The cleanliness of the salon is one of the things I really appreciate. I noticed they have a sanitization machine for their tools, which gives me a lot of confidence and makes me feel comfortable knowing that hygiene is taken seriously. There was no wait as it was the middle of the afternoon and there were only four other ladies in there with me. I am used to my regular nail salon that is quite busy and quite lively and has music playing. This one had none of that. Also, my chair massage did not work so that was disappointing. They also don't offer you anything to drink. On the bright side, though, I did like my gel pedicure and my regular manicure I thought both ladies did a good job.

Two customers were getting pedicures when I walked in. The ladies were very nice and accommodating, greeting me warmly and asking whether I'd be willing to wait, so I did. After 10 to 15 minutes, one of them took me. She was quick, precise, and careful, and she was especially thorough when trimming and cleaning up my cuticles. I got a basic gel manicure with no designs, and the whole appointment took about 45 minutes including the wait. I also appreciated that she never pushed add-on services, which is rare. The salon itself is super cute, the stations are consistently wiped down after every use so everything is always spick and span. Everyone who works here is super friendly and welcoming, and it's always fun to chat with them!
