I had acrylic nails put on at Final Touch Nails & Spa, and that will surely be the last time that I step foot into that salon. The work on my nails was below average, but the larger issue has to do with how they run their business rather than discussing the lack of quality the nails evidently have. During my nail painting, the employee jerked my arm to the point that my sunglasses shook from the top of my head and fell to the floor. As my hands were being painted and in the grasp of the employee, I couldn't catch them before hitting the floor. The nail tech told me that I could grab them after the treatment and everything would be fine. After my treatment, my sunglasses are nowhere to be seen and a neighbor of mine happened to be inside the nail salon as an employee picked up the glasses. I confronted the business, they denied ever seeing any sunglasses though we had a conversation about them prior, and I had a WITNESS see one of the workers take them from the floor. Final Touch Nails & Spa is overpriced, deceitful, and more than willing to steal from you during your stay. Hold your purses close unless you want to leave the nail salon with terrible nails and theft. read more

TWENTY DOLL HAIRS and I was done and dry within an hour of my appt! I grew up in LB/LA and have lived in OC for a while now...this is the most legit nail shop by far as in the quality is so top notch they could get away with charging double. Sad I hadn't found it sooner. They all seem to know what they're doing BUT I had Tony, and my nails look fly. ***For Heaven's sake please TIP (and tip well) they deserve it. It's my fault for going back to this place and giving them a second chance!!!! First couple times the guy did my pink & whites okay... I liked them but wasn't in love with them... 3rd time I noticed that he was filing the acrylic's width thinner than my actual nail bed!! I kept my nails on through Valentine's Day weekend for work, but took them off right after. I came in and one of the gals, who had NEVER worked on my nails before took them off --- incredibly PAINFUL and she cracked several of my actual nails (see pic below). I was more terrified with her taking them off then I've ever been - I thought coming in would've been better than me picking off my nails, but I was WRONG. I stopped going here a long time ago, and found myself in a bind when my regular acrylic guys were booked - so I came here as a last resort. I can definitely say I'VE LEARNED MY LESSON. I took my 2 daughters for manicures and pedicures and I had a gel pedicure. My daughters (8 and 6) were $27 each, mine was $45. For this price, I expected beautiful nails and great service. My foot massage was about 3 minutes and my nails are ok. My 6 year old did not receive any massage or foot scrub, her feet were not even placed in the water...so I basically paid $27 for polish. My 8 year old's nails look horrible...they are uneven, spotty and there is nail polish on her skin! I could have done a better job. While we were there, I noticed that 3 of her nails didn't even have polish on the tips, so they put more on. The nail technicians were very nice, but I would definitely never go back there again! Made an appointment and waited over 30 minutes past until sat. Waited an additional 15 minutes until someone came to do my nails. This was frustrating after being told it would only be 5 more minutes. The woman doing my toes was ok but seemed annoyed after I stated I just wanted a regular pedicure ($25). The woman who came to do my nails was clearly in a rush and was not attentive at all. She kept looking toward the door while cutting my cuticles and was moving so fast she was knocking things over. I had to point out spots on my nail she had missed in her rushed state and she seemed annoyed as well. I typically let a lot slide and will still tip but I'm not sure what I would be tipping them for. When I went to pay she said it would be $73 dollars and I just wanted to leave so I paid rather than questioning how that amount equated to a gel mani/pedi. I did not tip and will not be back. I used to love this place. Unfortunately it's gone drastically downhill over the years. I kept going back because majority of the women there were extremely nice and welcoming to my daughter who recently started getting her nails done about a year ago... I started to notice them taking longer to do the same tasks, I.e fills and pedicures. Instead of taking 45 minutes they started exceeding an hour and a half. This wasn't working for my schedule of being a single mom. Getting my nails done is less of a luxury and more of self care maintenance. My daughter and I also like to get designs, my daughter more so than I. They have a whole display of designs when you walk in the door. The only problem is only one technician has the capability to do designs. So if she isn't available or there, well your SOL. One day when my daughter was in Texas I had to get a fill and just went to a random salon here in town. I got my nails filled, great service, design and all and guess what??? It was $10 cheaper than final touch. I also didn't get a dirty look from the technician when I asked if she could fix something on my nail, since you know I was paying for it. So that's been my experience. I'm so bummed. But I also know when my resources aren't appreciated. read more

I have been coming here for several years. I had one prior bad experience which I thought was isolated but after today I known otherwise. Tim should not be working with customers with his poor attitude and lack of care for people. I kindly asked him several times to switch sides so I would not have to twist my shoulder and neck when doing each hand due to medical problems. He flat out refused and told me to just keep my hand on the pillow. I asked why he wouldn't like everyone else I had before and he told me to go back to them. I have never been so upset at a service I was supposed to enjoy. I have talked to the manager Casey now twice about there staff. The first time the lady took her bad mood out on me and cut me while doing my manicure and was hurting me despite my repeated requests to be gentler. Well they still gave me gel and then charged me for it, EVEN THOUGH I SAID NO. Another thing was that the employees were all holding a conversation and yelling over my friend and I while we were trying to speak to each other. Very unprofessional. I don't understand all the raving about this place. I went in late on a Saturday afternoon for a mani/pedi and it was pretty empty. Had two people work my hands and feet simultaneously. My pedicure turned out great and the woman did a wonderful job on my toes but the massage was just meh. The man who did my manicure seemed to think he was gods gift (and a patron next to me was singing his praises), the massage HURT even when I mentioned so he kept going, then asked if I wanted longer?! NO stop! My manicure was shit. Seriously, I should have just done it myself, which is what I usually do. Cuticles were a mess, and the polish was just slopped on and unevenly painted. I mean this more of a 3.5 rating but since we don't do half ratings, I feel 3 is probably where it's at. I thought my experiences here were average. It wasn't disappointing but there is room for improvement. I think they do a great job of doing my pedis and not being pushy about up selling like some salons do. My pedis from this place can last a whole month so that's at least worth 3 stars on its own. I had a french mani done here once. The girl did something and I bled a little. She didn't say a word and did not even make eye contact after that. Perhaps she thought I didn't feel it or maybe she doesn't know what to say. I don't know if these girls just don't care or don't know what to say. What irritated me was that one girl was doing my pedi and another girl was doing my mani. It wasn't busy at that time but I would rather have to tip one girl $7 to $10 than tip two girls that amount each. What would be -2 stars for me was that the girl who was doing my mani, while I was getting a pedi at the same time, was forcing me to twist my body to her side of my chair by making me reach over with the opposite arm. My back hurt at the end and so I never get both done at the same time anymore. When I get my nails done, I'm looking forward to whatever relaxation I can get from it. The massage that comes along with a mani or a pedi is one of my favorite things about it. The massage I get from this place is okay, C- if I had to grade the pedi. They need to put in a little more effort in the massage. I hardly feel either arm or leg massage and didn't even notice they were done massaging because I didn't feel them start to begin with. I would recommend this for cheap pedis but would not recommend this place for a bikini/brazillian wax. I'm not a fan of their room where they get it done. It's tiny and doesn't feel private at all. The girl who usually does it is experienced but she can get rough sometimes. I was bleeding bad my first time with her. She was much better and gentler the second time around. The overall experience is as rough as you may get with hot wax but that's usually my experience with hot wax. From my personal experience, there are way better options when getting waxed down there. Sugaring was far less painful and some people are just really good at minimizing pain when they do it. Not sure at all but I think they might be double dipping as well, which I don't like. The convenience of this place being just up the street from our house is probably why I'll be back again. The prices are very affordable and for the quality of the pedis, it's probably worth going back. read more

All of my friends and I come here on a regular basis. The salon is clean, the employees are nice and they do a good job. $25 for a mani pedi is hard to beat. Sometimes it takes awhile if you don't have an appointment, but that's because they are good at what they do and are busy. Sad to see the comment below about them speaking their language. Obviously you would do the same if you're friends and you went to another county. It's just quicker and natural to speak your native language. Hi, I've been here twice. I am visiting the area and both times I have had a very nice experience. I found them online and not being familiar with area called and made an appointment. I was surprised how far it was from where I am staying and was not overly impressed with the shopping center it is in. I thought I'll go the one time and find another closer to where I am staying. That was before I had my fill, pedicure and gel. Diane and Kathy were amazing. Loved my nails and my feet were like new. Get the #3 pedicure, it is worth it!
