgraded our thermostat to a state-of-the-art Honeywell Home model. A few hours after he arrived, our A/C system is working perfectly -- better in fact that it did before it went down. AND WE AVOIDED AN UNNECESSARY $20,000+ EXPENSE. Moral of story: If your A/C system is having serious problems, or you think you need a new system, do yourself a BIG favor and call Hovik at In N Out Air. We're beyond happy that we did!
